I really appreciated how easy it was to schedule and organize the tattoo appt, and Lauren was wonderful to work with as we fine tuned the look, size, and placement. The tattoo itself was done even better than I expected, and they provided a very cool saniderm patch that protected it for 3 days, which delayed the constant washing / lotion that I've had to do in other tattoos. It's looking wonderful now that it's almost healed and I'm so grateful! Everyone was very nice, it's a comfortable shop, and we got to watch Brooklyn 99 while we were doing the planning and tattoo, what more could you want?

The feel was so warm and welcoming, the decor was great. And I couldn't complain getting to sit on a comfy love seat with my fiancé watching Ink Master. We prob waited a total of 15 min, this including my one person ahead of me getting a piercing. The guy who did my piercing was fun and knowledgeable about his profession. He asked me what I wanted got it all setup, everything was sterile (I'm a nurse, so I watch for these things). He was quick, no pain and that was it I had what the hoop I was wanting. Pat did not discriminate price with the area that I got my tattoo on. AND!! when I started to get my tattoo... it tickled so much!! I was not able to control my skin from twitching because of the tickling, but Pat cares so much about my skin and the tattoo being right and good, that he would touch my skin first then hold on to it tight so that he would still have a good surface for my tattoo.
