The store is always laid out nicely and there's rarely a tone of foot traffic, thus it's a peaceful shopping experience. The women who work in the store are always helpful and offering to look items up or start a fitting room as soon as they see you collecting items. I appreciate that they give attention without being pushy or overbearing. This store operates like a small business, in that there are only a few of each item in the various sizes and once they're gone it can be hard to get it. So, I will often find that the item I like most is no longer available in my size. The prices are moderate to high, so most clothing items I saw today were priced $40-80 each. The sale racks (off-season/summer items) were priced at $25/item (mostly shorts and tanks in small sizes). Their fitting room is so spacious and inviting! It's probably my favorite fitting room of any store ever. Bottom line: the store is hit or miss but it's a cute store and a fun shopping experience. Sometimes I leave with an item or two and sometimes I leave empty-handed

I will NEVER be returning and will continue to recommend that no one I know ever shops here again. I hope for the sake of this wonderful community that this horrendous company gets shut down as they are dishonest and untrustworthy.

Larhonda who is a team lead was extremely unprofessional during my interaction with her today. I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service. Horrible interaction with her nasty attitude. She needs to be in the back unboxing merchandise and away from customers. Thankfully Felisha stepped in at the right time.
