I had a message from this business he told me where to drop the car off, asked when they needed to be back to Chicago and bing bang boom, he was good for his word. He assessed the condition, and gave us a full quote as to what his charges would be. He fixed the problem for exactly what he told us he would charge, and the car drives like a new car! He charged a $65 diagnostic fee and I noticed when we got the invoice that fee was taken off of the bill. He provided pictures before during and after the process. He is honest from start to finish. We were given a service for exactly what we agreed to no surprises no problems just a fixed vehicle and a safe drive home for our family members. The Ezee way will be the only call I make from now on.
