Delicious but greasy. The customer service was not bad but weird. We went in the front door only to see a sign that said go to the other door but only to be seated in the area where we already were. The cheese sticks had a good cheese pull to it and I liked that they seasoned the bread. Really good seasoning. The pizza was also really good and cheesy but it had a lot of grease. So after a while it felt like you could tell you were eating grease. I enjoyed my food and would return.

The salad was good can't really mess that up though. Pepperoni pizza was ok, sausage was shaped like pepperoni and didn't really taste like real sausage. I couldn't finish it upset my stomach. Pizza was very greasy and I much like Costco pizza. I definitely like Costco pizza better. Service wasn't too bad, she seemed to forget to stop by every once in a while. Comfortable restaurant and if the pizza was better I would return, however I will pick Johnnys pizza any day. I really wanted to like this place, unfortunately I do not suggest eating their pizza. Maybe their wings, sandwiches, and burgers are good, I'm just not willing to find out.

We got the Buffalo chicken pizza and a wedge salad. The wedge salad was great and came with a ton of bacon and the blue cheese dressing was good, which I appreciate. The pizza was ok but not really my style of pizza. I prefer a more charred Neapolitan style but not bad for what it is. I will say that some of the staff acted like they hated being there, Not many friendly faces when walking in. Not rude by any means but just not very welcoming. I did speak to a older woman that made sure I had been helped, she was pleasant. I went back a second time and tried to get another wedge salad a few days later but they were out of them at like 4pm. The restaurant itself is pretty nice and clean. The food options in Jackson are absolutely terrible so this is a option to get somewhat decent food.

Let me first start off by saying that my family used to love the Brickery! We are transplants from the Northeast and were so excited to find a place that served quality Italian food in our local area. However, between the $5 increase on food items, the price discrepancy between the online menu vs. the online ordering menu, and the degrade in quality- we will not be returning. My personal pizza was $14 & was inedible- stale crust, dry, and (i counted!) six small pieces of dry chicken. Save your money & give another business your hard earned money.

ordered the chicken parmesan, fried zucchini, & cheese bread to go. cheese sticks were literally old and stale, chicken parm had so much water sitting at the bottom of the togo bowl i had to physically drain it out. sauce was tasteless and covered with a mountain of cheese that overtook the entire dish. quite literally the worst pasta i've ever had. fried zucchini was really good, they just forgot my side of ranch with it so it was dry without it. can't speak about the service or ambiance because we ordered it togo. probably won't be coming back here because the pasta and bread were literally disgusting. dinner in the trash tonight.

Appetizers are very good our favorite is the cheesy bread. Be warned it's the size of a medium pizza lol. Pizza is solid but I would not say great or anything special. Subs and burgers are good and above average. Service is great. This place has a cool vibe and has a bar with tv

It was good but the bar is small. Service was slow too unless you are a regular. Food was just ok.

Get fried pickles and pizza. That's all we get, and we enjoy it. The pizza is thin crust and charred. Delish.

I felt like dueling banjo's was constanly going to be next song, however it's the type of place where you dont have to worry what anyone is going to think about you. Everybody was actually really nice but I cant emphasize enough how country it was. Be sure to bring your boots and cowboy hat, for obvious reasons and also becasue the ceiling leaks everywhere, so you'll get rained on. I cant believe I actually just wrote a review about that place. Dont judge me.

The dance floor is just big enough to pile the people in and feel like you have a party going and the stage sits close to the ground giving it an intimate feeling. Shout out to Steve O who has been my favorite DJ there! They take (free) table reservations, so be sure to call ahead if you want a place to sit - if you don't the locals will beat you to it. Otherwise, hit the dance floor and party all evening! There's plenty of parking via a side lot and a low-key crowd makes you feel at home. It's in the Lake Jackson area, so if I find myself around there looking for something to do after a day on the lake, I'll drop by again for sure. :)

The food and drinks experience last year was so good that we knew we needed to return, especially for the Lavender Lemon Fizz cocktail. Last year we found it on the way back home, this year we searched for pictures of the drink we had to figure out the location and thankfully we were successful. We were greeted and seated really quick. Our server Natalie came over to greet us and get our drink order. We told her that we had been there last year and liked it so much that we returned. She said that's great, the owner is here and he's going to love talking to you. Natalie brought us our drinks and took our order, then the owner came over to greet us. He was great to meet and talk to. Throughout the visit Natalie and others had excellent customer service. As for the food and drinks. My friend and I ordered the lavender lemon fizz, that we've wanted to replicate at home, and the guys ordered beer. Later we ordered an orange tea shot just to see what it tasted like (refreshing). All of the food we ordered was delicious and prepared perfectly. We loved the crispy Brussel sprouts as much as we did last year. I ordered a bacon Gouda burger minus the bun and that was delicious. My husband ordered the wedge salad and it came out looking great and he said it was really good. He normally doesn't finish his food but he didn't let it go to waste. Our friends enjoyed their meals as well. Natalie brought us out a dessert to celebrate our return, once a year trip. Service was 10+ out of 10 Drinks 10 out of 10 Well done and we are planning to stop by on our return trip home.
