About a year ago she need to be seen for her knee and get an MRI and never got the call back from the assistant, she had to reach out to Dr Mora on social media to get him to help her get scheduled. That was ridiculous. She loves Dr Mora because he is a great doctor but his assistant definitely brings that rating down. They exceeded my expectations. I ended up walking normally without pain and walking as much as I wanted and I could have walked even more than I did. Their work did not stop with walking. I casually mentioned to them that I did not have full range of motion in my shoulders because of adhesive capsulitis. Other PT groups, I told them, had said they had done all they could. When I mentioned this to Dr. Huang, with whom I was working at the time, she said she could do more. After sessions with her, she gave me a long pole to lift up and back, something I found impossible for years. This time I lifted my arms straight up and, as I lay on the bed, I held the pole all the way and flat on the bed above my head. I now stand straight, taller, and with more flexibility than ever. I have been fortunate to work with both Dr. Lin and Dr. Huang. They are kind and caring individuals and their office staff is a delight to work with. Dr. Lin's and Dr. Huang's methods are challenging. After my sessions with them that consisted of forty-five minutes of hell, however, I walked out of their office feeling as if I were 17 years old. Before my first session I intended to just give it a try one time to see how it went. I felt unbelievably better and did not stop coming back. Some people are surprised by their therapy session costs. I am surprised and gratified by their therapy session results. To walk as I walk now, to stand as I stand now, and - one other thing: I have been a type 1 diabetic for more than fifty years and my insulin needs after working with Dr. Lin and Dr. Huang have significantly decreased. He patiently listens to her rambling and going off topic too. He explains everything clearly and gives options within patient's financial means, surgical tolerance and allows as many questions as you want to ask. He is also not the kind of doctor who will suggest things so he can make extra money. We have been back multiple times and have never felt rushed during any appointments. A physical therapist account from another state told me to look for a physical therapist with orthopedic training (OCS credentials). Someone from my neighborhood app then suggested Dr John Somerndike. I have been so impressed with the treatment I received at this location. John is highly intelligent. He also has the best bedside manner and is very patient and thorough. As I mentioned I had been to several other physical therapy places so I have a frame it reference. Other places just assign you to an assistant after the first evaluation and have you do the same exercises over and over again. Even when they can tell I already have pretty good muscle strength and that I work out regularly. I really appreciated that John took into account that I work out and didn't give me a bunch of routine exercises. He gave me stretches to do at home and worked on increased range of mobility in my hip at each session. And it worked wonders! I improved so much over a few sessions. I was also really impressed that once he thought the sessions won't help me any more he flat out told me and let me know to follow up with my primary care doctor. That was very honest. I was shamed at others physical therapy places for not wanting to continue when I thought I didn't need help any more. I have to also say I know how hard it is to run a business. There's a good atmosphere in the office. All the assistants are on it and everyone seems cordial. I know that the business owner has a lot to do with how the office feels (based on how they treat their staff and the expectations that they set). I was really impressed when one time the front desk must have been out and John ran to the front to give me my next appointment and take my payment. The man knows how to run the whole place! John is a family man and he talks about his kids with such pride. He has such a positive energy about him. You can just tell he's an all around good human being. It was an honor to be treated by him. Negligence, lies and excuses. Stay away!…read more 3 months after I was told by Dr Roshan I would be getting a call in 10 days to schedule surgery, their circus of a back office, after a series of documented lies and massive clerical errors, called me with a surgery date. They gave me 1 week to complete my pre-op which I did in 24 hours. Then, approx 48 hours before the surgery, they called to check a few things and she verified my weight. I am a former Division 1 offensive tackle who is 6'7". Long short, I've been in his office twice for visits and had 2 telemeds, wrote my weigh on my intake and had them record it twice. Suffice it to say, I've put on about 10-12% since my Driver's License days. Up and to 48 hours prior to my surgery they, for some inexplicable and negligent reason they had been using DL weight as my offical weight amd somehow, 22 1/2 hours, the physical person that had been standing in front of who had followed every step and procedure, now could not be operated on?!?!?!? STAY AWAY. Dr.Roshan is either oblivious or complicit at this point as they scrubbed my surgery then gave me the amazing bedside manner of a.telemed call 5 days later... we will see if that happens. Meanwhile I have not had my normal pain injections the past 6 months while they have been stringing me along the whole.3 month time-frame "we should know something in the next day or 2". The number of messages I have from their Clinic Manager along the line "get back to you by" X time only to have me call 24-48 hours after. I am a former Division 1 offensive lineman. Our team orthopedic doc was previously the head of the USOTC orthopedic medicine. This is not a fly by night review from a disgruntled patient. This has been a cavelcade of errors since I walked out of my initial consult. I have been suffering immense pain. They care about that, what they don't care about is their series of tragically simple unforced errors that find me 3 months later discs still herniated spurs still pinching my spine. He has opinions, but all of them are formed from the practical experience he has had (most of which, even if I don't agree with, make complete sense). I can't speak for the others, but his quality of care is second to none. The office staff is pleasant and professional. I have not had any problems with them.
