I had a nice experience. I came for a pedicure and gel manicure. I has no appointment on a Saturday morning, but a very minimal wait. Lucky for me, two of the three people waiting with me came for eyebrow waxing. The first thing I noticed was all employees was masked and wore them properly. Hand sanitizer was available at check in, and all guests were required to wash hands prior to service. Hannah did my services and she was nice. I waited a couple days to post, as some other reviews mentioned chipped polish days after services. I will admit, I didn't pull up reviews, until I was already in the pedicure chair. I glad I didn't see before, as I may have went elsewhere. I did witness employees wiping stations and pedicure bowls between customers, but the floor and chairs and area around the sink needed care. I would have liked more attention to detail as there was a lot of dust, perhaps from acrylic. My overall experience was very pleasant. My gel manicure and regular pedicure was $60 plus tax. I like the location. When I went there for the first time it was a good experience. The second time was a great experience with the young gentleman that did my nails. The last time I had got my nails done by a different tech. Within 2 hours one of my nails had popped off. Went to get it fixed the next day and still had to pay $5. I'm sorry but after paying $50+ and that's not including the tip (I tip well) I was disappointed. I always go to the nutrition/juice spot right next door (must try!!!) to get my drink and then pamper myself. I really do like this place but that it really turned me off after paying that much money just to look stupid. I would give this place -10 stars if I could. I called before I came and the lady one the phone said acrylics was $22!!!!!! Well I was charged $44...... It was my first time coming here and when I walked in there was about 5 workers on their phones and they just looked up and continued playing on their phone. How awkward, I had no greeting what so ever. I had to walk up to one of them. They seem to be extremely lazy. As for my nails, I'm honestly kind of embarrassed of them. I had to ask the nail tech to fix my nails so many times yet I'm still not happy with my nails. From far away they look fine but if you look closely they are soooo uneven. They truly just don't GAF! 2 of my favorite nail techs worked here. A guy named Dan & a woman named Pinky. Neither works there anymore. I happened to show up on Pinky's off day (She replaced Dan) but I needed my nails done for my birthday trip the next day. The owner, Mike I believe, told me happy birthday & sent me to the chair of, unbeknownst to me, a teenage boy under training. I was screaming & bleeding immediately. That kid was dangerous with that nail drill. He had no idea what he was doing & didn't understand English at all. He just smiling at me & nodding his head after each scream. Then he tried to clean my wounds with barbicide or whatever that blue stuff is. I jumped up & almost lost my cool. I asked how much the price was if we just stopped there. I couldn't take anymore of the torture. Mike runs over apologizing informing me that the nail tech is just a kid & is being trained. I yelled "Well WHY THE F would you let him practice on my birthday set!?" No straight answer there, just a "I fix it, sit here". Then the worst part is, they double charged me. The total was a little over $70. Every time I call they say pinky isn't there today but come on in "we take care of you". I think Pinky no longer works there & they don't want to say it & lose her customers. I'd love to know where Dan or Pinky work now a days. Do not risk going to infinity nails. The remaining techs & owner simply don't care, refuse to listen & could care less how you want your nails to look. They pretend not to understand you, smile, nod & keep telling you to wait til you see the end result. Yeah that's because once they're done you're not getting a refund & will pay to get it fixed. They refuse to listen DURING SERVICE to prevent this. Example. If you say "thats enough acrylic. I like it thin, not bulky" they'll keep piling it on & say "Wait til finish. You'll like, just wait". We'll we all know it takes a very skilled sculptor to shape thick lumpy sloppy acrylic, & that's where they fail every time, which is why I try to stop them while they're doing it. I already know they're not skilled enough to shape it the glob into natural looking nail. I already know how it's going to look in the end, exactly how I said it would when the acrylic was being applied later after layer. Just don't go there. There's one decent guy left but since he's the only one, he's always booked and busy. If you walk in you're screwed. Mike is gonna her that money, he doesn't care if you never come back again, he'll sit you with a nail tech who he knows can't do nails & wont care. read more

My nails were absolutely terrible and they told me I asked for too much! They are crusty and Unappealing. -10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please don't waste your money they are over priced and not worth it at all. They just make up prices as they go as well they never stick to one story. read more

I don't know where to start... I hate it here. The best techs in there Pinky, Sophie, and Tony don't work there any more. The guy (Not the owner) but who now sits in Tony's chair is too damn rough. He smiles and nods as you say OUCH... He doesn't paint the sides of the nail or put the fill and polish close to the cuticle so it looks like you have had a weeks worth of growth immediately. Don't go in here.. don't go in here. You will regret it. $28.00 for a full set plus $15.00 for gel polish so $43.00 plus tax. Its 10 bucks less for a fill in. I live so close and this was so convenient... but I won't be back. If someone knows where Sophie is let me know I need my lashes done. read more

Infinity nails is owned by a married couple who has been in Bedford as long as I owned my home. Kudos. Tim has been waxing me for year. The have partnered with some very wonderful Artist who take pride in their profession. They are a very busy Salon normally. Today I was blessed to go in and get pampered. I was able to request my favorite technicians to Tim without a problem. Ty Don and Pinky for making me feel pampered. My husband loved my hands, wax job and feet. Merry Christmas Infinity nail. I came in for a polish change. She literally was gonna just change the polish. She did a sloppy job of filing and I had to do it myself. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy!!! Extremely unprofessional staff, they do a rush job on your nails with watered down/old polish. That peels in 2 days, if you complain about something you don't like they are rude. My cousin refused to pay until her nails were fixed and they said they'll call the police. Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE! First off the shop is filthy an unsanitary. Nothing is up to code. I was over charged for my service and they made up an excuse as to why it was so much. It didn't make sense. They make up the prices as they go. The work was TERRIBLE! The acrylic was lumpy and the polish did not lay flat and was sloppy. They use cheap gel polishes that you can buy from China online for less than $1. I asked for regular polish and was given gel polish and up charged for it. Will never go back and I recommend you don't go either. They will probably be shut down by the state soon at the rate they are going. read more

My daughter and I were at this salon yesterday. First of all they put us in the pedicure seats of almost hour. I watched customers come in after us and they let before us. The older man the the photo did our feet. He did an ok job on my daughters feet. I had polish on skin not my feet. I know he saw it. but I guess he was too lazy to get it off. I will never go back. I gave this place a try on three different occasions. Two out of the 3 times I visited, I left with at least one of my cuticles bleeding after being cut by the technician drilling and not paying attention. The scariest part was I never saw anyone there cleaning their equipment/tools between customers. So the cuts had me worried about getting an infection. I'm not frugal when it comes to getting my nails done, but they don't inform you of all the random charges they're adding to your bill either. Not a bad place, sweet technicians. They take cards but cash is preferred, of course. However, the prices are pretty steep for the small selection of nail polishes they offer. I only saw two racks of pretty much repeating reds and purples in a variety of shades. No brand name polishes such as OPI, Zoya, China Glaze, etc which was a bit of a turn off for a $30 pedicure. My toe nails were cut crooked so I did have to fix that myself because the girl doing my pedicure didn't quite get what I meant when I said she cut them crooked. I stopped in this evening because I have been looking for a new spot to do my nails. This shop is minutes away from my job and I pass it on my way home. This was the worst nail shop I have ever went to. Rude from the time you walk in. Sat me down started taking my nail polish off, left me to go work on some woman's feet. Then another tech continued working on my nails. I had a total of 3 people within my first five minutes being in the building working on my hands. After watching Tim work on the females feet without using any gloves he proceeded back to my table to finish me off. I had to ask him to wash his hands. He skipped steps in my fill such as sanding down my cuticles. I had to remind him to paint the "sides of my nails". Then to top it off when I told him I liked my nails square. He told me he would have to cut them down to make them square. Really? Never heard of that one before. But nice trick to get an extra buck off of me. Considering my nails were short "active length" all he would have needed to do was FILE my nails for free. The icing on the cake was when he made me carry my own purse to the drying table. Every shop I have ever been to will always carry your items so you don't scrape your nails. This was the worst money ever spent on nails. Highly dissatisfied with this shop. read more

Horrible! Go elsewhere. I had a mani-pedi done on a Thursday evening, and by Saturday morning, the nail polish was half worn off of my nails. The polish was almost gone from the bottle and very thick, so she added something (acetone?) to water it down. When I went in to tell them, he was extremely rude. He said they don't guarantee manicures. I told him it lasted exactly ONE day and their polish was bad. After he snapped at me again about no guarantees, I told him I would make sure I spread the word about his establishment and their lack of customer service, and he simply said: OK. Goodbye! Honestly....it would've taken them ten or 15 minutes max to redo them and save a customer and a bad review. read more
