So my daughter and I went here today, the first girl that started helping us was nice and said to…read moreus there are fitting rooms if you want to try anything on and walked away. My daughter picks out 2 costumes and says she's going to go try them on. I continue looking around for a couple of minutes then walk to the fitting rooms. I'm in the last isle kind of out of sight and another employee comes to help someone try a costume on a didn't realize my daughter was in there. So she starts talking to her through the curtain and tells my daughter who's 9 btw that she was supposed to ask someone to assist her. So I'm sitting there listening and I notice a sign behind a Halloween character that can barely be seen. So then she tells my daughter, the reason why you're supposed to ask for help is because we don't allow people to try every part of the costume and you have on the tights and we don't allow people to try on tights and that's why the sign is posted. So now I had to let presence be known and I said oh you mens the sign that is covered and then she tells me there's signs right there too pointing at 2 other signs that only say 2 costumes per person thank you. So I sat back patiently waiting for my daughter to take the costume she showed me off and the lady asked her did she want to try on the other and I said no we are not trying anything else on. So then and other employee walks up and this same rude employee says to her there have been nothing but problems today. We walked out and purchased a costume at spirit instead they had an attendant at the dressing room helping people out and my daughter was also allowed to try on the tights. Much more pleasant experience there.

I'm guessing the manager there doesn't care how the store looks compared to other Halloween stores in the area . They hardly have anything in stock . Not worth going to when other stores have more merchandise and friendlier employees . While in line for my purchase the employees clustered around the register were to busy gossiping about each other and not helping people with their " fitting room" to try costumes on . The fitting room is just a bit sketchy and I certainly wouldn't let my kid in there

There were at least 6 people walking around asking if people needed help which was nice. But then I went to stand in what I thought was the line, the person at the cash register barked at me. The the security dericted me to the line. The line was in an isle of costumes and that is ackward. While I was standing there people are trying to reach for costumes. I got to the front and a worker asked if she should open a register and the asstistant manager said no. Apperantly she thought it was fine to have a long line and have people wait. I finally got to pay. She bagged everything then realized she forgot an item. She asked if I wanted it. I said yes and she rolled her eyes like it was my fault she didn't ring it up. She didn't apologize for making me swipe my card twice or for making a mistake. All she did was yell "next" as I was still standing there. Which by the way she didn't have to do because she was the only cash register open! We are not retarded! One person leaves the other walks up. It's easy....

I didn't receive any at my pharmacy so I called this morning because I am completely out of one of the medications I have to take. I called and they tell me that my insurance is no longer accepted at Apex and I will have to find a new cardiologist. I asked when did this occur because I haven't received a notice, letter or even a phone call. The young lady was very apologetic but said this occurred on May 15. This is now June 2. So was I supposed to guess they no longer accept my insurance? The professionalism of this company is at an all-time low. I'm going to miss the Inland heart doctors team and staff. Honestly, I'll gladly leave Apex and find a new cardiologist. Hope they get their stuff together and treat the other patients, right because at this point, their professionalism is unacceptable

The staff are friendly and there are plenty of frames to choose from. I noticed this is a very popular optometry location. They also have Saturday appointments, which for me was a total plus! I am now using my computer glasses that I got from them, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this spot, the doctor takes his time conducting a thorough examination and explaining in detail each step. My eyes are no longer inflamed thanks to the eye drops he prescribed. I'll be coming back next year!

There's a decent selection of everything you could possibly be looking for, but they're outdated and it feels like someone's trying to offload a bunch of things they've been keeping in storage. Overall if you don't want to shop online and want to look at Halloween things in-person, it might be worth a look. My son was having difficulty reading the letters, and instead of being patient and understanding, the doctor acted as if he was simply not cooperating. The experience upset my son so much that he left the office crying. I will not be bringing my child back and would not recommend this doctor to other parents.
