It took a few weeks of regular visits to Proactive PT, but I haven't felt any pain or experienced the issue at all since completing my treatments. She literally redid the assessment and gave me therapy which on the surface helped me, but after getting home, it resulted in more pain with numbness in my whole arm. For my next appointment, I requested to be seen by Dr. Nupur, but she refused to see me. When I asked when she was available, the rude staff said I had to get treated by the other doctor because Dr. Nupur had transferred my case. Dr. Nupur is skilled, but not everyone on her team is, and it is very unprofessional of Dr. Nupur to not even see her own patient when requested for a valid reason. Now I have to find another therapist, with more numbness now present in my whole arm.

Queene is a healer. This was my first time doing physical therapy and I feel embarrassed that I…read morehaven't done it after all these years. This review is a note to all of you to try it out. I learned more about my body in one session than anything I've learned from YouTube videos or AI in the past decade. We started the session off by going over my exercise and injury history. Then we went over what exercises I do and Queene chose a few of them that were likely causing me problems given my history. She has great experience and intuition about what's going on with my body. We went through the exercises and her intuition was right every single time. These exercises revealed imbalances between my left and right side that I had no idea about, and Queene helped adjust them with proper form and range of motion. She also added a few more exercises. All of this resulted in my body loosening up, with much better range of motion on my squat, and my lower back felt better after a previous tweak. Then, we did some massage and cupping, which was helpful for figuring out more things that were going on with my body. We finished with foam rolling to help address all of the issues that Queene found. At the end of the session, Queene asked if she could give me a hug. That tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person she is. I left the session impressed by Queene's depth of knowledge and her ability to give thoughtful feedback. Most importantly, her genuine care for others shined through--she took the time to educate me and help my body move better with less risk of injury. Her care for others extended beyond my session. When I was working out with a friend afterward, she took the time to teach him new movements and cues for his sports training. I can't say enough good things about Queene, Joey (the founder), and Progressive Motion as an organization. People there were friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Fitness is one of the pillars of mental and physical health. Progressive Motion is the place to go to address all of your fitness needs.

I have lower back pain from a disk injury I sustained lifting a few years back. I tried traditional…read morehospital-based PT via the various health systems over the years (doing the usual stuff like clam shells, planks, hamstring stretches, etc), but sitting and lifting were still painful. I had basically given up and came to believe that I would be living in pain for the rest of my life. Eventually I stopped doing PT and would just pay lip service to the idea of it. It was only after I starting going to Progressive Motion and seeing Bryan Mai, who taught me about properly stacking my hip and ribcage and breathing into a hardened lower abdomen while lifting, along with proper form adjustments during specific movements like deadlifts, squats, etc, that I found that I could actually live life without recurring pain. I am now starting to believe once again that my physiotherapy exercises actually help, and do them consistently. So thanks Bryan and Progressive Motion in making me believe that my PT exercises actually do make a difference!

I went to R3 twice weekly for more than two months to help my knee recover so that I could get back…read moreto jogging regularly. While making the appointment, I was already appreciative of how friendly and helpful Regina was. (Regina also helped walk me through the process of billing my health insurance.) During the consultation, I was impressed by how thorough the initial assessment was. I've worked with all three physical therapists on staff -- Doctors Jordan, Julia, and Des. They are all so supportive and caring! The exercises are tough at times, as they should be, but I've never felt pushed too hard (More than a year later, and I jog regularly while keeping up with the strengthening exercises that I learned at R3. No injuries!) Mikey and the rest of the front desk staff are also very friendly and supportive, always ready to greet you (and say goodbye) with a big smile!

She is so knowledgeable and professional, you know you're getting the best care with her. I also have to give the whole staff a shout here as well. Every single member is so friendly, it really feels like stepping into a friend's house. Literally everyone will greet you with a smile on their face when you come in! It's a wonderfully positive environment where you can heal not just the body but also the heart lol --- Tldr: Great place for sports rehab. Excellent, very friendly service! They don't take insurance, it's a bit pricey, and felt a bit sales-y at first, but I fully trust Dr Jordan and team wanting the fastest, and strongest recovery for me. At the end of the day, it's important to me to get back to playing volleyball, and the results so far have been worth the cost. I twisted my ankle pretty bad a couple months ago, and the level of attention and thought that goes into my treatment is above and beyond my expectations. Dr Jordan patiently listens to my experiences week after week and develops hypotheses and remedies as he and I learn about what was damaged and needs improvement. As I heal, we quickly refocus our efforts on the next most important issue, changing the rehab as necessary. R3 seems to specialize in sports recovery, and their stated goal is not just to get you back to functionality, but to push you all the way into playing shape.

I cracked the booklet open but didn't get very far before concluding it was hopeless. I was somewhat familiar with the practice as I'd used it years before. So, I decided to go out of pocket because I thought it was my only hope of really getting better. Upon entering ESPT, I found the care exceptional. I would have an entire session focused on pain management. You can't put that in a booklet! I did indeed improve. Not only did I go once, but I went back again after knee meniscus surgery. Again, the experience was exceptional, and I was almost sorry to graduate! The practice is also very well run. Cherise at the front desk keeps all the appointments in order, and the communication is excellent. I strongly endorse this practice.
