We called them and they came out pretty quickly to assess the tree to give us a quote. On the day they came to cut the tree down, we asked them if they could give us a quote on another neighbor's tree and trimming the limbs off that tree as well. Rod gave me a quote on a 75 foot maple tree and some other tree trimming. I explained that I was…read moreconcerned the maple was rotten and would come down. He told me he could get to me in two weeks. After 3 weeks I called to check on status, and express my concern again and he acted like he forgot to schedule me and said he would get to me soon. A week later I texted him to asking about scheduling and he ignored texts for a week. At 5 weeks from my initial commitment he called me and said he was too busy doing emergency storm cleanup to take care of a dangerous tree. I made it clear I would leave a negative review everywhere possible and would file a complaint with the BBB if he couldn't get me in within the next week. He told me to call someone else. I did and I found two other equally qualified companies that were significantly more affordable and the one I chose completed the work in a single day, less than a week from our first meeting.
