She was so sweet and gave insight on their various personalities. We learned that they work with Angels to the Animals as well. The cat room is intimate but spacious enough for a few different groups. They have tons of toys, enrichment items, even a kitty tv. We ordered coffee which she delivered right to us. They have lots of flavor options. I got a white mocha, yum! We ended up putting in an adoption application for a kitten, and got the call within a week that he was ready to bring home! Leslie, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He's an absolute doll and we couldn't be happier! I asked Misty what made them want to open such a lovely little establishment, and she stated it was meant to be and that they love cooking and making others feel welcome. Something to note is that we went when they were an hour from closing, so we weren't able to enjoy the homemade potato salad they make or the cowboy potatoes. I ordered one of the signature wraps: SOUTHERN CHARM Baked chicken bacon , caramelized onion, pimento cheese, drizzled with honey Let me tell you, this was truly a flavorful and pleasant wrap. The honey and bacon combination was perfect. I have usually learned not to order pimento cheese on something because many places won't serve it warm, but not here. They had it at the perfect temperature, which added to the wrap's taste. The only thing I would change is that they should cut the wraps in half because 1) it's easier to hold as you start eating, 2) it showcases the inside contents of the wrap, and 3) it will excite customers to see it as it arrives at the table. The side I chose was a homemade pasta salad, and I was delighted at how yummy it was because the vinegar wasn't overly overpowering at all, and the ratio of pasta to all the ingredients was perfect. My husband also opted for a signature wrap: **BOLD BUFFALO** Buffalo-baked chicken , pepper jack, ranch, colby jack, lettuce , and tomato. His side was a side salad . With only 10 days left we decided we're not comfortable continuing because we don't want our 5k dinner for 39 to be an afterthought or thrown together at the last minute. He refuses to take accountability in lack of communication, availability to reach on the phone or negligence in planning so he is refusing a refund of any kind.
