Just posted this to yelp - thank you! All I can say is the people that work for this company are so helpful and honest! I was having an issue with a possible leak in my front yard (concern was maybe a broken main) - to the rescue came Dale! He surveyed the area, probed the ground, did a series of leak detections in the front and back (and gave me an education along the way for ongoing maintenance checks). Nothing found - he even came back out to do a second inspection when it seemed there might actually be a leak. He determined it was ground water and suggested a remedy for it which could be resolved via some landscaping solutions. This guy rocks! Ask for Dale!! read more

Dale was quick to identify a slab leak at my house. The issue that I had was with the guy he brought with him, a man by the name of Carl. This guy Carl is no bueno, I wouldn't trust him at all. He wanted to rip up the all flooring in my house because he said there was water under my floor. And he wanted to do this before I told my insurance company. Weird. I did a little digging and found out that Carl has a very tainted history. He rips up people houses because of supposed water damage then the insurance company doesn't pay for the claim and the homeowner is stuck with his bill. Carl comes in with a blank contract and wants you to sign it with absolutely no cost estimate on it! Just an open contract. And the worst part is that Carl is quick to file a mechanic lien against your home! Needless to say I got a second opinion on if there was water under my house from a reputable remediation specialist and there wasn't. So imagine if I had let Carl rip up my house? I'd be subject to paying him for work that didn't need to be done! Or I would be getting a lien placed against my house. So it's a yes on Dale, he is quick and knowledgeable, but it's a no on the guy Carl he brings with him... read more
