The employees (vets and techs) are much friendlier than they have been in year's past and wait times are shorter. I like that pricing is transparent and they tell you up front before moving forward with services. Rooms are usually clean and visits are quick and efficient.

They over injected him 4 times and then 3 times in the wrong knee. They weren't going off anything. He could barely walk was in so much pain. He was dying & they wouldn't do anything. Hope a District Manager talked with the 4 woman who run the call center. There job is to just lie to you & get you to go to another location. Hope called left a very rude voicemail about "I'm never Happy" so just best to "Part Ways" That is a INSANE response. when they admitted to doing it. Then tried to lie about it. Had to get him to another vet who took great care to get him back on track. & tons of real fish. They blocked Me they blocked my partner & then blocked my mother. she couldn't even get her meds for her dog. but her dog started to get better. the food he was prescribed was making him very sick! This company ONLY WANTS MONEY! They DONT care about your animal. They just dont want to be sued! So they block you! Then they tried to send me a whole new piece of paper! that they were suppose to be following. weirdly all in the exact same pen & hand writing! No good try I got the original one first! Do your research a lot of rich older ppl go here & don't have the knowledge and they are taken advantage of. it's truly horrible. I stayed here because my mom doesn't like change. They blocked her for No reason. & me for no reason. They are doing this to people left & right right now. Because ppl are catching on. we aren't as stupid anymore. educate yourself find a vet that you see every time. & will listen to what you want for your dog. They want to trap you here. And they have done so much more but I let it happen because I don't want confrontation! But after that people and the Better business bureau needed to know. But they already know! Hope wouldn't even have a discussion. I recorded all there stuff so they could hear how those woman in the call center treat people!

YJ's dog sitter saw a bump on her tail and we called Log Cabin. They got her right in and were beyond kind when she got skittish leaving the car. There was coaxing ear rubs and time for her to settle down before we tried again. A quick check and it was just a little cyst like thingie. They sent us home with medicine and even a towel for my seat so the little spot wouldn't get blood on it! If you have four legged loves go see the lovely people at Log Cabin!

I've never once had to wait a long time when I have an appointment and they get me in same day pretty much every time I call. Priced well and they have a lot of the drugs on hand unlike my last vet in Chicago, where I'd have to go get scripts filled every single time which was just an extra trip with a pet in the car. I leave with what I need. I've even received a follow up call from the vet to make sure the treatment is working. How nice! My dog would probably agree with this 5 star rating, he LOVES going here (could be the treats) but he might possibly deduct a half star because he doesn't enjoy the thermometer up the butt but really, can you blame him? It's an embarrassing moment.

We just moved here from Arizona and we were looking for a good vet, since the last one we had for over 15yrs. We walked in, they didn't walk us to our room, which fine whatever. But then we went to the room and I noticed it smelled, it was dirty and I told my husband, well there are a lot of pets that come through here and he reminded me, that yes but our other vet was more popular. Then the vet tech came in, was kinda nice, never took my dogs temp, barely looked at him, but did more work then the actual Vet! The Vet came in, never even touched my dog, said he had cancer on his eye, which we found out later what a ingrown hair in his tear duct, and she kept saying he needed to be put under to have his teeth cleaned.. Our pup is 9, but still has white white teeth, which our prior vet kept saying how it's rare to find a dog with this pretty of teeth at his age. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!! I love my pup just like I love my kids! This vet wants money, and if they put your dog under for a "normal procedure" and doesn't make it.. Let's just say, they don't care, because they got theirs.

I have boarded with 6 other boarding facilities prior to Sue and have had issues with every other one. Sue is the first person to ever take care of my dog the way that I am comfortable with, and money was never even on my mind when looked for a place for her to stay. However, it is worth noting that Sue is surprisingly affordable so she really just wins all the way around! I felt like Sue really listened to me about concerns and nerves, and the best example of this is with Hazel's paws. I told her that she always ends up with cuts on her paws when boarding for some reason, and other places always miss it and one even told me with 100% confidence that she was in heat. My dog is spayed and was not in heat, she just had a cut paw. I didn't even ask her to do this, but Sue frequently checked Hazel's paws because of this concern! I had only mentioned it in case she found blood, but she decided to check throughout the week and Hazel never had any cuts! My dog cannot be with other dogs while I am away because one time at a different boarding place, she was being rude to another dog (trying to get him to play when he didn't want to), and that dog ended up biting her. Sue doesn't just throw dogs together and hope it works out, she spends time getting to know your dog and works with them as an individual. I liked this instead of the pack mentality that you find at a lot of other places. From what I understand, she would put your own dogs together though, so if you have more than one, they would be able to play. Another thing I really liked was that Hazel has trust issues when it comes to people taking her out to potty, so she always has accidents unless it is me, my fiancé, or my parents taking care of her. It took us a long time to get her fully potty trained with just us! Sue told me to just bring back the blanket next time and she's comfortable working with her trying to help her understand to go outside during boarding as well. Also, despite all of her accidents, she didn't come home crusted in urine. At some other facilities it has been so bad that we have to carry her in and bathe her immediately. Hazel at least wasn't sitting in her own pee for hours, and Sue washed the blanket every time she peed on it. Additionally, the communication with Sue was really good. She responded to texts on the same day, and was able to provide pictures and updates on Hazel whenever I requested it! If you talk to her on the phone or in person, you're going to pick up on the fact that she really is a dog person right away. My gut just told me "YES" when I talked to her for the first time. Then, when we came in, she was happy to show us where Hazel would be staying, even though they were right in the middle of a hectic cleaning! As for cleanliness, they clean every morning. Dogs are definitely housed there, but it doesn't smell like some other facilities where it reeks of urine and unwashed dog, so you can tell they take cleaning seriously! Lastly, something you wouldn't think I would have to mention but clearly do after my experiences at other places, Sue actually fed my dog! I always portion out Hazel's meals, and every time I picked her up from somewhere else, there were some that were not fed to her. Sue used all the baggies with food, so I'm glad my baby got to eat! Hazel only gets a blanket because she chews up her beds during boarding usually, but you're free to bring your own bedding here too! The floors are heated as well in the winter. Overall, I'm going to be coming back for sure! She's wonderful and cares for my dog! If you care about quantity of reviews, check out Google, there were more on there when I posted there too!
