I waited for over 30 minutes, just trying to get into a fitting room. No attendant, but the keys were on the counter. I just couldn't muster the courage to unlock a door myself. I chased down three employees for help. #1 told me she was "clocked out" as she sped past me. #2 suggested I go to the customer service dept. to speak to the "female manager in glasses." #3 was the manager in glasses, who was busy chatting with a co-worker and told me to wait, she wasn't ready. This Walmart was pretty disappointing! Even taking into account the busy holiday season, this place fell really short with unstocked shelves and empty produce bins. There are multiple signs advertising that they are hiring and I think they should speed up their staffing issues to ensure they don't lose more business. In one instance while on one of the shortest lines, the cash register went haywire and rather than open up a new register, the manager instructed the cashier to close up and all customers on line to go on line at other registers. Yikes! There are a number of other Walmarts in the area and lucky for me they were up to par! Hopefully, this little Walmart gets it together soon for convenience's sake. Inside the store they are not ever fully stocked but things are cheaper then Kroger or anywhere else near me. I'm not satisfied with the customer service at all. Anytime I'm in line I'm not greeted and at self checkout the workers are usually on phone texting or bullshitting with eachother. There are a few workers that are friendly but most seem like they hate there job and it's an inconvenience to help you out. Thank goodness for Walmart! It is one of the few places with items in stock at the moment. Prices are reasonable with good variety. I ordered a coffee pot earlier today. I received an email stating that my order was ready for pick up. I went to the stores several hrs. Later to pick up. I waited 30minutes to get assistance with my order. There was several people their waiting for orders. The girl that brings out your order moves like a turtle. I explained to her I was here to pick up my order and she said she would check. I waited another 10 minutes and another girl asked me for my name. I gave it to her and she couldn't find it. I gave her my name three times and apparently hooked on phonics didn't work for her. I even gave her my order number and she said your order is not here, it must've been canceled. I explained to her I received an email to pick up my order. Then the first girl comes out with my order. The coffee pot box was in bad condition. It looked like it had been run over by a truck. I told the girl I wanted another one. She told me I had to get a refund, and I needed to go to customer service, and walked away. I had my husband go get another coffee pot while I stand in the long customer service line. Wait another 30 minutes in line for customer service. To exchange this item that has not left the store! The young lady refunded me for the beat up item and rang up the new coffee pot and it was 5 dollars more for the same online item. I asked for the manager. The manager said that items are cheaper online and that's why there was a price difference and that they encourage people to purchase online. I explained to her that I did purchase my item online. But they was not about to give me just anything! I asked her if she would except this item in this damage box? She said no I wouldn't take it either. She adjusted the price. Horrible they sold us fake AirPods and I had to call corporate for help because the return ladies told me I did something to them lol. walmart crew gave my order to the wrong customer... periotd't!!!! place my order yesterday july 30th~12:40 pm - i received my notification at 12:44 pm (yesterday) arrived there to pick up 15 mins early and got: i don't see a order for you, i don't see anything for you....oh, i see your order but we're missing (1) item, then that led to it'll be ready in 15 mins...then that led to 4 additional lies. 10:10am - the mgr - (lead) - he told me his name was anthony comes back out and comes to my car. i asked if he was the mgr and he stated: "how can i help"...(are you freakin' kiddin me). for the passed hour, i have been waiting for my pick up... and you come out an hour later, as if to "prove" that you still have no clue as to what is going on. 1 freakin' hour later! and he asked this freakin' daq!!!??? i just want to know.....where is my order?! he stated, your order was canceled, you can re-schedule it but other than that "you can leave." i can leave mofo!??!?! i'd been there "patiently" waiting on them based on the lies they kept telling me....now? now i can leave? hold on!!! you mean to tell me that you guys couldn't find my order then that led to "your order is ready but we're missing (1) item" to "we can't dispense it until all items are available, substituted or removed" to now, you item has been canceled, "re-schedule it" to "you can leave?!?!?!?" what the hell kind of place is walmart running here? this cannot be the values of walmart....period't! if i spoke to my customers that way i wouldn't have a company....this "anthony" (the lead) came out with such a nonchalant disposition. if it were me at my own business, knowing that "walmart employees screwed up this order or worse...gave the order to another customer" which clearly they've done... i'd have taken a "proactive stance in the matter" and said to the customer, (which of course was not her fault), "listen, i'm sorry we screwed up your order and wasted over an hour of your time with lies, misinformation and/or half truths so if you give me 15 mins, "i will personally", go out and pull your order again. period! point blank! that's how you resolve a problem.... Worse experience ever!!!!!! Place a $47.25 order for my grandson's upcoming school year (school supplies). A $47.25 order was split into 8 different deliveries and half wasn't even received. I will not be ordering online again; this is just ridiculous!! With the pandemic and numbers are rising you would think Walmart the Giant would make online shopping easier. This Walmart Super Center on Willow Lane in McDonough, GA is the worst store I've ever shopped at or ordered anything. Except for the pharmacy, where I've always got good service and they always answer the phone, the rest of the store is a nightmare. They NEVER answer the phone in any department except the pharmacy. They let it ring & ring & ring and eventually pick it up to hang up on you. Their website is never kept up to date and often certain items can't be found but only empty shelves. My husband & are trucker drivers (40+) live in Texas we have been doing our share of doing our part in supplying essentials during the pandemic. During our 40 yrs in driving all over the place have NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, we were with just truck no trailer had a bite to eat then we're going to get some groceries for the road couldn't have been more than an hour when walking to the truck that it was being TOWED BY TARA WRECKING SERVICES MY HUSBAND & I ( in our 60's) run towards wrecker he laughs and hauls it we chase it for 2 blocks he was so wreck less. We to talk to manager she didn't talk to us she sent her security (2 body guards) they discriminate saying trucker drivers are messy and leave a mess . I said we were not messy and why if we were customers? He said we have to ask permission for parking there! In all the WalMarts have never felt so bad! If it weren't for truck drivers they wouldn't have a job! Oh well they said! After getting the information of the wreaking services bad reviews how they make it difficult. We had to get a ride to a hotel. Praying tomorrow we will be able to get the truck with no problem to continue servicing the people with the necessities. When you don't respond his way, he rolls his eyes and sighs as if the customer's are being annoying. I find it a little funny that the rudest person in the store is at the Customer service desk. This Walmart is horrible horrible!! I ordered online pickup checked in at 5:45 and it's going on 7:00!! They claim someone is still "picking" my items. What is the point of a pickup window time if the customer has to wait over an hour to receive their order??! No one answers the phone the whole set up is weird. I wish I could give them zero stars. On top of that almost half of my order was substituted due to out of stocks and three things were unavailable entirely. Went there 10/3/21 to try and return an item i purchased online. The employee told me they couldn't take the return because "their label printer was broken" and that i would have to return it to another walmart store.. This seems terrible because how long does it take them to fix their services? And if i am not able to get back for at least another week (or maybe longer), the item would be able to be processed and returned much faster if they just did the return then and held the item for a couple days until their printer is fixed. Also, they waste my time going out to return a product and then because they cannot keep their services working, i must waste even more time going to another store to return the item.. This location is slow just like every other Walmart I have been to. They had some great pricing. I was done grabbing food items in 20 minutes. But the check out line also took 20 minutes, and I had to split my purchase into two because the scale was broken at the first register. Also, the customer service desk is understaffed. What I don't understand is the need for 20 lanes, maybe 45-40 associates walking around and then only three lanes being open, not including self check out. The customer service desk and money center have one person working when there should be at least 2 or 3, especially when there are lines continuously. Although there are associates walking around, they never seem to be around when you need help locating an item. My boyfriend and I figured out where to find the folding chairs and the tub-aware on our own. This was my experience before noon on Sunday. Unfortunately, the long line thing is a normal thing at this location. This is just my first time reviewing. The convenience of everything being in one place along with low prices, keeps me and several others continuously coming back. The service and long lines make me choose to pay more for Publix or Kroger when it comes to food. read more

My husband and I were staying in the area for a couple of weeks. We went to this WalMart three times, at different times of the day. Every darn time we found the lines to be extremely long (even the self-checkout line), and only two cashiered lines open. I asked around to a few of the customers in line, and the general consensus was that this was normal for this particular WalMart. You know, it'd be nice, if WalMart doesn't want to hire more cashiers, to put another group of self-checkouts in place. I don't mind using them, but there's just not enough of them here. ZERO STARS! I am a teacher and I was at the Mcdonough Walmart to get some play sand for my student's sand table. The employee in the Garden Center let me know that she had some and even told me the price but said she couldn't let me out of the fence to get it. She told me I should go to Lowe's because they probably had it there. Then as I was backing out of my parking space, and employee collecting baskets blocked me in. I was already about a third of the way out of my parking space.When I asked him to let me out of my space he said, "I got you ". And kept on doing what he was doing for the next 10 minutes without moving the baskets. Yesterday was the very last time that I will go to that Walmart!
