We called them and they came out pretty quickly to assess the tree to give us a quote. On the day they came to cut the tree down, we asked them if they could give us a quote on another neighbor's tree and trimming the limbs off that tree as well. They would just show up even if i was not available. Horrible customer service. Very rude and condensending. Order sod and trees. Left multiple patches in the sod. Put sod over fence posts I dug out and had to redo. Order multiple trees and asked because it was November and SNOWING, to wait until spring to plant. They refused and when spring came, no surprise every tree was dead and needed to be replaced. A couple months after trees where replaced, a few of them died again. Requested to have them replaced again but they refused saying warranty only good for one replacement. I reminded them their refusal to wait until spring to plant and they said it didn't matter. When I replaced the few trees myself, I found they did not remove the mulch so they planted some of the trees in mulch and not dirt. Use any other landscaping company. You will save money and may actually get what you pay for.
