Amazing staff and phenomenal care to my cats. Highly recommend!! This office is so professional and the best vet ever.

This is a throw back photo of Fozzy (in his "younger years")

I cannot sing enough praises to Dr Puls & her staff. i recently lost my 14+ year old Yorkie, Fozzy. Dr Puls & her compassionate staff, were wonderful. Not only were they amazing with my dog, but also showed great compassion & support to me as well. It is never easy losing a pet, but the staff at All Star, was truly wonderful. Thank you Dr Puls & staff, from the bottom of my heart.

******************MUST READ BEWARE**************** After getting kicked out of a "Veterinary Hospital" which my bad for assuming they take walk-ins. I went up the street to All Star veterinary and all I have to say is: *****BEWARE: Make sure to Leave your current vet now wherever you're going COME HERE BECAUSE You will be treated way too nice and pay way too of a reasonable price for your animals to see the DR. where 9 out of 10 times The issues resolved within one or two days and you probably should not have even went to the vet in the first place. (We are over protective mothers looking out for our Cubs The best way we can! SORRY NOT SORRY!!!!) ********WATCH OUT FOR::: Overly happy employees that love their job unlike the ones at the Lexus dealerships!!! ******DISABLED PEOPLE::: I've had three brain surgeries so I get really tired and fizz out quick and not only did they NOT DISCRIMINATE and make sure my dog was WAY MORE THAN OK they came and tried to over caffeinate me with coffee and free sodas and COMFORTING CONVERSATIONS !!!! WTH!!!! I'm in and out of the hospitals a lot because of my conditionS and next time I need to go to the hospital which we all know the service in emergency is amazing and the billing is The best bang for your buck!!! I'll make sure to avoid it and go to All Star Veterinary Clinic instead!!! THEY MIGHT EVEN BE NICE ENOUGH TO HOOK ME UP TO AN IV DRIP WITH SOME FLUIDS!!!! Thank you team Jessica Jones (yes I said Jessica Jones the superhero from Netflix who's a badass can't believe I got to meet her yay and damn forgot to get her autograph ) I'm glad I was assigned to you guys and you were there the day I walked in you're incredible!!! Extremely happy owner and pet, Jojo the maltipoo!!! *****PLEASE RESPOND****** P.S. are you excepting new patients and Do you take MEDI-CARE PART A&B Insurance? P.S.S. If so? When can I get a new patient appointment and Where do I send 20,000 pages of my medical records/imaging to?

Waiting in our own room for the Dogtor. No large waiting room for all animals - or there is drive up service at the back.

Time after time, the All-Star staff have served my dog and myself with the up most kindness and knowledge. Whether for a scheduled visit or an animal emergency (which we have often due to poor upper GI issues), All-Star's staff have always been prompt and accommodating for getting my little love seen & taken care of. I recommend All-Star to all pet owners! They are quality and offer high value service, and that is what you're going to get.

Belle. She has cancer.

I have pets with health issues. I need to be sure I have a great vet (and staff) who will help me navigate their health and the services needed. While I see people complaining about the fees, I am happy to pay for services that are complete, as they are here. I LOVE the staff in general and Dr. Jones is just awesome! I wish I could find a physical who treats humans who is as kind, thorough and wonderful as Dr. Jones is!

I've been going to Dr. Clayton for years. I foster, dog sit and have three dogs of my own. So…read morelong as the care you need is relatively simple and your animals are healthy, the office seemed great. However, when the time came that I had two very sick pets, I had a horrible experience with the care, diagnosis and customer service at this office. I will never recommend somebody go there again. I took my dog, Sherman, in Monday morning, as I knew something was seriously wrong. Sadly, they misdiagnosed him and sent Sherman home with Pepcid; but offered to keep him for observation. Given that they had just evaluated Sherman, I didn't feel it was in his best interest because he would not be able to get decent rest while they "observe" him in between appointments. They already knew he had been vomiting and not eating. Two days later, Wednesday, nothing had changed, and Sherman was considerably more ill and with a fever. I brought him in, they took his temperature, did a blood draw and offered to keep him to "observe" again. They had no explanation of what they would do differently other than wait for the blood panel to come back. I knew lying in a cage at the vet office would only cause him additional anxiety when he was already very sick. By Thursday, my other dog, Maisie, started falling ill. The Clayton vet could not fit me in until Friday later in the morning. I called earlier that Friday and spoke with a technician, to try and understand what they were going to do differently. Suddenly, Dr Anne Clayton came on the phone and started berating me. After remaining silent while she went on a rant for 2 1/2 minutes, she ended the call by telling me to go to another vet. There I was on a Friday morning, now with two very sick dogs, looking for a new vet. Thank God for All Star Veterinary in Westfield! Absolutely amazing! They fit us in immediately, repeated the appropriate bloodwork and started my dogs on the antibiotics they needed. It was dicey over over the weekend as I had to hydrate both dogs with a syringe until the antibiotics kicked in. My first dog had a much longer road of recovery given that he had gone so long before receiving proper care and medicine. After the weekend, I texted Clayton Vet to see if they would bare any responsibility for what had taken place. I understand that sometimes we have bad days or mistakes happen. Instead, he responded defensively, stating he listened to the recordings and that he was inactivating my account. I understand his desire to back the other veterinarians at that office. But he could've responded simply with, "We had a lot going on at the time. Sorry if things slipped... how are the dogs doing now?" After years of a business relationship, and sending them many new clients, it is disappointing to say the least. My dogs almost died as a result. Dr. Clayton told me that he had a recording of the call - I strongly encourage him to post that recording for others to decide for themselves. What's a shows an additional testament to their ignorance and customer service is how they continue to advertise on their Yelp page. They're actually using a picture of MY dogs, standing in MY front door to promote their business. See below.

Even when I lived in Bloomington for a while, I still drove up to Carmel with my dogs (I live in downtown Indy now and the drive is 100% worth it). He is very knowledgeable in his field, keeps up with current research, and is the kind of vet I can trust implicitly. He gets to know you and your dogs, and he really partners with you in their care. He knows my philosophy on things like when to prioritize comfort over cure and what matters to me. I've spent many years adopting older special needs dogs, and he has been invaluable in their care. I've also seen Dr. Dana Graham at times with acute issues and she is so thorough with how she approaches complex medical issues and also really partners with me for making medical decisions about my dogs. We have also seen Dr. Dan Genatiempo for euthanasia and he was so calm and compassionate and just really made the whole experience exactly what it should be. All of the staff is great - the techs, the front desk, everyone. They know my dogs and are always caring and helpful and just in general great to work with - especially when you are in an emotional moment like significant health conditions and end of life. I never give my trust in healthcare providers easily, but this practice truly has my trust. They are so rare and wonderful.

Some techs have wrong billing information, some vets glazing over important information, assuming you can afford all recommendations, and despite multiple follow up visits, my pets aren't getting better. Their lifetime vaccine policy was excellent but is no longer offered to new patients. They handle the pets with care, even reactive ones. In Daisy's case, we had a yearly check up, nail clipping, heart worm test and two non-cancerous tumors tested. All good for my "80 yr. old" pup. Leo's Pet Care has two location in the Indianapolis/Carmel area. Make certain to check in on the Yelp app, they donate one pound of dog food to the Humane Society with each check in. At the first visit I felt like they were really trying to sell me several things we didn't necessarily need. Something was a little off the first visit but it wasn't terrible. We ended up having our pup neutered here and I was really wowed by this (second) visit. Our dog is very anxious and reactive, but thanks to the staff working this day he did fine on surgery day. Shout out to Kaity!!! Her calm and slow demeanor (he feels threatened by quick movements) made our pup feel very comfortable and safe. Kaity was very informative and I did not feel she was trying to sell us things, which was a stark difference from our first visit. I do think the prices are on the higher end but they are "carmel prices". The facility is very clean and nice so I do not mind paying a little extra.

Finally, the prime pet plan helps us to save money with my younger pup who often gets sick and needs care. I don't have to second guess myself anymore if it's worth going in and getting a bill because I know now that she'll be covered under the plan for visits.

Dr. Cable comes in with a very calm manner and loads of yummy dog treats: * peanut butter, which is smeared on a paper plate * wet dog food, also put on a paper plate * other good things my girls love/loved. Each had a slightly rough first meeting, as they hadn't met her, but once they got whiffs of things in the basket she brings in, well, they were in love. She's always aware of their moods and reactions and easily works to reassure them, which has been quite successful. The main issue I have has been getting one or the other through the waiting room, as both are/were very protective. The costs are a bit high, but I've joked with friends that I put money into a matching 401(k) at all my jobs mostly for my dogs' care. Even if I hadn't, I'd stick with Dr. Cable. The staff is also exceptional. They've gotten to know my dogs and have helped with getting them in the door and into an exam room. So appreciate that.
