Andie is wonderful - she took care of my mom and I both and we are happy as can be. I've only had lip filler twice and my experiences were night and day - Andie was thorough, yet made you feel comfortable and welcome. In my previous experiences it was like a hospital (awkward environment, no explanation, in and out within a short time). This was not my experience with Andie; she explained everything and really took her time to make sure it looked perfect. Her injection technique is also much less painful than others - I barely flinched and bruising was minimal. I included photos from before, right after, and now healed. You can see they are full yet natural. No duck lips from the side profile. I literally couldn't be happier.

1 week after my lip filler!

Her services are top notch! There's a reason why she is the best in her town. I will drive 35 minutes just to go back to her

The highlight of my visit was the massage. My therapist was phenomenal, she listened to my concerns, focused on the areas I needed most, and made me feel completely relaxed. I also appreciated the adjustable massage table, which made a huge difference since I have lower back pain. It was one of the most comfortable massage experiences I've had. I also enjoyed the complimentary champagne, delicious food, and excellent service at the rooftop pool. The attendants were incredibly attentive, and the drinks were very good. My only minor complaint about the rooftop pool is that it doesn't really have a view. My biggest disappointment was the sauna and steam room. Neither one got hot enough to be enjoyable. I spent over 30 minutes in the steam room without even getting warm or breaking a sweat, and the sauna wasn't much better. For a luxury spa, I expected these amenities to perform much better. Overall, I had a wonderful experience thanks to the outstanding staff and exceptional massage. If the sauna and steam room were properly heated, this would easily be a five-star spa.

So today we booked it as part of a birthday and Mother's Day weekend celebration. When our technician called out, staff member Madison called us at 9:02 AM and offered to upgrade my pedicure into a massage at no extra charge since our technician called in sick. I told her my husband won't go to the pedicure alone and asked how much do we need to pay for him if we also upgrade his service into a massage? Madison proceeded to place me on hold and came back and said don't worry about the upgrade for Mr. Fish and I got immediately excited and so happy and thanked her , told her will be there by 10 AM.. Upon arrival, we were handed a bill for $635 a Kimberly checked us in. I said I spoke to a Madison and she was next to her and confirmed to Kimberly at the front that our price was $240 total based on our earlier conversation She even told me Kimberly that we are getting upgraded to 2 Artisan massages. We went ahead with our massages trusting it was resolved. We had the best time and enjoyed as normal and ended up leaving around 4PM. At checkout, my husband went downstairs and Madison is now presenting him with the $635 bill!!! Of course like anyone in his position he would be shocked! Like what?!!!! He felt like he was having an out of body experience!! Madison's explanation, and I quote " I misspoke"claimed she misspoke and gave my husband the $635 bill telling my husband that her manager Jed told her while we were getting our massages that what she was told by her manager Jed that they can longer provide what was promised to me on the phone and at checkout. This was going while I was still upstairs, and saw my husband upset. I asked what's going on and he said don't worry about it I will handle this, he said it's your birthday and I am not letting them spoil your day . When confronted, Madison denied ever offering the upgrade in front of her manager when my husband said that's what she said. My husband did not even want me in this conversation because it was birthday/Mother's Day weekend and he did not want to spoil my day.. . What was meant to be a special weekend turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We loved the massages but left feeling disappointed by Madison. I have to say Madison has been so pleasant and super friendly every time we were there, to get this treatment from her, this really hurt me especially on my day and so unexpected. The manager Jed in my opinion did not handle this right. He should have asked Kimberly listened to the call that was made. I don't know but this was handled very poorly in my opinion. Madison had so many chances to make this right but chose not to. What was offered in good faith was taken back without accountability. We hope management reviews the 9:02 AM call recording, because that will tell the whole story or even speak to Kimberly that Madison corrected when we checked in. This is making me feel like I can't trust this company. Moving forward I want to record conversations or make sure I have proof or something because their word is not to be trusted. This leaves my amazing birthday/Mother's Day weekend ending in a bad note because of this.

Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about not just skin, but all sorts of things we see in the beauty world today. She's helped me navigate brands and treatments to discover my best results. After 9 months of booking with her, I am finally seeing clear, glowing skin again (since getting off birth control)! Also the vibe and ambiance of this place is great. They offer sparkling wine before your appointment - I'll show up 10 mins early just to sip and relax - and during your appointment, the chairs are very comfy, the music is calming and of course Jaylynn is the best at creating a relaxing experience - she'll offer a blanket and knee bolster for added comfort; she'll use aromatherapy, deep breathing, and head / shoulder massages throughout the session to really help you decompress - I've fallen asleep many times and nothing is better than waking up from a nap with fresh skin.

They had a special where it was $99 for your first facial (not sure if that was limited time or for always). It is good to note that even though you book online and put in your card info you are not charged until after your service! So you can also change or add any treatments you wanna experience. Because me and my mom went on Mother's Day they had little goodies out in the lobby. It was rose and some pastries from Prep and Pastry. You could also build yourself a mini flower bouquet with a table of flowers they had spread out! It was very nice to see these little extras on a special day. Overall the facility looked very clean and bright. The facial itself was very nice! It is 50minutes long and in that personal session I got a skin analysis, different cleansers, a face massage, gua sha massage, scalp massage, hydro infusion, sunscreen application, and eye cream application. Everything was so nice! And my esthetician, Drea made sure I was always comfortable. She was very great and I recommend her if you decide to book! After the facial you get a card with a recap of everything that was talked about for your skin. You get recommendations for products that could help your skin type which is nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars versus 5 is due to the regular prices of the facials. To become a member, as I understand it, is $104 dollars monthly. Plus more if you decide to get enhancements. If you can afford it, great! I've just personally seen cheaper prices elsewhere. However, I know this is a newer facility. Overall it was an amazing time with my mom and I enjoyed it all. Staff was all super sweet and amazing and the experience was so relaxing. I am very happy I got to have this experience.

Wow...I've been to a lot of spas, and I just left the Spa at Camelback Inn. From start to finish,…read morethe experience was exceptional. This may honestly be my new favorite spa. The service begins the moment you arrive. The host actually ran to open the door for us before checking us in, which immediately set the tone. Christina checked us in and was incredibly service oriented. Since the regular tour guide wasn't available, she took the time to personally show us around the property, which was above and beyond. The remodel is absolutely beautiful and was done right. My only hope is that they maintain it over the years because it's a stunning facility. One thing I especially appreciated was the number of shared spaces. My partner and I actually enjoy spending time together at the spa, so I always look for spas that offer common co-ed areas, and this one has several. They also have a gorgeous women's-only pool with an incredible view, in addition to shared amenities. There were so many amenities that I didn't even have time to experience all of them. The staff genuinely seems happy to be there, and it shows. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. For my treatment, I had Kristin. I almost hesitate to mention her because I don't want everyone booking her and making it harder for me to get an appointment but she was absolutely phenomenal. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during my service, which almost never happens. I sincerely hope they continue maintaining this level of service because they have something really special.

Overall a good massage but I had to ask her twice to decrease the pressure and she also didn't put an eye mask on me when I flipped onto my back, which was awkward. It was also freezing in the room and although she said she put it on warm, it never warmed up. I was ok on the warm table, but when I got up afterwards, it was still as freezing as when I got in. They recently did a renovation and the women's shower area is really nice with big individual frosted glass showers with a dry area in front of the shower so that your things don't get wet. Prior to our massages, we enjoyed the co-ed pool area which is for spa guests only, 18+. This was a relaxing area with several water features with different pressures that you could stand under. They also had two small pools to the left which was a cold plunge and a hot plunge (no jets). The views of the mountains were so relaxing and the waiter Daniel was highly available for you to order food and drinks if wanted. Then I went to the women's only area to shower. They offer the most amazing smelling salt scrub (complementary) that makes your skin so soft. Don't forget to grab a bowl! The attendants in the women's area were so helpful. In this area was also a steam room, sauna and an area to dump a bucket of cold water on yourself. They also had 3 heated beds that you can lay on for 10 minutes before your treatment. After the massage, you go in a co-ed sanctuary and lay on a bed with a weighted blanket with noise canceling headphones for 25 minutes. This bed also vibrates to the sounds you choose. One side of my headphones wasn't working unfortunately. After, this led into a co-ed lounge. The hot water maker was already put away (at 5:06pm when they close at 6pm) so I couldn't make myself a cup of tea afterwards - especially when I still felt freezing, which was really disappointing. I expected more for $295 - better snacks and tea available until closing time. I don't think that is a lot to ask for. With so many spas in the area, if ever back in Scottsdale, we don't plan to return.
