The drain itself had never been jetted before and it truly needed it. They offered and gave me a veteran discount off the price which helped with the cost. I was grateful to have found them. They would just show up even if i was not available. Horrible customer service. Very rude and condensending. Order sod and trees. Left multiple patches in the sod. Put sod over fence posts I dug out and had to redo. Order multiple trees and asked because it was November and SNOWING, to wait until spring to plant. They refused and when spring came, no surprise every tree was dead and needed to be replaced. A couple months after trees where replaced, a few of them died again. Requested to have them replaced again but they refused saying warranty only good for one replacement. I reminded them their refusal to wait until spring to plant and they said it didn't matter. When I replaced the few trees myself, I found they did not remove the mulch so they planted some of the trees in mulch and not dirt. Use any other landscaping company. You will save money and may actually get what you pay for.

They came to my home the next evening for an estimate. They asked a lot of questions to be sure they knew what I wanted. Once I explained what I wanted they gave me a couple different options ranging from ease of maintenance to a little more work. I opted for the ease!!! They gave me an estimate right on the spot, their estimate was very reasonable and I told them to do it. He said it would be about 2-3 weeks before they can get back to do the work.... I can see why now. About a week prior to having the work done the owner called me and wanted to meet again to be sure we were all on the same page, I really appreciated that. We met and he gave me a date when they would be out. He said that I didn't need to be home they day they were here. I left for work about 7:30 and they were just pulling up. I got home about 5:45 and they were just about finished. Like I said before, I can see why it was 2-3 weeks before they could do the work....My home looked completely different, I was blown away when I pulled up. The curves in the concrete edging and the color with updated plants made my home look 15 years newer!!! You may have to wait a little to have the work done but its well worth the wait. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Just lost my business over preventable issues. Over mixed an ingredient on an application, killed…read moremy lawn, first mistake. They offered to make it right and fix it and put sprinklers out on timers, no problem. I hear a loud noise last night, go out to my spigot, it's gushing water everywhere, second mistake; timer wasn't setup right and I have 3 inches of standing water below spigot against my foundation-this was before the rain and storm hit, which could cost $20k or more if it flooded my basement. I let em know, they said the owner would be out first thing in the morning. After noon today, I see 2 guys on my property adjusting hoses/sprinklers, no acknowledgement or telling us they were here-no call or reach out from the business, nothing. I go out, turns out one is the owner, I asked him to cancel and remove his equipment and refund all monies paid this year. Owner didn't even say sorry or acknowledge the issue. Only positive is an hour after that, director of ops, Kenny called me and owned it and apologized, offered to bring my check out today, so at least he did the right thing. I wouldn't recommend this business.
