Steve even came into the office recording me, which was completely inappropriate. He later denied multiple things that were clearly discussed and agreed on. He was supposed to pick up mattresses and never did, which left me having to throw them into our dumpster myself. He also acted like he was "helping us out," yet my maintenance crew was the one helping HIM load appliances. He then took the appliances to scrap for money and was supposed to come back afterward, but never showed back up. We were told he would arrive at 9:00 AM, and he didn't show up until around 3:30 PM with no professionalism or communication. Overall, this felt like a company just trying to make a quick buck while providing terrible service and wasting everyone's time. Very unreliable, very unprofessional, and definitely not a company I will ever use again.

I found Jermaine's web sight and his credentials were great. I called him and verified that he would do the job. I told him I lived 100 miles from the property I needed the job done. We arranged a meeting time at the property. We met at the property at the scheduled time and after going through the apartment. I got a quote for the job. We agreed that his price was fair. I paid for the job and he offered to go back and get his equipment and helpers and return to finish the job the same day. I will add Jermaines business was located 45 miles from the job sight. Dori responded w a quote of 105/hour (as shown in the attached screenshot). When I called to schedule, it was a whole different story. $105 is not the flat rate. They wanted to charge $50 extra per heavy item (despite the items being listed in the original inquiry), $.05 / mile to get from their office to my house and back, and starting the $105/hr rate when they leave the office (not when they arrive at my house to start work). Then, they keep the hourly rate going until they arrive back at their office from my house. I did not hire them and was disappointed by the lack of transparency in our initial communications. Instead, I went with a company that stuck to their original quote without hidden fees.
