Dr. Myers helped me to overcome my knee and ankle injuries from taking one too many bad falls during a running race. This time around, I learned how important balance, coordination, and diet are if you want to train hard for running. I am grateful to the entire staff for always being so helpful and positive. I finished my last session last week, and learned a lot of new exercises I will continue to incorporate into my training. Thank you Dr. Myers and staff for helping me back on my feet again. Always will highly recommend!

As a result, I have no cartilage between my leg and foot and severe arthritis. I have lived with pain the entire time. Whenever I asked a practitioner for something for the pain, they either suggested ibuprofen or said they don't prescribe opioids. Hmm, I wonder if that's a liability thing? Rosemary engaged in dialogue with me about my pain. Describe what your pain is like--dull, throbbing, shooting? When did I feel it? What brought it on? What made it worse, etc. After these conversations she explained her diagnosis and therapeutic plan. She started me on a milder pain medication regimen and, when I didn't get relief, either increased dosage or changed medication. What I appreciate, among many aspects of her practice, is her belief that no one should live in pain. Her level of care and respect are exemplary. I wish all primary care practitioners shared her beliefs.

GREAT DOCTOR. GREAT STAFF…read more In what alternative universe did a few people posting negative reviews see Dr. Grabow or interact with his staff? I've been a patient for several years. He is an excellent doctor. I have never been treated better by any staff. His staff is kind and addresses my questions or concerns. They call me back when I ask for something that can't be immediately addressed. They have never refused a request for a copy of a record, as one poster complained, and I requested a copy of the same thing the other poster allegedly requested. Dr. Grabow has fought with the work comp insurance company to get me medicine, physical therapy, and more. It has to be a pain in the behind to have to argue with an insurance company over and above treating patients, but he has chosen to do so and I am grateful for his choice. I am unfamiliar with the work comp system and Dr. Grabow has answered questions that I have had about it. He could have told me to go read something online or that my questions were outside of my medical care or some other excuse, but instead, he shared knowledge with me. Dr. Grabow is under constant pressure from work comp insurance companies to reduce pain medications - or to stop pain medicine altogether, to stop physical therapy, to stop any treatment, to declare patients permanent and stationary, but he does not do so when the patient still needs what they need. I'm not saying that he is Superman and will win every battle with an insurance company, but he is not afraid to go to battle with them. When the work comp insurance company demanded I submit to a Qualified Medical Exam (QME), the outside doctor I had to see for the QME agreed 100% with Dr. Grabow's care plan. It hasn't stopped the insurance company fighting against everything all the time, but it sure felt good to have another pain management physician agree 100% with Dr. Grabow's care plan.
