Great experience, walked in and told them I was wanting a simple change from my original piercing to hoop and the guy at the counter was friendly and informed me that the guy who does the piercings was actually a few min away and that I could take a seat and watch Ink Master (love this show, btw) until he arrived. The feel was so warm and welcoming, the decor was great. And I couldn't complain getting to sit on a comfy love seat with my fiancé watching Ink Master. We prob waited a total of 15 min, this including my one person ahead of me getting a piercing. The guy who did my piercing was fun and knowledgeable about his profession. He asked me what I wanted got it all setup, everything was sterile (I'm a nurse, so I watch for these things). He was quick, no pain and that was it I had what the hoop I was wanting. Had people come visit and decided the best way to commemorate the trip, would be with some ink! Yelp recommendations led us here. We parked in the small lot and walked inside. As we entered, two people sat on the couch and didn't acknowledge us at all. As we conversed amongst ourself and asked who would help, a man sitting behind the booth lifted his head to ask what we needed. We told him to see if anyone had an open a lot. He mumbled to check with the man in the back then placed his head back down and ignored us yet again. Tired of being ignored blatantly, I just asked if I could walk to the back alone and asked the man in the back if he had time, again, with half energy he said "for what". At this point, everyone was just blatantly rude and we could tell they didn't want us to be there at all. We kindly excused ourselves. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't try again. my friend who has gotten her piercing here had gotten it an the piercer completely messed up to where she had to go to a doctor, tried talking to the piercer days later after getting it checked by other piercers. I was taught to not say anything if you have nothing nice to say, but I have to warn people. It's been a year and I still remember my experience here. Customer service is severely lacking. I came in to get a small tattoo to help with my mental health. I was more than willing to change it up to fit the artist's style because I respect their profession, but this guy was focused more on speed rather than working with me to design something I'd actually like (even though I was the only customer in the studio). I was literally told all of my ideas were "stupid" and "look bad". I ended up with a basic tattoo. The work is clean, nothing to complain about there. But every time I look at it in the mirror I feel sad and humiliated- the opposite of what I was going for. In short: customer service means something. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THE OLDER PIECER - Went here back in April 2021 during covid to get a vertical labret with my partner. The piercer there was a taller older guy with a long beard (forgot his name), but he was gross as he kept calling my partner and I "honey" "babe". As he was piercing us he groped each of our legs and made us feel wildly uncomfortable as he caressed our arms afterward. I highly recommend he be fired as we have heard Many other people (women/trans people) say the same thing. read more

I have one tattoo (that I got from this establishment and LOVE), but my body modification of choice is piercing. I have nine of them and have been pierced by six different people (had my snakebites redone several times). BY FAR the best experiences I have had have been at this studio. The piercers they have had on staff for the past several months are phenomenal. Beyond being very experienced, friendly and professional, they stand by all the work that they do (and the same can be said of the tattoo artists). My most recent mod is by no means an easy piercing (two six-ish inch surface piercings on my chest), but I have had them for about three months and they haven't rejected or otherwise had any adverse affects. If you know anything about surface piercings, they are very high maintenance piercings and require a good deal of expertise to properly execute. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work and proudly display my (favorite) piercings as a testament to the work they do here. All of the staff here are very talented and professional (a quick look at the tattoo artists' portfolios will more than demonstrate this). The atmosphere is very unpretentious--no big egos here! Just great body modifications by great guys. If you are new in town and looking for a shop to get your first (or second, or third...) piercing (or tattoo!), I highly recommend Infinity 13. read more

I got my 3rd tattoo here yesterday. I chose this place because it was walking distance from where I live. When I got there, I was immediately greeted. The place was clean and I didn't have to wait ONE minute. I had a very specific idea for my tattoo and brought a printout of what I wanted. My artist (I am ashamed to say I can't remember his name!!) drew it up perfectly. It was on my ribs and he warned me that ribs are one of the most sensitive places for a tattoo and warned me, "this WILL hurt". I was expecting the worst. But this guy is magical. I felt NO pain through the entire process. He continued to ask how I was feeling as he was tattooing me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. He has the lightest, most gentle touch I've experienced so far. The tattoo looks perfect. I couldn't picture it looking better. He gave me specific instructions to take care of it after we were done. DONT GO HERE. Complete waste of my time and money!! I had to wait an hour, she seemed really scatterbrained, it was her first day but she said she had been piercing for years, she didn't have the correct jewelry, she gave me no aftercare instructions or information, I got my Tragus done and it was good for a few weeks then my body rejected it because she didn't pierce it deep enough and now I have a scar on my Tragus, when I went to a new place in Lewisville they said she did it completely wrong. I have gotten cartilage piercings since my Tragus at love & hate in Lewisville and now I realize how terrible infinity 13 was. read more

I went to Infinity 13 to get my septum pierced. Originally, I had went to Smiling Rick's (where I got my nostril pierced), and the piercer told me that she wouldn't pierce it due to my nose having too much bone. I went to Infinity 13 to see if they could do it for me instead. Ed, the piercer there, was amazing! He checked my nose, and told me he was able to do it. He pierced it as painless as possible, and after that he explained the cleaning aftercare process. On top of all of that, he was also really funny which helped with the nerves. I also really appreciate that he changes out piercings and has jewelry for a decent price. Overall, the piercing only costed me $25, which is a great price considering the great quality of the piercer. It has been about a week since I got my septum pierced and I have had absolutely no issues with it at all. I would highly recommend going there for any of your piercing needs! read more
