Although I have shopped at dollar general stores before, this is my first experience shopping at this location in Locust Grove. ** NO response from them... I had recently been following a certain influencer on YouTube that post special double coupon days. This particular day was January 2. I made 2 purchases. One purchase was party items spending $21.40. My second purchase were the Gain products. My purchase didn't come out to what I calculated so I asked the cashier to assist and explained to me where I went wrong. IMMEDIATELY I noticed her reluctance to help. I wanted and needed the products. I was going to purchase them but I asked her to help me figure out what I needed to do to get my total to fit the coupon. She started to re ring my purchase with aggressive behavior and throwing my things at me towards the bag. One item actually hit the floor. She offered no apology and didn't pick them up. Watching the video you can clearly see the force of the thrown items. When I realized she wasn't going to apologize, I asked her if she would and why the attitude. She mentioned she didn't mean to with such dryness and attitude while continuing to ring my items. I then canceled my order and asked for a refund for my first order. This really made her upset. Me and my daughter proceed to leave the store, she then took the shopping cart and pushed it towards us hitting the items on the side checkout aisle so hard and powerful as we walked off, me and my daughter looked back to see what happened. I asked my daughter if the cart hit her. There was no reason for this. I have asked them to please review your cameras and you will see and hear this full transaction. My experience was terrible. I will never shop here again and I will remove my app and write the influencer on YouTube to advise her of my experience and make her aware of the kind of company she's promoting.
