Understocked, dirty and disorganized. Restroom was in need of attention. Just not a great shopping experience at all. I've reviewed lots and lots of Walmarts. This is a poor one. The grocery pick up staff here has been sooo good lately. They've decreased their wait time and the staff is really nice-- for example, my blueberries spilled in the bag as he was loading it into my van. Most other places would've just closed it back and let me deal with it at home. He recognized it, and without me even requesting he went back to get a new container. The time before that, a young man gently shared the gospel with me. He wasn't pushy or aggressive with it, just in a gentle way that lets others know he cared Another time, they didn't have the cooler that I purchased. They had already marked it as picked up though. The manager went above and beyond to make things right. Way to go Walmart! read more

I was in the Walmart and a Pepsi rep asked if he could help me. I said "I don't think it's your product, but I'm looking for naked smoothie" . He replied " I think they are in the friuits and veggie aisle. I headed that way and was approached by the Pepsi rep. He aid ". I was looking for you. I found the naked smoothie. He pointed me to the product. He went "above and beyond" to help me find a product that he was not representing Kudos to the Pepsi guy. read more

We've been tossed around from Walmart to Walmart on a quest to find a bakery with a printer to do an edible cake image. Finally we were directed to the Hudson Bridge Road WalMart where we met Darryl in the bakery department; he who a scholar and a gentleman and helped us out. Darryl was packing up the bakery items and I believe it was near to the end of his shift, but he took the time to edit our design and complete our order to our satisfaction and on top of that he helped another family with a little girl who wanted some specific cupcakes for a Decedents Premier sleepover. Darryl is a true depiction of the culture of what Walmart should strive for. read more

Worse Walmart ever. I placed an online order to be delivered at 2-3pm. Never was delivered nor did I receive any texts or emails saying that my order was delayed or going to be late. So I canceled the order and & made an order to be pickup. And for 3 days my orders have not been ready. Been calling and no one will answer the phone. read more

I have never seen so many unprofessional, nasty, rude and ignorant people than the two female night time managers/team leaders. That h ace no class or decent upbringing. Expecailly, the short black one with tge long stringy brain. No tact what so ever. Her behavor is quite embarrassing to say the least. Why is Walmart charging an additional 911 fee on Boost Mobile prepaid cards. All Boost Mobile plans include this charge in the plan. Other retailers such as Target and Kroger do not add this fee to these cards. When I questioned about this I was told that it automatically added it to it. I told the lady that I would purchase one some where else. read more

I feel like when you go to a Walmart you always compare it to another one, like this couldn't be worse then ____ location...... then you walk in, it read your mind and accepted your challenge. This was a scary one on top of the usual walmartness. So many things just laying in the isles like the poor employees were in the middle of stocking & was told their paychecks bounced so they all ran frantically out of the building or something. If you are brave and desperate like I was you try to get the items you need as fast as you can, except the one in front of the scary lady who started threatening her man for not knowing what spice she wanted, so she picked up each one yelling IS THIS THE SPICE!?!?!? Anyway we made it to the front to check out.... Ended up waiting 25 min in line because the lady questioned almost every item as the poor cashier rang it up, she had to eventually get help and held it together a lot better then I could have. Every time I come into this Wal-Mart it is gross, employees are rude, and the selection is very low. I've given this Wal-Mart several tries but yesterday on Christmas Eve they were set to close at 6. My mom and I were turned away from the door at 5:30! From my experience of being a manger at Wal-Mart, this is unacceptable. Not only that, but the way they were turning customers away was completely unprofessional just by their tone of voice and being plain rude! This store makes black people look so freaking bad! I will never purchase food from here let alone get another oil change. The man that serviced my car in the auto shop got in my car eating pickles and dropping juice from the pickles on my steering wheel. They left the light in my vehicle when I asked them to clear it I waiting while they worked on other vehicles. Every person in the auto care I dealt with was rude. This is a brand spanking new Walmart, and it is gorgeous. Yes, gorgeous. Yes, I'm gushing about a Walmart. They have built in bouquet holders in the bathrooms that hold fresh flowers. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and well stocked. I decided I should probably pick up a new headlight and windshield wipers while I was here, and found that each part/material section of the automotive department had a nifty little device that functioned perfectly that allowed you to put in your car year, make, and model, and it would tell you which size of each brand your would need. They had these for batteries, air filters, lights, and windshield wipers. Of course, I highly encourage you to check the date stamp of this review before relying on it for any sound advice. If you're reading this more than three months after I wrote it, chances are this Walmart is now disgusting and all the cool features are broken, stained, or stolen. Don't say I didn't warn you! read more

Terrible customer service! My coworker went in person on a Monday to make an order for an elementary school program that coming Thursday. Order was placed and she was told there was enough product to complete the order. At 6:00 am on the morning of the event, she was called and was told they couldn't complete the order. Then they had the nerve to tell her she could call other locations to see if they had enough. In the end, thankfully Chic-fil-A came through so our program actually had food to serve. I have never seen such horrible customer service from a company that had three days to prepare. read more

What a waste of real estate!!! The last thing we needed down here was another Walmart. Not only are there are THREE Super Centers just a few exits up the freeway in the SAME county, but we already have a MUCH BETTER grocery store right across the road AND Tanger Outlets!!!! Added to this wasted space is the fact that this Walmart is much smaller & doesn't have a lot of items in stock. I only go a Walmart when I absolutely have to and often end up having to drive up the freeway to one of the others because what I need isn't at this one. The only thing it has going for it is that it's new and still clean. But the isles are small & it's hard to get around all the stuff & the people. Not to mention the employees who stand in the middle of the isles chatting so customers have to go around them. Yet when you need an employee to help you with something, there are none to be found. What we really needed here was a good garden center and/or hardware store. That's the only thing missing - yet we can still drive a couple of exits up the freeway, or a couple of miles in the opposite direction to fulfill all those needs, too. read more

Just ran in for a few items and use restroom. Driving through to Colorado. Bathrooms seemed clean enough and not overly crowded like most Walmart's. Small selection of hats and gluten free items. No wait in line for scan n go. Lots of parking. read more

I have been to this Walmart multiple times and have had a decent experience. However at 11:30pm they seem to have only 1 register open and 15 people in line. Is it really hard to keep a one extra person on staff just in case the line gets too long. You can't even use the scan and go line as it is closed and I have three items only. Nice clean Wal-Mart the restrooms are always clean. Helpful employees the ones that I ran across doesn't mind showing you where anything is. I usually shop at night after 11pm they're stocking...the only thing that I don't like is after 10/11 they only have the self checkout lines open. You don't have a lot of space if your buying a lot of groceries using the self checkout line. read more

This Wal-Mart was built way too small for the number of people that come to shop here. They do a relatively good job keeping the lines down compared to other Wal-Mart stores I've been to considering the large number of customers they have from our area and several surrounding ones. That aside, the biggest problem with this store is that they can't seem to keep enough stock in to take care of their customers needs and have a very limited selection in comparison to other Wal-Mart stores. The Self-Checkout addition was a mistake, as it took jobs that could have been produced for people willing to give good customer service. The self-checkout lanes are often burdensome as most self-checkout lanes are. If you have one or two items, self-checkout is no big deal; otherwise, stay away. It will just make you frustrated (especially if you have coupons, because they have the coupon accepter taped off on every register for some reason). Overall, I think this store was poorly designed for the large customer base that they serve and the fact that they're almost always out of stock on SOMETHING on your list means that you have to go to multiple stores. Wal-Mart didn't improve anything for the residents of Locust Grove, Butts County, and Monroe County. They only added another frustratingly lacking store to the mix. read more
