Very disappointed. We used this business for pavers and a custom fire pit. The pavers actually turned out great, but the fire pit was delivered with a crack in it and needs touchup. It was also the wrong color from what I ordered. Have been trying to get resolution now and not getting a response, even though it was written on the delivery form that there is a crack and it needs to touch up and I did not sign have not heard anything back just they are looking into it very disappointing when paying for some something at a high price. read more

This is a separate review for Cesar and Mr. Luis. Over the weekend was outside and noticed one of the pavers not set in and could easily be removed. Not sure if one was missed initially or if the concrete just didn't adhere to the paver itself. So I reached out the project manager Cesar, and he said they'd get it taken care of right away. Then by Monday morning, Luis showed up by 730am and not only did he fix just that piece I mentioned to them, but he went back and checked all his work and wound up fixing multiple corner pieces that he felt may need replacing in the future. Instead of one full corner piece paver he made each corner a 45 degree cut which I actually liked the look of even more than before. All in all he was here for about 6 hours and I really appreciated the fact that not only did they show up next business day, but the fact that Luis replaced the broken piece but triple checked his work and made further improvements altogether. We just finished getting pavers for a driveway extension up to our front door. System Pavers did an excellent job from start to finish. George the sales rep was responsive every step of the way and the project manager Jose was top notch. I loved the fact that there was always someone to reach out to if any questions or concerns came up. Once the work started it was fantastic. The crew was clean, professional and quick. Once they were finished it looked as if no one had been here. They were accommodating and did small things during the build to help me out (like running a sprinkler line and burying low voltage wires).
