So my overall experience was good with 24/7, I did get an answer after hours and they did have a…read moretech out the next day, the only thing I was a little uneasy about was that the tech was very quick to say my pump was shot and needed a full replacement (however the pump had already gone out twice so I kind of knew it was on its last leg already) however a more in depth look into it would have made me feel better about paying so much for an entire new system. That aside, I did speak to the owner ray that evening and he was a very kind person and very helpful and guaranteed me the techs would be out first thing in the morning to start working in the new pump and they for sure were!
