This is a separate review for Cesar and Mr. Luis. Over the weekend was outside and noticed one of the pavers not set in and could easily be removed. Not sure if one was missed initially or if the concrete just didn't adhere to the paver itself. So I reached out the project manager Cesar, and he said they'd get it taken care of right away. Then by Monday morning, Luis showed up by 730am and not only did he fix just that piece I mentioned to them, but he went back and checked all his work and wound up fixing multiple corner pieces that he felt may need replacing in the future. Instead of one full corner piece paver he made each corner a 45 degree cut which I actually liked the look of even more than before. All in all he was here for about 6 hours and I really appreciated the fact that not only did they show up next business day, but the fact that Luis replaced the broken piece but triple checked his work and made further improvements altogether. He also made maintenance recommendations. 4 out of 5 stars because the turf seam lines are visible and there was trash left throughout our planter bed. The clean up could have been better. Very dusty project. Sealant was not included or advised prior to starting our project. I wish I had known in the beginning that we needed it. The day before they finished putting the lights in my neighbor who hadn't had her patio finished came over to see what we had done and she loved it and we gave her Thomas's info and she's having her yard done by System Pavers as well now. There's nothing like having the job done correctly. They laid a base, weed guard and flattened the area with this little dirt compactor thing. A follow up to our previous review and some before and after photos of Phase 1 of our backyard renovation! Cesar, Paulino and their crew did an awesome job installing pavers to our front gate walkway, a pad for our trash cans, and pavers and turf to our backyard. Eventually we will have a hot tub, outdoor kitchen and bigger fire pit (as well as some additional landscaping) but for now, this gives us the opportunity to enjoy some outdoor living space! The guys worked hard under some not-so-great weather conditions ... and when we discovered a little too big of a slope in one area of the pavers, they corrected it with no problem!
