Communication being up front about all of the fees. Including your post op recommendations. That are very expensive and if you don't go he says I told you to go. That's why you look like you do. Not a good listener. Says the exact same thing all the time. To repetitive. And so much more. You will have to go get a package deal for lymphatic massage. And go get the barrier chamber package deal for adding thousands of your money that you may not have. I had the bank give me the exact amount to cover procedure. I counted it 3 x myself and they brought me back for another consult and that's when they said I was a few hundred off. I almost canceled my procedure. They wouldn't even count in front of me. Had a straight forward breast augmentation. He suggested textured implants because I was working out a lot. I told him that I didn't want big implants because of my profession and didn't want to look like a bimbo at my kids school. He pushed back saying everyone regrets going smaller. I should not have ignored that red flag because he was dismissive of what I wanted. Despite this, I went through with the surgery. Long story short, I was botched. The implants were way too big. I'm very petite and they look ridiculous. I know that surgeons don't know exactly what size they will use until they operate, but it is obvious he completely ignored my wishes given the size. They were also placed super high which gave me an unnatural looking upper pole. I always looked like I had aggressive cleavage. Usually there is a nice natural looking slope which I assumed I would be getting from what I thought was a competent doctor. They looked weird from the placement and definitely too big. Staff didn't take after photos, so that was a big sign to me that my result was not something they wanted the public to see. Sometime after there was a study that linked textured implants with cancer. Apparently doctors have known about this link for awhile. Of course I was very concerned and scheduled a follow up appointment seeking answers and ultimately a replacement of the implants with non-textured ones. Our conversation did not go well. He was very dismissive, almost laughing that I was even concerned about the issue, did not take me seriously, and refused to do anything about it. His office ghosted me after I requested he replace my implants. Just really disappointing and very scary if you think about it. You trust doctors with your life and body. You assume they will respect your wishes and perform surgeries the best they can. This is not the case here. Avoid. (Oh when I requested my medical record to take to a new surgeon they first refused. I threw a fit because obviously they can't withhold my medical record. After that they said they would release them but only after I paid a fee. The audacity!) read more

Her voice was soft and comforting... she gave you her undivided attention and answered questions and "concerns" with very easy to understand answers medically and artfully for you to have the best results. During my scheduled 1.5 hour visit she was precise and payed close attention to every injection site with the upmost safety while ensuring my comfort. I understand having a few upset patients but Dr. Leverett has quite a few with the same issues mentioned. I've had my breast done 3 times now with him, & still need a repair. After the 3rd failure I asked for him to take them out and fix what was messed up at no cost since his surgeries failed 6 weeks post (not repair the implant BUT remove, so back to square one). He spewed some bull about how it failed because of me.. LOL and that his surgical techniques were not in question at all. Basically, went on to have a screaming match bedside with me. His bedside manner is a joke, and customer service in general in the practice lacks. It's not so much about the cost but doing what was right. My asks were normal. I've been contemplating this review for awhile now, I had my breast augmentation done in October 2021, I had to have a second (repair ) in November 2021 due to Dr. Leverett puncturing the first implant in October. I didn't know about him puncturing it until my 10 day post op. At which point he was joking about it. I was on the operating table For a few hours while he searched with valley doctors trying to find a new implant after he punctured the one on my left side. He finally found an implant hours later while in the meantime my husband kept checking with a front desk and all they kept telling him was it's just taking longer than normal. They never told him what was going on during this whole procedure. So once he finally put the implant in and at my postop told me what happened it was a bigger size implant and a different maker. He said that It would be OK and we could just leave it and or we could fix it, I paid almost $10,000 for that procedure and I was not going to have a bigger implant and a different brand so I went under the knife again in November 2021 and he fixed it. I went back for my monthly check ups and asked for a discount or some kind of compensation for another surgery and they said they didn't do that. I would think after putting me through that they would have been more than happy to accommodate me in my request. And did I mention my husband is an attorney? They should've been worried about a lawsuit at that point. Anyways customer service was horrible and I will never go back there. Just be careful. Dr. leverett is getting up there in age maybe he should consider retiring. read more

I was meant to find this place and I am so glad I did. I recently moved to AZ earlier this year and without knowing anyone ended up going to a networking event in Tempe. At the event, I won a free Micropeel at Body By Leverette! Around the same time, I had gotten my lips done in Scottsdale by the "lip doctor" who was top rated and everyone said was the best. Turns out he was not the best and I ended up with bumpy lips that were uneven (and horribly bruised) and this was after I went back to have him fix it. My appointment each time was about 35 minutes with 20 of it sitting there waiting for the topical to numb me. I realized around this time that my free micropeel was about to expire so I made an appointment for mid may and OH MY GOODNESS! The mircopeel was amazing, Candice is amazing and my skin had never felt better, highly recommend. While chatting with Candice, I mentioned my lip dilemma and she said "You should meet with Christina, our injector" and so I made an appointment with Christina. I was nervous about the appointment because I wasn't experiencing desired results with my previous lip injector and so i was hoping for a miracle. Well I found her. Christina spent almost 2 hours (4x as long as the other guy) with me going over each part of my lips, feeling them, asking me what I wanted my lips to look like, learning the muscles and natural shape of my lips and face. She was also very honest with me about my lips and didn't just want to inject me and get it over with, she really took her time to explain what she can do and what she recommends. I have now had 2 appointments with Christina (cant wait for the next) and my lips look 10 TIMES BETTER than they did before! No bumps, they are even and MINIMAL bruising (super small little bruise spots, but the other guy left me with an ENTIRE bruised bottom lip). She didn't rush, our last appointment was almost 2 hours, and she talked with me through the whole process to make sure I was happy with the results while she was doing it NOT just after. Moral of the story - this place has it all. Amazing people who are ACTUALLY good at their job, who have wonderful personalities and who are honest and genuinely want to help you. Dr. Leverett only cares about the money. He will purposely mess up your body just so you will come back to him to fix it so he can make more money. Dr,.Leverett stole my waist line by performing liposuction on my midsection when I didn't need it. when I went to him for a breast lift. Now instead of my normal flat stomach I have loose skin - can't wear anything that fits at the waist. If I wear a fitted garment I have a roll of skin that hangs over the band - never had this problem before I met Dr. Leverett. He also wanted to give me larger breasts - which I didn't want (already a 32DD) so he didn't even do a good job on the breast lift - I guess he thought leaving some sagging would make me want to get implants. STAY AWAY from Leverett if you don't want Butchery - that is what he should change his site name to - Butchery by Leverett. read more
