I've been to 3 other doctors since and had imaging proving I do not have a leg length discrepancy. Not only did this waste my time in treating back pain and cost me money in buying expensive custom shoes but it also severely worsened my pain. Prior to seeing dr G I had my radiculopathy under control it's been 2 months since I saw him and it's still worse than when I saw him. I can't speak about his ability to do epidurals or nerve ablation but there are some unsettling reviews on here. TLDR Dr G should have had a full scanogram ( a special x ray done with rulers) done before telling me to push through the pain of shoe lifts but he didn't he is severely mistaken which is embarrassing as it's well known muscle guarding from a bulged disc can pull up a hip. A message to DR G please do some more research I know shoe lifts worked for you but everyone is different thanks for trying to think outside the box though I do appreciate that A message to a potential patient...get a second opinion!!! He took the time to find the right meds and really listen to how I was feeling in order to make the appropriate medication changes that basically helped me get to where I am now, which is like he gave me my life back. Second, with regard to my personal safety, they loaned me a walker for stability over my cane. I was walked to my car by the doctor assisting me. He showed me a quick maneuver to move easily into the car. Then reminding me to purchase a walker, he kindly closed my door and took the walker back into the building. In between arriving and leaving, I felt respected for what I was able to do and not frowned on for what I could not do. Last, and certainly to be recognized, in one month I have seen and felt improvement and progress. The pain is down from eight to two.
