Initially, we reached out to several different roofing companies to get estimates, and this team stood out immediately because they were extremely professional, thorough, and seemed by far the most knowledgeable, which is why we ultimately selected them. Their price wasn't the highest nor the lowest, but right in the comfortable middle, and the fact that they have been licensed for many, many years gave us a lot of peace of mind. There were a few other things I really appreciated about their operation, including the 10-year warranty they provide on all of their workmanship, and the fact that they source their supplies from the exact same place we order materials from, which I know only sells top-tier, high-quality roofing material. During the project, I met Hector Sr at the job site, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The crew did a beautiful job on the new roof and was very efficient with their time. We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. He identified the underlying issue and repaired the entire section beneath the solar panels. What impressed me most was that Johnny completed the additional repairs at no charge.
