I won't be shopping at Kohl's again. I purchased a men's long sleeve shirt and returned the next day to exchange it. The store was nearly empty--no customers in sight--and as I walked directly to the cashier counter, the associate stopped me and insisted I go back and enter through the designated queue lane, which is typically used when there's a long line. I explained that there was no one ahead of me and that I was simply taking the most direct route. Still, she insisted I follow her instructions, claiming it was store policy. Ok, I love Kohls but the assholes that work at the McDonough Ga Kohls need lessons in customer service. I waited 15 minutes for this older cashier to get done helping even an older customer ( don't get me wrong I love the elderly), to cash her out while explaining to her about Kohls cash, how she couldn't use it on this purchase. Then to take a gander at her email she was having a hard time pulling up on her cricket phone from last year to try and get 30 % off of today's purchase. All to make a payment in store. She then finishes with her then blows right past me, I said Ma'am I was her first, she stopped and said you walked away from the counter so this other customer was next (which was an extremely older customer), proceeds to walk off. As I stomped off the young lady about 20 yrs old says, " I was here after her meaning me and the lady says " well I didn't see you". Then continues to help the elderly lady as she s saying how rude young people are today. I wanted to snatch that cheap wig off her head and slap her with it. Today I went last minute shopping here, and I only had one item and it was a belt. The lines were super long, so I tried going to the jewelry department to pay for this belt. However, instead of the cashier, Angela, paying me out she gave me a long lecture on how the jewelry customers are helped first, which I completely understand, but everyone that was in the jewelry department was already being helped by other workers. All she had to do was pay me out for this ONE item instead gave me an unneeded lecture. Moreover, this isn't my first bad incident here with these rude workers. The cashier Stacey is rude and needs a few lessons in customer service , especially if customer service is her department. Kohl's in McDonough opened in 2007 and I have never had a bad experience until I meet Stacey. Stacey needs to understand this is Kohl's, not Walmart, Cititrends, or any other store where customer service is not valued and where employees act ghetto. Stacey tried her best to get a reaction out of me...but I kept it professional and left. Moreover, I hope to never see Stacey again while I'm shopping at Kohl's. Very bad service , cashier and the manager, they say same shoe but different size has a different price .size 10 for $25.00 and 10.5 size for $85.00 when pointed out to the manager that the box description and the shoe did not match , was very rude and did not want to listen to what the customer had to say , they did not want to even go and check , very poor training , if they don't like what they are doing maybe they need to find another job. read more

My wife bought a very expensive (over $1100.00) Levian ring at Kohl's but it needed to be resized. Levian told us that Kohl's should send it to them to be resized. Kohl's would not do it. Levian suggested going to Macy's because Macy's is more responsive. That is a sad commentary. Anyway, the Customer Service woman spent 15 minutes just trying to find a record of the purchase, like we were running a scam or something. My wife could have shown her the bill on her phone in 2 minutes if she had asked. Bottom line: Kohl's was no help, even Levian recognizes how unresponsive Kohl's is and Kohl's is very distrustful. As my wife said when she left the store, she will take her shopping elsewhere. read more
