Dr. Sandoval heard my experiences & issues over the years of treating the issue and broke things down while also educating me on what was going on in my body and how we were going to work towards getting to a better place. From having pain the moment I woke up to get out of bed to currently getting out of bed and forgetting I have back issues at times has been a pretty shocking shift for over a month into treatment. I'm still a work in progress and following the exercises while getting treated but having seen great progress already I'm pretty excited for what more time and work will accomplish in the future as the treatment continues. The whole team has been amazing to work with in helping me on this journey. The staff is like family and the atmosphere there is so positive and kind and they make you feel like family. Every single one of them has contributed to my well being. My pain isn't fully gone but they help me get by week after week. Their kindness is enough to bring me back week after week. Their office called me next day, and I was able to get immediate appointment. Dr, Roya was able to confirm the tear through her ultrasound machine. She provided me with informations for MRI imaging centers, orthopedic specialists, and guidance for future options to recovery. Thanks to Dr. Roya, I was able to get same day MRI appointment as well as immediate results. We went over the MRI results together, as well as discuss options of moving forward. I told him I didn't want ketamine and he asked why and I told him and he told me that's what he uses and I still told him no. As he argued with me he continued to tell me he had used it thousands of times. Then he told me he would use a small dose and walked away. I told my doctor (Dr.Eric Chang) I didn't want ketamine. He said just tell anesthesia. I did. When the nurse brought me back to the procedure room I repeated myself with everyone in the room that I didn't want ketamine and Dr. Germanovich said are you trying to tell me how to do my job? I said I just don't want ketamine. Then he said cancel the case. He was arrogant and quite pompous. Yes, I don't want him. My case was cancelled. I went all day without anything to eat or drink. It was about 145 pm when I was let go. I took off a day of work and my ride also inconvenienced. Now I have to reschedule and do ot all over again. I've been an OR nurse for over 43 years. The facilities I've worked at don't even stock ketamine so if he can't do sedation without ketamine then he needs to stay a pain doctor and don't try to pull off being an anesthesiologist.

From the minute I walk-in, I'm greeted by warm friendly faces -- the front office staff are super helpful, professional, and kind. The doctors of physical therapy perform medical grade massages, hitting all the tight, stiff, and sore places. Anytime I have a flare up, the doctor can get me moving again! The chiropractic doctors provide gentle adjustments that keep me feeling good and moving nicely throughout the week. Second, with regard to my personal safety, they loaned me a walker for stability over my cane. I was walked to my car by the doctor assisting me. He showed me a quick maneuver to move easily into the car. Then reminding me to purchase a walker, he kindly closed my door and took the walker back into the building. In between arriving and leaving, I felt respected for what I was able to do and not frowned on for what I could not do. Last, and certainly to be recognized, in one month I have seen and felt improvement and progress. The pain is down from eight to two. I pray you don't need physical therapy, but if you do, go in with confidence!

I was referred to him by my pain management physician who had personally worked with him after she broke her arm mountain biking.
