Something was clearly wrong. Monday morning we asked a friend if they knew anyone we could trust and they highly recommended Sun Coast Energy. As soon as we made connection, they had someone out within 20 minutes. It was unbelievable. David was our technician and he was prompt and efficient with the service we requested. First he checked the indoor unit and said everything looked fine. He then went to the outside unit and quickly identified that the capacitor was the issue. He scanned a barcode and discovered it was still under warranty!! Everything fixed within 30 minutes and the value he brought was huge. I told him that there will be people this Month who will have the exact same issue and someone will sell them a brand new unit. There is no way I would have known if he had told me I needed a new unit. He said the owners aren't like that. They are good Christian people who hire people who do the right thing. David also said he could not sleep with himself at night if he did something like that. They have a service plan that we are going to sign up for just because of the integrity of the company.
