Don't believe them...they don't do it. I go to the Locust Grove, GA store #1052 to pick up my 1 $2.07 RX. I walk past the line up to the Prepaid Pickup window. I am told by the person at the regular pickup window to go to the back of the line. I tell her no need to because I prepaid. She says there is no one to help me even though there are at least 5 other people working. I say I will just wait here. I am told that the 2 that can help me are both on the phone and they are too busy to help. So I stand there waiting on my prepaid RX while the snarky cashier helps every other customer except me. After they clear out all the other customers she tells me she can get me now. One of the other two that can help is off the phone but didn't even bother. Don't offer a service that you don't provide and then have nasty, mean girl staff make sure they don't help you. Complete customer service fail and unfriendly service on top of not delivering what service that you promised and promote. Also don't think you will get help from the Publix corporate office either. After 6 calls of being hung up on and transferred all over the place because there is no "CARE" in their Customer Care, I finally was able to leave a message for a "Mike Chavez" over the Pharmacy services for store #1052. Did he give me a call back? No he did not. And based on Publix's total lack of caring about the customer, I am sure I won't hear from him tomorrow either.

The cashiers that were on duty were not paying attention and wondered off twice while I was waiting to get a register and actually check out. They wondered down a few lanes to chat with another cashier and during this chat multiple people needed and had to wait for assistance. The store itself was decently stocked, clear of debris and clean for the most part, even the exterior was well kept. I am never in this area, but on the occasion that I do pass through...I will probably just wait to hit another spot.

I feel this is truly the best way honestly to welcome in the changing of the weather, with an experience. My family has been frequenting this farm since about 2016 to 2018 and we go at least once a year if not many more times. I remember when I graduated from high school my entire family was picking strawberries that weekend and we still have the container to show it. Whether it's celebrating sunflowers, or picking pumpkins, I know I'll always make my way here. There's always a ton of rows of gravel parking, we've never participated in the activities more of a U-Pick enjoyer when I come to the farm personally. Also, I'm here for a good snack, especially the poundcake slices whether you have it alone or with some macerated, strawberries, and whipped cream as a shortcake it's always divine. Another thing I'm always making a trip for is the cider, whether that be muscadine, apple any of them are delicious. This particular trip I did end up, leaving pumpkin-less, but not to the fault to the farm. It was simply way too cold out the weekend we went for me to brave the search for one. Onto the apple cider slush it's not as sweet this year as usual. The apple flavor didn't come through as strongly. It was really a lot of frozen ice so didn't enjoy it as much but the apple cider donut absolutely made up for it. I also got this really cute Momento cup and I'm always happy to have anything with Southern Belle labeled on it. My boyfriend also got a lemonade which he wasn't really a fan of and I completely understood. It was like a lemon shake up but just didn't have enough sugar like my slush. Maybe they're cutting back? Lol. Overall, though solid trip per usual, and I may be back for a Christmas tree, but I'll definitely be back next year for fruit!

The first thing my husband did was ask about the peaches. Of course that's the reason he went there. My search was for the peach preserves like my great grandmother made. I didn't stop there, I saw many condiments, salad dressings, old fashion candies. They also have a dessert eatery inside. Customer service was very insightful. Because we didn't go for the activities or petting of the animals, I can't write much about that. Overall, on my next visit I will try the famous MiMi's pound cake which they rave about. Also, I want the blueberry donuts which they only have on the weekends. Doggonit, I went to early in the middle of the week. My husband is really enjoying his peaches.
