After an only okay experience with a previous contractor that did our paver walkway, we decided to look for someone new. So glad we found Newline Concrete & Pavers!! For our first project with them, we had them put down concrete on a good portion of the yard and it came out GREAT! Loved how the stamped design came out and have received multiple compliments on it. We also really appreciated their attention to detail when it came to grading the entire area and were thankful they suggested our AC condenser unit be elevated to ensure water wouldn't pool around it. Upon completion of the porch, there was a wheel barrow full of rubble parked next to the back of the house. You promised to remove it within the next couple days, so I broke my own rule and paid you in full without a completed job. I gave you warning, but, true to form of many other small contractors, having already been paid, this was not a priority. So when I checked again today, nearly 7 weeks later, it was still there. It cost me $50.00 + my own time to get it removed. MY CAUTION to any other would-be customers is, HIRE YOU, BUT DO NOT pay ANYTHING until the job is complete.
