I stated great I'll do my weekly shopping while it's cooking. I go back 30 minutes later and let them know I was waiting. At 6:55 they tell me he's just putting it in the fryer! What the freaking mess is this? Ask for the manager and all he says is I'm sorry about that ma'am. So I just left the cart full and told him, we'll yall can put all this food back, I'm taking my business elsewhere. We normally spend 250.00- 350.00 aweek there but I'm going to shop at Krogers! I know they could care less but People need to stand up for being mistreated and for these outrageous prices! Sincerely a disappointment consumer!

WORST PHARMACY IN AMERICA!!…read more A part of me feels I was racially discriminated !! It was quite obvious , the customer in front of me and the customer behind me were both African-American... and were treated like royalty! The courtesy and respect they were given was superb!! , but the service I received was not suitable for a dog. I've used this pharmacy for 20 years, but I will not ever send another prescription to this place!! The last three times I've used this pharmacy there has been an issue. I had some dental work done 3 weeks ago , it took two days to get my anabiotic's filled . Then I was given a prescription for pain meds after the operation and that prescription was not filled for another two days! I've been getting the runaround all day today about a prescription ! I called at 1:46 PM, the lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I go to the drive-through window at 2:15 PM and she tells me it will be ready around 3 PM. Then I receive a notification on my phone from the Kroger app that tells me my prescription is now ready for pick up!

Satisfaction Guaranteed When You Shop Delivery or FREE*…read morePickup With Kroger, you can shop your favorites online with confidence. You'll be 100% satisfied with your online order or we'll make it right. Guaranteed. That statement is far from correct. You did nothing to make things right. Instead, I was treated like a child by your customer service agent. I was questioned as to why I would file a complaint with HQ. I was specifically asked what I was going to say to HQ and had to talk her out of her name and employee number. No one tried to make things right when half of my order was missing. No one attempted to deliver my items - that were delivered by Kroger. No one attempted to set up an expedited delivery for later that night or in the morning. No one offered to pay for Instacart to deliver my items on the same day. At every turn it was I can't, or they won't and the only option is the refund. However, the refund won't arrive for 3-5 business days. So, unless I had an additional 80.00 in the bank, I would have to wait for the money to be refunded before I could reorder the food. It was not until I said I was going to contact HQ that the representative offered me a 15.00 coupon for my inconvenience. 15.00!!!???? After being put down because I called Imperial Margarine. After not receiving my items that I paid for. After not getting my items redelivered to me... 15.00???!!!!! After being chastised for wanting to cancel my boost membership because she said I was upset and should not be making these types of decisions when I am upset. 15.00????!!!! My next stop is the BBB because this is outrageous.

The selection here is what stood out most--there's a unique variety of health-focused products you don't always see in bigger stores, making it feel curated rather than overwhelming. Whether you're already deep into wellness or just exploring healthier options, it's easy to find something that fits your needs. I also grabbed a smoothie while I was there and loved it. It tasted fresh, well-balanced, and not overly sweet--clearly made with quality ingredients rather than shortcuts. This is the kind of place you're happy to discover and end up telling other people about. I'll definitely be back.

Finally the lady at the register next to her said hey, you have a customer waiting on you, which was me standing there just waiting to be acknowledged. And she kept talking, the guy that was bagging the groceries seem to be a manager and they were just both talking about her, breaking her phone case or whatever.
