As I was pulling up 10 minutes before the appointment, the office called me to cancel AGAIN!!! Ten minutes before the appointment starts! They said the other Dr. was not going to be in and I need to reschedule. Completely unprofessional! Two canceled appointments within 24 hours, minutes before the appointment is scheduled!? I requested for my results to be read to me over the phone but I have little faith. If someone had canceled their Dr. appointment within 24 hours they would still be getting charged, yet they can do it twice? DEA # FD 2560464 LIC. # 20A 11369 After years of wear and pain due to work related injury on her left knee my mother was refer to this Dr.for a operation which The Doctor claims that the surgery that he perform should of allow my senior mother to resume with her normal life, but today that is not the case. My mother continues to suffer from her knee months after the surgery and now the Dr refuses to have any compassion towards her by signing a document that would help give my mother more recover time off from work. Now my poor mother has to deal with bills pilling on top of each other and not to mention the agonizing pain that she is still suffering from on her knee.
