He told me he could get to me in two weeks. After 3 weeks I called to check on status, and express my concern again and he acted like he forgot to schedule me and said he would get to me soon. A week later I texted him to asking about scheduling and he ignored texts for a week. At 5 weeks from my initial commitment he called me and said he was too busy doing emergency storm cleanup to take care of a dangerous tree. I made it clear I would leave a negative review everywhere possible and would file a complaint with the BBB if he couldn't get me in within the next week. He told me to call someone else.
