Cauliflower crust white pizza was really good. Cheese all the way to the edges. We got cheese bread as an app and added pepperoni... yummy. Service was great. Brought drink refills before I even asked and boxes for us at the end without asking read more

Get fried pickles and pizza. That's all we get, and we enjoy it. The pizza is thin crust and charred. Delish.

They did a great job on fixing the place up. Love the outdoor area needs to be bigger. Love the fish in the pond! The food meh nothing special. SERVICE questionable we had to get another waitress to help us since ours wasnt doing her job. We were told she was new but personality and friendliness were not her strong suit. The waittresses all seemed in competition No teamwork. clean place bathrooms are SO CUTE. THEY NEED TRAINING ON SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY. Taylor was friendly bur Amy H nerds some training for sure. Would not go out of my way to stop hrre and that a shame. read more

In town for a wedding. Best Philly cheesesteak I've had in a long time. From Charleston, SC

We went in for a nice birthday dinner for my husband's birthday, 2021. Not many people in there. They brought our silverware and then we sat there for over 20 minutes! My husband was terminal and sitting anywhere for a long time is challenging. I wasn't sure it would be his last, so instead of stressing, we got up and left. It is 2023 and he is now in hospice. We moved here from California and that was our 1st restaurant experience in Jackson. read more

A little pricey, but the food is good, service can be slow when busy. Good atmosphere, sort of worth the wait

Great restaurant and plenty of room! Love how the owners have created a nice place to eat great food in our town! Eat there every week and some times multiple times! read more

They are disgusting managers and operator, forced their workers to come knowing they had lice! Disgusting food preparation areas too. DONT waste your time here they should be shut down read more

Couldn't tell you how the food is because we never ate. I went in and asked if we could bring our dogs on the patio and was told no. Then I asked if we could sit at the tables out front and was told No. They didn't even offer us to go. Not dog friendly at all. It's a shame because they are a short distance from a state park.. All I can say is they don't need the business.. Stopped at the Wing Depot.. super nice people and they love our dogs.. read more

Where to begin???? Hostess basically tossed menus and utensils on the table saying "here you go" and then walked off. We sat and ordered a couple of fountain drinks that came out flat. We ordered a meatball appetizer and some chicken. The meatball plate came out super hot and looked yummy, but the meatballs were cold. We voiced our grievances and left. The Brickery is on the list to NEVER eat here again. Waitress was nice. read more

This place is rude and unprofessional. The manager refused to remake food that was not as advertised and upon requesting a refund, my family was denied. We were forced to pay for $51.83 dollars worth of food, that no one wanted!! This has been reported to the BBB for further investigation. Please be wary of giving your money to these rude and unprofessional people. read more

The Brickery - The salad as advertised and the salad that was received. They charged $7.00 for that. Absolutely Shameful. - Pizza Near Me - Jackson, Georgia

After a mountain bike ride at Dausset, This is a fantastic place to stop for food. Pizza is amazing, large inside seating, even a nice outdoor area that is very welcoming and secluded. Did I say the stone oven pizza is great? Also fresh made pasta, gelato... glad I chose to stop here read more

I picked up a medium pizza meat lovers, a Stromboli and 6 wings and fries and cauliflower. The pizza was burned on the bottom for $50!

Rude waitress. Slow service. Subpar food. Period. We gave you one more shot after a horrible experience with customer service and false advertisement of your wing prices last year. No more. read more

Server Brittney was very good. Brick oven pizza was excellent. We both had two slices which was just right for lunch. Staying at Indian Springs SP. Quick drive- will return . read more

Stopped in for lunch and the restaurant has a really cool vibe! Ordered a medium margherita pizza which was amazing!! It was more than enough for 2 people, fresh and fairly priced. They have a really good menu and plan to return and try other items! The first time service was slow, but those things happen. 2nd visit and we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the table, but again these things happen. 3rd and final trip, we were 1 of 2 tables, 4-5 servers and no one came at all! They clearly saw us...we got up and left....Sergio is the worst...4 on food but 1 for service!! read more

What a fantastic restaurant, everything we have ordered from a wedge salad, to the Baked Potato Pizza, to any of the other specialties have been amazingly fresh and served hot and timely. Every pizza we have tried has been GREAT! Kids menu is wonderful, a fresh made pepperoni or cheese pizza that my grandchildren love. On pretty days sit on the patio and enjoy feeding the koi in the beautiful pond. read more

I ordered take out on 9/16 and was extremely disappointed. I have eaten there on numerous occasions since March 2020 due to the fact that I Covid Test the locals at a medical office down the street. I went there and my first encounter was with a rude red headed boy. Completely dismissive and disrespectful and told on himself by saying why can't you eat the burned pizza but the other people in your party can. Excuse me???? Can I have some pizza to my liking And then some old rude broad with an equally nasty attitude tells me. Nothing is wrong with the pizza , when it's cooked in a brick oven it's darker than normal. So you keep my money and you take my food back Don't blame COVID on shitty service and subpar food. BE ASHAMED BRICKERY IN JACKSON GA And going back to read some other reviews I now see how you operate your business Michael.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU STOLE FROM ME YOU SUCK The cake was amazing though and I don't want a refund for that item read more

This was our first visit. We order garlic knots, which took 30 min to get and the knots came in a basket swimming in galic butter. It would have been better if the garlic butter was brushed on the knots instead of it swimming in it. It was a greasy mess. My pizza was brought to the table with burnt edges. When I asked the waitress if it was supposed to look like that she said, "Not really." It took us an hour to get our appetizer. Our waitress did not tend to us without us grabbing her as she passed us by. Took another 30 minutes to get our food. My husband's Philly was good. His French fries were great. I sent my pizza back because it was burnt. Took another 15 to 20 min. We arrived at 6:30pm and left 8:00pm.. read more

Thought we had found a great place for pizza and pasta. Well not so much. Eggplant Parmesan was burned, meat balls tasted like they had been frozen and had to use a sharp knife to cut them. Marinara sauce was absolutely the worst ever. The AuJus was incredibly salty. We told the waitress to please clear, she asked if we enjoyed our food, we told her no. This was our third time eating there and will certainly be our last. read more

Ever find yourself in Jackson, hungry and in the mood for Italian? The Brickery is worth a shot. It's what I consider a cut above the run of the mill so called Italian restaurants in the southern region...meaning outside of Atlanta. Casual dining, plenty of seating and nice friendly staff. A mom and pop heavy on the home cooking, welcoming feeling you get after a long time away from family. The meatballs come highly recommended. The pizza is delicious and all ingredients I tasted were fresh and plentiful. This is not for the carb and gluten conscious types...Garlic knots, pasta, breadsticks, cheese oh my...!! read more

Was over charges by $15 The bill was $75, I signed for $75 plus a small tip since service was NOT good. My banking app 5 minutes later tell me they charged $90. When told they changed me wrong they said "oh yea and I didn't put the tip in, and that's a horrible tip" and proceeded to complain about thier tip and NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK. So we left and will not be returning. We tip based on service. It was poor at best. read more

Ate here for lunch, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and welcoming. The service was great and the timing for the food was perfect. Ordered the Forbidden Fruit cocktail which is probably my new favorite drink. Has the artichoke dip for an appetizer which was very yummy. Decided on having the Rueben with pasta salad for my meal. The Rueben itself was alright, I did not like the sautéed sauerkraut (I prefer cold plain sauerkraut) because the charred taste was not good. The pasta salad was different but delicious (not Italian dressing based). The only real problem I had was my silverware had gross stuff all over it. read more

The pizza tasted like Little Caesars (which is mediocre), but costs more. Was nothing special. No specialty pizza slices or smalls. No crushed red pepper or parmesan on tables. My pizza was cold and rubbery by the time the red pepper was brought to me. Staff was nice, but slow. Do not plan on coming back. I'd also like to add that I always support local pizza joints over chains, but if you're craving pizza in Jackson you're better off with Pizza Hut sadly. read more

Just not very good. Pizza is ok. Beer selection could be better. There are other better options in Jackson.

We have tried to eat here numerous times (they close at 2 on Sunday and they are closed on Monday) and we were in town andfinally got the chance tonight. We came in around 830pm so they weren't really busy and we were seated right away. We ordered our drinks and a spinach artichoke dip to start because we were starving. When it came out (about a half cup of dip) it was way over cooked and half of it was baked to the side of the dish and it was being served with the most pitiful excuse of tortilla chips I think I've ever seen and straight out of the bottom of the bag. So of course I'm not gonna pay seven bucks for this junk and we sent it back (the other server that took it back for us said she never would've served it in the first place it was so over done). We asked for meatballs instead. Well at this point our pizza was already done and it came out before the meatballs. We ordered the version that hs everything. The name escapes me now but pepperoni, Italian sausage, peppers nd onions. I asked about the sauce beforehand because I like a lot of sauce and we ordered extra for this reason. The pizza itself was pretty good but I don't think we got the extra sauce and if we did I would want double extra sauce in the future. The meatballs were good but I probably wouldn't order them again. They are a little overpriced and didn't knock our socks off! So as we are eating the pizza (and freshly arrived balls) this lady come to our table and says "what seems to be the problem" and at this point there was no problem because our balls had arrived and we were eating. We told her nothing the servers had taken care of it but I did explain about the tiny portion of over cooked dip and how crazy I thought it was they served it with tortilla chips and she explained that their 1000 degree oven didn't allow them to bake bread to go with the dip to which I'm thinking "1. how much does a loaf of bread cost? 2. Why don't you buy a bread oven? And 3. Why is the oven THAT hot?" Anyway she gave us some 10% off coupons for our next visit which I handed out to other tables. I know they are fairly new and we really do want them to succeed but she should have given us the meatballs for free or taken five bucks off our check. That would have gone a lot further in my opinion than offering me a measly two or three bucks off my "next" visit. Nice as the owner was it will be at least a month before our "next" visit and in the meantime we will probably just go up the road to Lovin Oven. Oh and we loved the decor and the place is really clean. We really hope they get the kinks worked out sooner than later! read more

The Brickery - I like that you can see into the kitchen! - Pizza Near Me - Jackson, Georgia

My wife and I went to the Brickery for lunch. Outstanding restaurant physical design, and full bar. My wife ordered a side salad and pepperoni pizza. The salad was fine but the brown too small for the salad. The pizza was a bit greasy. I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, pepper calzone. It was huge. A two meal serving. However, it was overlooked. The lower crust was so hard a knife would not cut it. But it tasted great! We will probably not return for a lunch but plan to try them for dinner for their mix and match pasta. We hope it will be better. read more

First time diner at The Brickery this evening after a long drive from vacation. We were quickly seated and greeted by the owner. Our waitress arrived promptly and took our drink and appetizer order. We had the garlic knots which were good as anticipated. Our pie came out hot from the brick oven and was delicious. We each ordered a 12" pie (we don't agree on toppings!) and had almost an entire pie to take home for later. Great ambiance and decor...extremely clean and fresh with plenty of TV's tuned to sports and news channels. Maybe a few service kinks to iron out but the food is well worth our repeat business. Would recommend placing red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese on the tables. Also had to ask for additional napkins. We will make the 25 mile trip the next time we crave a great pizza. read more

service is lacking...especially at time to leave and having to find anyone you can to bring your ticket to you...

the pizza was very nice, me and boyfriend ordered a medium sized margarita pizza and we weren't disappointed. However, the service (especially from the host) was very disappointing. She practically turned two customers away with mentioning a very long wait time (all though the restaurant was no where near full) and a very bad attitude. However, we were sat and the pizza came at a very quick time our waitor was kind (I believe her name was heather) and the pizza was delicious! read more

We got to the Brickery right at 5:00 pm and they were not busy at all in fact we were the 3rd table to be sat 1 table had their drinks the other did not. We sat there for 21 minutes and no one ever came to our table and none of the staff was anywhere to be seen so we got up and left without ever seeing anybody that worked there! When we left we drove by the back of the building and there was 6 or 7 people on the back loading dock playing around with a pressure washer spraying water into the air. read more

Great food, great prices , nice atmosphere and the hostess and our server Trevor gave great customer service! Will definitely come back.

Wasn't the best pizza I've ever had. It was still pretty good but don't use the ranch. It's doing too much

Tonight is graduation night for the Jackson High School Seniors!!! An absolute Black Friday of sorts for the restaurants in touch with the community here in Jackson. The great local operators must be thrilled to be able to take advantage of the approximate three thousand or so hungry thirsty folks at Red Devil Hill!! This for certain is a real opportunity to show the folks how a little foresight and planning to accommodate the masses after a beautiful graduation ceremony can cement the bonds between the good folks of Jackson and their restaurants. The above is wonderful if you were to use a little foresight sadly The Brickery must not need the good folks of Jackson to sustain their business.....my family and a few Graduating baseball seniors families went to get a table or three at 8:35 and sadly we were turned away, rebuffed, told we are no longer seating, we ran out of pizza dough? I thought surly this is not possible don't the operators know this is graduation night and they must have used just an ounce of foresight and we are being punk'd I kept waiting for the cameras to come out and say just kidding we are actually in touch with the local community and have arranged to stay open late on the Friday night to accommodate the masses!! Nope not the case this family of four who dine routinely at the Brickery are voting with our wallets and will move on. May I suggest Pasta Max in Mcdonough over the past 20 or so years we have never heard we are out of our mainstay menu items and have never been turned away 30 minutes before closing from service ! Just poor business!!! read more
