A smoke detector has already been replaced. Getting someone on the phone is pretty difficult as they have AI answer the call and you leave a message. When you send an email it goes to I don't know where but it doesn't get returned. I've succumb to leaving a review in hopes of them seeing this and maybe someone calling me back or responding to the review. They continually send an email asking if the quote to come out is accepted but you can't talk to anyone about that quote - even though I was able to talk to someone to get it, if you question it, I guess you get no one. I think I've left 3 messages and 2 emails now To say it is frustrating is an understatement.
