The salon had a pleasant atmosphere and changed into pretty clean, which I preferred. My nail tech become polite and did a first rate activity on my nail clipping. However, the wait time turned into longer than expected regardless of an appointment, and the polish started chipping after just a few days. Horrible service and customer treatment. I came in for a gel pedicure at 10:15am. The woman KNEW it was a gel pedicure and proceed to do my service and finished at 11:00am. They moved me to another chair stating someone would come and finish my gel polish. 40 minutes later someone comes and finishes my service. I didn't complain or anything I waited patiently. When I went to pay I kindly asked for a discount because not one of them advised me that only 1 person in the shop can do gel polish. Tran the owner I'm assuming laugh in my face and said no we can't help that they were busy .... It was only 5 people in there! I went in to get a pedicure. I got there at 5:20pm the lady said just sign in and we'll call you soon as it's your turn. I sat in my car till 6:30pm no call. I finally just went home. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not go here. The chairs in the waiting area are completely gross. Two people got taken before me. When I got back to the pedicure station, I asked for gel polish and she insisted on trying to give me regular polish. I had to tell the girl who did my pedi to put water in the thing. As she was just going to file my toenails and paint them. Every time someone calls for information or an appointment, they make fun of you when the call ends. It's really sad actually. So I have to update my review I recently went for some "me" time and received a mani, pedi and eyebrow wax. Unfortunately only my eyebrows lasted the test of time. The polish on my toes was decent at best and all of the acrylic on my overlay lifted! Every single nail lifted, I thought I was going to have to get a full soak off and that was a fresh set! Luckily my real nail tech saved the day, this just goes to show you never cheat on your nail technician. I think I'll just keep it to eyebrows from now on. read more

Cynthia is no longer there, but for some reason, they only say she's on vacation. I've been there 3 times since she left, first time was ok. Second time, I had a 5 o'clock appt with Maya. I signed in as instructed, 15 mins early. Didn't get seen for 2 hrs, even after I told them at 6, I had an appt. I was finally seen at 6:45. Maya had worked on the same client the whole time I waited, a mani, then a pedi. That person was a walk-in, who got there just before MY appointment with her. Why would you start a walkin-in, with an appointment on the way? She gave ME a rush job bc they were closing and I was the last client there. Not even a discount for the oversight. Third time, I signed in and was told to wait in my car until they call me. Nobody ever called. I left after an hour and a half. No call ever. I called them the next afternoon and said I was still waiting in my car from yesterday and was told they had got too busy. They could have said they couldn't take me when I got there or called and told me that. Once again they just left me hanging and didn't care. I will never go back there again. They have new mgmt and are trying to roll off of established customers, but are treating them very poorly. In no way is it acceptable to treat clients this way. Cynthia does amazing work.. but she is rude as hell... will talk about you in her language right in your face. Every time I went in there she had a problem.. I been in the industry over 30 years. If she's running the salon try showing some professionalism. Especially since you're the first one to represent the business.. Take that rudeness somewhere else.. People come in there to relax and get pampered not deal with her attitude or rude comments in your language. Lilly is great and professional. I went in for shellac and a manicure. This is a common thing I get done on my nails. It was a younger male. He did not ask the shape and began cutting my nails. Mid-way through the manicure he got a video call and proceeded to talk on video chat while finishing up my manicure. Went to wash my hands n noticed he didn't even clean under the nails. Then I asked for tips on all nails except the ring finger (that would be a solid color) n he screwed up and did them all tips. It was 10.00 more then the typical place I use. I was not even home 6 hrs n the shellac chipped. Not my nail just the polish. N it's been a week and the shellac is off of 4 fingers. I've had nails break or chip because I've hit them but never just the shellac removed itself. I will never go back to this place. And the staff was very unprofessional, loud, and laughing at the customers. I have never had such a bad experience at a salon. read more

Cynthia has done my nails for many years. I Get the shellac and gel and have had so many compliments on my nails. Her nail art is amazing. In all these years I have never had a nail break except when I waited too long to get my regular fill and only then because I hit my nail on a hard surface the wrong way . I've been to this place about 5 times but never again after this last experience. An older man did my nails this last time. I told him I wanted oval nails. He cut the nails with nail clippers to make the shape before the acrylic which is fine because I've had this done before. HOWEVER, when I looked at the "shape" he did they looked crazy. I didn't think anything of it because I though he would fix them after he put the acrylic...WRONG! The nails had no consistent shape whatsoever. I usually just walk out of there without saying anything and fix them myself at home but not this time. I went to sit down with Cynthia so she could do my color and as soon as she saw my nails she started laughing and said something to the older man that did my nails. I thought, ok good, I'm not tripping at least she'll go ahead and fix them...WRONG AGAIN! She proceeded to ask me what color I wanted. I asked her if she could fix the shape and then she laughed again and fixed them. I can't believe they were going to let me walk out of there like that with them knowing they looked crazy. Went in for a service. After waiting 55 minutes & not even being acknowledged, I left. There were 5 people there & they weren't even that busy. One lady said she waited an hour. My sister-in-law and I saw this place when we came out of Planet Fitness and decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE! I went in for just a fill for acrylics and the tech did pink and whites, which is more expensive, without asking me first. During the procedure she burned me with the drill twice and cut my cuticle with the file, without even saying "sorry". All this while she and the rest of the techs chatted away in whatever language they speak besides English. I found this to be very unprofessional and rude. The decor needs more than just a coat of paint, it's drab and dirty and I wouldn't take my dog there. read more
