I am a first-time homeowner so I had some worries going in, and had never had any project done like this. I have a particular tree of concern with big branches that overhang my house, and it really needed some attention. John was very friendly and helpful in figuring out what I was looking to do. He discussed options and helped figure out the best, affordable solution. There are also loan options for people, like me, who maybe need that. John said that he'd worked on getting those options sorted and I appreciate that effort because it really wasn't too bad finding something that works for me. Some options have no interest if paid in a certain timeframe and that is great and doable! The cost was another worry of mine with it. On top of that, they went above and beyond in their work! They even left us firewood stacked up next to the outdoor fireplace and more. The crew also cleaned up everything afterwards and left the place honestly better than they found it, which I respect a lot. You can tell they care about their customers' experience and they are good folks. I am so relieved at how smoothly the process went as well as to have it taken care of! First Sturgis got in the way, then the Derecho...long story short, many downed limbs later, they showed up, trimmed ones that were left and the proceeded to charge me the full quote even though we had cleaned up and removed the debris from 6 large limbs they were supposedly to cut but blew down before they got here...also one tree on the estimate was not touched. I emailed, with questions about his and have not heard back, as per their custom. I have tried for many years to find a reliable tree service...I will still be looking.

Approx 10 minutes later another individual came to my door more aggressively asking me to move my car to which I responded AGAIN that I would move it but that it would not be right that second. He began to argue with me attempting to intimidate me into moving my vehicle from a PUBLIC street. I let him know that their time frame was not my problem and that I had my own schedule I was working on to leave for work. He continued to argue with me, and then threatened me that he was going to have my car towed. I asked him if he worked for the city and he confirmed that he did not so I let him know that he could go ahead and do what he wanted. This crew is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and I do not take some guy trying to intimidate me and threaten me lightly.
