I sold my vehicle on May 9, 2026 and canceled the service contract associated with it. Zurich informed me that it invoiced the dealership on July 3, 2026 for my refund. It is now August 28, 2026, well beyond the 45-day processing period I was told to expect, and I am still owed approximately $1,800. I have repeatedly followed up with both the dealership and Zurich. Zurich has also attempted to contact the dealership and most recently told me that it still had not received a response. My biggest issue is no longer simply that the refund is late. It is the lack of clear communication, accountability, and a concrete timeline for when money owed to me will actually be returned. The delay has now begun to create a financial burden for me. I have requested that this matter be escalated beyond the business manager to senior management. I will update this review if and when the dealership resolves the issue. read more

The Infiniti advisor was the worst. I scheduled an appointment that was more than a month away. When the appointment date came, the part I needed was not in stock. He didn't bother to check. He sent me home in an Uber, and was like when your car is finished I send another one to get you. He knew all along the , I wanted a key made, was not in stock. I could have just got the out changed and brought the car back instead of it sitting at the shop for 4 day. He was rude and nasty. In the end, he only ordered the fob with out the medal shank, you should have clarified that with me. I thought that was the way they came. I didn't know you could order them separately. They did not deliver to me what I wanted. read more

update the general manager contact my husband and with more lies saying that someone came in with a bank check and they told that person the QX60 was sold and the person stated that the person threatened to get a lawyer if they didn't sell he/she the QX60. the lies upon lies is what baffled me. we had a bank check also. they secretly sell the QX60 and lied about it. first Nick said there was a problem with the title and I checked it out and it was a lie now this new like. I don't trust any car dealers anymore. Infiniti Ardmore dealers have a bad reputation in my book. this QX60 was a mother's day gift from my husband. As I said before they will never get my business or I will never referred and of my friends and family to them. now I'm going to look for a Lexus I like that will be my next car read more

We had our car service here and paid for the work that needed to be completed. Got home and the following day the car wouldn't even start. Had called multiple time to speak to the manager to see what could be done and we have yet to receive a call back. Really disappointed in the service here. read more

INFINITI Ardmore - Lights are on and we paid to have it check and serviced - Car Dealers Near Me - Ardmore, Pennsylvania

I found my dream car on CarFax one late Saturday afternoon. We drove to Infiniti of Ardmore and within an hour, I test drove my Q50, negotiated financing (2.9%!) and left a deposit. Two days later, I signed the paperwork and drove my baby home. Nick had all of my paperwork ready when I arrived and took the time to explain everything. A special thank you to Liz Erickson who was wonderful to work with. read more

Purchased a 2018 Q50 on Saturday, September 30th, on Monday October 2nd took car back to the dealer to show them that the bumper was a completely different color. General Sales Manager agreed and said she would get me a new car. On October 10th I was told they located located a new car ant it would arrive October 16th. On the 16th car did not arrive and they pushed it back a week to the 23rd. Again on the 23rd pushed back again but was told that they had the VIN# for the new car and would find out where it was. Finally on November 3rd I was told that I had my car for too long now and they would not be able to give me a new vehicle but would replace the bumper. Not a very good compromise. Let's be honest- Car shopping sucks. The internet has changed the game and now there's not much negotiating you can really do to get what you want for the price that you want it for. So you try to find all that you want in a car and then negotiate what you think is a fair price but get no where. It couldn't be more frustrating. That all changed for me when I went to Infiniti of Ardmore. I worked with Kevin Omalley (sales) and Chris Pyle (sales manager). They were far from the cliché, pushy, fast talking car salesperson. In all actuality they were super straight forward about what they could and couldn't do to help me in my car search. And they were super nice about it all! The whole process was actually a pleasure. I also worked with April Wimbush on the insurance and Nick Magolda on financing who both made their processes easy as could be. All the folks at Infiniti of Ardmore were very knowledge about their cars, the market and how to make the process suck quite a bit less. So we struck a deal and I have a new (actually certified/pre-owner) QX50! I'm super happy with Infiniti of Ardmore and all those I worked with. Thank you Kevin, Chris, April, and Nick! read more

Literally the worst dealership experience I have ever had. My family was driving in to Phili from Washington, DC for a wedding. We noticed a noise in the engine, so we decided to bring it in. We bought our car as a CPO QX60, it still has its manufacturers warranty. So when they took the car in they told us they couldn't give us a loaner car because (exact quote), "my manager would kill me if I gave you a loaner". So we were stranded in Philadelphia with our three small kids (and 2 month old baby). Then they tell us that they can't get someone to even look at it until Tuesday, but they think it's really serious and we absolutely shouldn't drive the car. There was no mechanic there until Tuesday? We were kind of scratching our heads about that, but we had to go to an Enterprise and rent a car to get back to Washington, DC to get my son home for school. We get a call on Tuesday and it was a small fan, we could have just driven the car back to DC, and on top of that, it's going to be over $1,000 to fix the fan, and it's not covered by the warranty. At this point we are starting to get pretty outraged, so we call our local Infiniti Dealership, and they are absolutely amazed they couldn't get us a loaner car. They also were also able to get the repair paid for by the warranty, we called Ardmore and they said they couldn't help us, even though our local Washington DC dealership was able to. My husband had to go to Philadelphia and pick up the car today, and they still charged us the $150 dollar diagnostic fee, even after they stranded us in Phili with three small children, after they refused to get the warranty to work, and after they tried to charge 3X the amount for the same job. They were rude, and the customer service as absolutely terrible. DO not go there for service. read more

Great place with great employees. would recommend this staff from sales to finance and upper management!

Liar, Liar, pants on fire!!!! For many years had great experiences with Infiniti of ardmore but over the year things have changed. No more, never again!! Its a shame because Infiniti makes great automobile but Infiniti of ardmore has lost its credibility. Just another car lot that can not be trusted. BTW these guys BS carries over to Nissan of Exton which without a doubt is the worst deanship on the planet. Same BS and lies. read more

I sold my car to infiniti of Armore back in January 2022. I know car sales people aren't the most honest people but these people LIE for no reason and they are LAZY. They were suppose to cancel the service contract and send me an email. It's February I haven't received anything, I call no one is available I called the service company myself the dealership never canceled the plan. DONT TRUST OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THE PPL AT INFINITI OF ARDMORE HAVE TO SAY. LIARS. read more

I was given a firm price quote (price matched from another dealer) on a new Infiniti over email. Confirmed down to the dollar. Went to dealership and they informed me they could only do the deal IF I traded in my current car. Trading in my current car wasn't discussed before they confirmed the price on the new vehicle. Was offered $2800 less than Carvana/Carmax's quote. Declined on the trade in and they informed me their car was not available at what I was quoted. They lied to me just to get me into their showroom and wasted my time. Never had such a bad experience like this with higher end dealerships. read more

Review for sales. A two-star rating suggests a not-so-great experience and because that is quite low, especially in comparison to the many positive reviews that the dealership has, it behooves me that I explain my rating. These were a couple of reasons why I rated them two stars based on my in-person experience on 1/23/2019. The first reason is that although they are somewhat far from a highway, it only makes sense to let customers experience a car fully by taking it to a highway and seeing what the pickup is, how easy it is to pass cars, etc. In my case until I prompted my salesperson, he wasn't keen on me taking the car to the highway and accordingly for the first car I tried, I just test drove on the back roads of Ardmore. That hardly seems like the right way to try a car out. The second reason for my low rating was the price of the car itself that I went in to see. It was considerably higher than it needed to be and lo and behold, in a few days after I had seen the car, they did lower prices on it by $1000. (Factcheck: As of 2/28/2019, the car is still listed on their website and CarGurus tells me that it has been on their site for 196 days. No wonder why.) Moreover (and this is an issue with two other dealerships as well) INFINITI of Ardmore tacks on a $895 dealer prep fee "in order to recoup their costs of making the car ready for sale". What baloney! Dealers incur lots of costs in making a car ready for sale and all of that ought to go into the posted price. E.g. I had three cups of coffee while I was there at the dealership. Are they going to tack that onto the price of each car they sell as "customer service fee"? Customers take cars for a test drive and that (necessarily) uses gas. Is there supposed to be a $5 "fuel surcharge" to deal with that? My point is that other than taxes and regulatory fees which are outside the purview of any dealership, all other costs should be a part of the posted price or else I as a informed customer simply think the dealership is being less than perfectly honest with the customer. Besides the issue with the price of the car and the unseemly $895 dealer prep fee, I was also disappointed to see them offer me less than $1100 for my trade-in, a 2006 Honda Accord with less than 123000 miles on it, in the highest trim with a v6 engine. To add insult to injury, I noticed that they had a very similar 2006 Accord on sale on their own website for over $6000, a nice markup! Finally, I would say that the manager's attempt to make a hard sell at the end of our test-drive was unnecessary and is exactly the kind of thing which makes people wary of going into car dealerships. I told my salesperson that this was only the second day I had been test driving and I was quite far from reaching a decision. I am unsure if the manager was unable to read that, or if she chose to try the hard sell in spite of that fact. Making matters more interesting, she tacked on a $2000 additional warranty coverage to land up with a final number that was just north of $40 grand. Now that's some cheek: trying to sell someone a car at $40 grand on their second day of test driving and pretending as if this is somehow a great deal for the customer. So all in all, while I did not experience any rude salesperson or manager (the people were uniformly polite and friendly) I cannot recommend the dealership very highly and would be unlikely to come here again for purchasing a car. Perhaps for a test drive but only I can manage to actually drive the car on the highway!!! read more

Went in for an oil change and was helped by Russell Roberson. He was kind, courteous, prompt and thorough. I could not recommend him more for his calm demeanor and professionalism. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I traded in a Nissan Maxima that I was leasing and Infiniti offered to cover 2 of my remaining 8 payments with the purchase of an Infiniti. The remaining 6 payments were rolled into the price of the vehicle I purchased. Long story short, Infiniti didn't pay for either of these two payments. I had to call Nissan Financing and they waived one of the two, but I still had to make a payment out of pocket for the Maxima after I already surrendered my lease! I have called at least 20 times and they ignore every one of my calls or voicemails. The one time I actually did speak to someone, they promised to call the next day. Still waiting for that call back..... I'm extremely displeased with the unprofessional nature of this dealership and have no intentions of purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. read more

***Stay away from this dealership and everyone affiliated with Bush Auto*** Got rear ended at the beginning of August and I brought my car there to get it fixed. -Body shop representative has complete disregard for your information after you've explained everything. Lack of communication. Will make you wait to his convenience to make things right with you. -Body shop manager will never take accountability for damages, and will make you complain to the insurance company so they would pay for damages. -They used my freshly hit car (with rear bumper hanging off) to drive me to Enterprise because they didn't have a loaner. The second time I had to take my car back, I found out Enterprise could pick you up from the dealer... -Received my car from the body shop with the back-up camera not working. How NO ONE noticed this before they gave me my car back is unbelievable (and something they could not explain). -Body shop manager urges me to contact the Insurance company and give them a big stink so they can pay for the back-up camera to be fixed. -After almost 2 months. They call me to pick up my car, and while I watched the employee go to my car to pull it up front, he swings my car door wide open and hits the car next to it! -3-4 in long scratch on my driver door by the handle. Which apparently was already there prior, according to the manager (lack of accountability. There was no scratch there before). -Drove in and out to this place atleast 5 times. My car was driven to bush collision, which is roughly 36 miles round trip, 3 times and they refuse to reimburse me for the gas. I will never go back. After they take your money, regardless whether it's from insurance or out-of-pocket, customer service goes completely out the window and they will not hold accountability on their work either. If there was anything worse than 1 star, I would give it as a rating for this business. I was given a written confirmation confirming the credit for damage fee and disposition fee waiver from Ardmore Infiniti that was agreed to during the time of signing my lease with them. After 3 months of signing my lease, I received a letter from Infiniti Finance that includes pending charges worth 745$ that includes disposition fee and damages. I approached the dealership and explained the situation, sent them all the documents I had along with the written confirmation they gave me. I have attempted to reach the Finance Manager Nick Magolda and General Manager Mark Harrington numerous times since March 2019 till today but unfortunately haven't been able to get a hold of them or have them respond to the outstanding issue. Very unprofessional attitude by both General Manager Mark Harrington And Finance manager Nick Magolda. Let alone providing an update on status of an outstanding issue, they do not even respond to calls or emails. Now after almost 5 months of receiving the letter, Infiniti Finance sent my account for debt collection. It ruined my credit history for no fault of mine and it is very upsetting. They shouldn't have promised an offer that they can't honor. I don't understand what kind of a customer service ethics this business has. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are looking to buy/ lease an infiniti, please look for another dealership. I've heard good things about the one in west Chester and I personally had very good experience with Infiniti at willow grove during my previous lease. read more

Worst sales department AND service department. We are on our 4th Infiniti and have NEVER experienced such awful customer service. Aside from the obnoxious sales rep when we came in to possible buy our 5th suv, the service department tried to convince us we needed a $1000 repair (400$ part and $600 labor) and when we said we would think about it decided to charge us 245$ 'diagnostic fee' because we declined the service. THEN we took the car back to NY where we originally purchased it and had it fixed in under 30 minutes at no cost. Do not buy or service your car at ARMORE INFINITI. read more

I go here regularly and I have to say that the customer service has changed. There is a lot of miscommunication that goes on in there between the workers. I called for a quote (left a message), and it took 3 days for them to return my call. I was contacted to fix a recall on my vehicle and when I returned the call, no one knew what I was speaking about and no one told me exactly what the recall was for. I still don't know what it is, and I don't know if it's fixed. I prefer you to take your car to the Infiniti of Willow Grove. read more

the worst experience i ever had with trying to purchase a car. nick maropis the gm told me my preapproval check with ppfcu was no good at bush infinitie and he hates that financial insistution. i told him that his corporatiion was listed as a preferred vendor and he then yelled to one of thesales men to have their name taken off. he was angry disrepectful because i told heim i did not need my credit ran. i told him that i have a pre-approval already and all i need is a buyer order. nick kept on insisting that he could beat my intrest rate and i said can you guaurantee and rate than 3.24 for a used card his face turn red. when i wouldnt let him run my credit he called my financial institution trash multiple times. the sad part is i didnt want to go in to the dealership; i wanted to purchase a car online. however, the sales rep kept insisting; stating they could not handle an online sales. i when nick could'nt get me to purchased and extended warranty on a certified vechichle this angered him. he had the nerve to call me the next day and tell me he was looking out for me becuase i may have needed gap insurance. no apology; i menetion he was rude tand called my bank trashed, he denied it and hung up on me. call back in 20 minute and stated he had to hop on another car. my recommendation is women and especially women of color and ppff cu memebers do not purchase any cars for bush infinity of ardmore. i wrote mr bush and call the their hr department and know one called me back. read more

This review is for the service center. The folks at the dealership have always been kind. I drove my 2009 G37x in because the fuel gauge wasn't displaying the correct amount of gas left in the tank. It would signal me for a refill but I only managed to pump about 13 gallons in. My research seemed to suggest that I might have a faulty sending unit. I explained to the associate who took my car in and she asked me to return in the evening after the technician could take a look at it. I returned and was told the technician drove the car around and found no problem. I again explained that the problem definitely existed, but this time I got a snorty response that I needed to fill up gas in order to have gas in the tank. What?! I then explained to her the vehicle was wired with a tracking device and that I had a map on my phone showing my car had been parked in your lot the entire day. No test drive ever happened. She got absolutely quiet and had nothing else to say. I wasn't charged for my visit. I called the corporate office to complain about this. Absolutely unacceptable. I drove to a nearby repair shop. The tech knew that this was a common problem with the car. He quickly took the back seat out in front of me and showed me how dirty the sending unit was. He cleaned it, and the gauge is now working correctly. read more

Outrageously expensive service and they returned the car dirty inside and outside. I take good care of my garage kept cars. I bought a 2012 Infinity G25 in June of 2014 and used Infinity to service it. After the warranty I used AAA (very reputable and reasonable). Last month water started to leak into the car AFTER I had a new windshield installed. I dropped it off at Infinity of Ardmore on 3/9 and they notified me on 3/10 that the DRAIN TUBES for the sunroof were clogged. Who new? I've never seen that mentioned on a maintenance schedule for my Infinity! Darius, the service advisor, said the tubes could not be flushed they we too clogged. (Why is flushing the drain tubes not a service item?). The service department did reduce the price by $150 The final cost = $1,110.34 (labor $990). OMG, what a kick in the pocket! And nowhere in the manual did it say to monitor the sunroof drain tubes. To add insult to injury, they did not wash or vacuum the car and returned it DIRTY. If they performed a multi point inspection, there was no report provided. Bottom line---Shoddy and Expensive! #not a fan! read more

Review based off service: They are always friendly and make sure I'm riding safe; they do wash your car after service and never make me feel horrible because I always bring my white car there off-white. They are not the quickest but Suburban Station shopping is right down the street so you can burn some time there while you wait. Overall, I recommend. read more

Went in on a Saturday after waiting specifically for 3 weeks because the salesperson I was initially assigned went on vacation and because I understand loyalty in the sales business I waited until his return to come in to purchase the car. When I got there after driving over 100 miles, I offered a price to which I thought was fair that they denied. I then asked let's come to a price that is a win-win for everyone to which they never did. In fact, I was then told I MUST BUY their extended warranty and some other incentive as these add-ons were a NON-NEGOTIABLE on the purchase of the car and if I did not buy these extras they would not sell me the car at all!!! WHAT? POOR, I repeat POOR salesmanship and seems there is more greed and unethical business practice present than honest and fair salesmanship. Needless to say, I got up and walked out. Waste of time and loss of a sale on their part as I was fully prepared to purchase the car that day! I did not drive over 100 miles to play or window shop. read more

Went to look at a used car. The brakes were grinding. The engine was wheezing. I would like to give them no stars!!!! I went to Ardmore Infiniti to purchase a used FX35, the vehicle was beautiful my wife wanted it so that meant for me to get it....I was quoted a price that seemed to high so we walked. I did some research saw that the car was about $3000.00 overpriced so I called the salesman (Howard) told him what I found he said he would get back to me and he never did. I found another FX in a different color at a price that was reasonable so we purchased it, I looked on the Ardmore Infiniti website just out of curiousity here they dropped the price below the amount that I offered to Howard, I was very upset because Ardmore had the color vehicle that my wife wanted. After espressing my feeling to my wife she calmed me down by saying that she was happy we didn't give our money to Ardmore Infiniti after all. read more

I recently bought a pre-owned Lexus GX460 from Infiniti of Ardmore. I did enlist the help of a friend who is a professional car shopper - so all the negotiations were taken care of by him. Essentially - I walked in the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and signed the papers. Mike and Nick made it easy. The day after I bought the car - I thought that it pulled a bit to one side, the brakes were weak, and the bumper was a little out of joint. I expected they would blow me off. Each time I called - they were aggressive about getting me in to have it looked at. Nick and Mike insisted that I be over the moon happy with the car and always had things ready for me and just easy. The alignment was fixed. The brakes checked out ok. And the fender was fixed. They even gave me a loaner car while the work was being done as they know I'm really busy. I highly recommend. read more

My wife purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Infiniti of Ardmore on May 19, 2019 the car seemed like it was perfect for our family. During the purchased we decided to add on a warranty and also GAP. We started having problems so we took it back to Ardmore service 3 days later the engine had to be replaced, they replaced the engine however the car still didn't perform correctly so we took the car to Faulkner Nissan on York Rd and they correctly repaired our Pathfinder. On this pass Saturday we purchased a new car from another dealership so we called the warranty and gap provider to cancel these contracts and they directed me back to the finance manager at Ardmore Infiniti however everyday that we call the finance manager is never available to cancel the contracts. This is not the way you build relationships that lead to further future sales. I find this to be so unprofessional and very sketchy. If I could give 5 stars less than the one star, believe me I would. I made an online appointment for oil change on Dec. 10th for Dec. 24th early morning (waiter). I recvd confirmation on the same day for Ardmore location and continued to recv weekly reminders up to yesterday afternoon 12/23/21. I took the day off to make the appt & then treat myself (hardworking govt employee) to a long weekend, well here comes the metal pipe into my wheels of a well-thought plan... recvd a call from Mr Alan Sanders at 4:45pm on 12/23/21 stating that it was an oversight on his calendar & the shop will be closed on 12/24/21 in observation of the holiday weekend & I can reschedule for Tuesday or any day of convenience within the upcoming weeks. NO! Dec. 24th was my day of convenience & I have been inconvenienced by your oversight of your calendar. The appt was made & confirmed 14 days prior so for 2 weeks you didn't look at your calendar... Make it make sense... I have been a loyal customer to Infiniti of Ardmore since I purchased my QX80 in 2017 from Infiniti of Willow Grove, I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH THEM! Then he has the audacity to say I hope I didn't ruin your holiday, WHAT! Although Alan was wonderful to work with. However, I have several issues/complaints regarding my visit on 7/24/19. When I got back into my car as meticulous as I am, I found my change door wide open, when I deliberately closed it upon exiting my car, my shade for panoramic view was closed when I left it open, my back seat behind the drivers seat was left down, not placed back upright like it was found. Last but not least, I am un-nerved as to why it was necessary to cut the fuel cap cord which was already in half, leaving me unable to fix this myself which could have been fixed with black tape! Now I am forced to replace the whole gas cap. Why would you do any of this without my permission! I bought my car in for a known issue with Infiniti, which is a fuel door release that would not open for refueling. All I needed for you to do is open the door so that I could get gas. I was already aware of the actuator needing replacement. I stated this upon arrival. I didn't ask for a diagnosis since I already knew what the problem was. So to even suggest a $150 diagnosis fee for what I believe Infiniti Manufacturer is quite aware of this issue based on the numerous complaints I have read, I find absurd! There should be a class-action lawsuit based on this issue if Infiniti is not willing to recall this issue and make it right with unsuspecting consumers. My change compartment being opened, my shade being closed and cutting my fuel cap cord had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with opening my fuel door. Now I have a trust issue with this service center, where I never had it before. read more

If I could leave a negative 100 star review I would. My family and I have been coming here since 2017 and the customer service has definitely went down the toilet. All of the staff that made Infiniti of Ardmore a welcoming place are all magically fired within the last year to two to be replaced with un-compassionate, rude, nasty staff. My old service advisor Allen always made sure my car was in working order and made sure it was fixed before allowing me to leave the dealership. This guy they have in there now Everett is very unprofessional and does not make his customers a priority. He likes to recommend you to get services done to your car which you don't need, to pad a bill that don't make since, when you tell him you have a extended warranty he say we cant accept it they won't pay our labor prices when I called warranty company they said that is false he refused to send us a diagnostic report to allow us to know what we are paying for. Beware of this place it is not the same. My mother brung her car in for an oil change and left with problems. Then this crooked advisor had the audacity to be verbally rude to my mother and have her in tears and then tell her to leave the dealership he can do nothing for her because he couldn't drain her pockets because she had a warrant. I will not stop with this review Infiniti headquarters will hear from me. we have spent a lot of money with Infiniti and I be damn if he gonna treat my mother or anyone else like this. This has got to be the WORSE dealership ever. I just recently bought a 2017 QX50 in February. Not once did I receive a follow up call to see how I like the car and if I have any concerns. At the time of my purchase, I was given a cheat sheet of the answers to put on my survey and was told the survey could be tricky. Really? It was like any other survey. I also demanded 13,500 for my trade in. They stated the paperwork will show 12,000 and the balance would be applied to the taxes. WTH? I've never heard of this!! I recently washed my car and found leftover tape on my vehicle from the shipping plastic as well as brown marks all over. I contacted the dealership and demanded this be removed and detailed and requested a loaner. They agreed. When my husband went to the dealership today, he was told he would not get a loaner and would have to wait and it would only take 30minutes. An hour later, he received the car back!! The marks and glue were finally removed. Trust me when I say you DO NOT WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM! All you are is a dollar sign to them and when you call them, let's hope you don't speak with Josephine, she talks overs you and will not let you get a word in edge wise. Then there's Vince who promises you a loaner and then takes off when you come in. Oh and my saleman, Daniel who I was texting throughout this whole ordeal, couldn't understand why I was so upset and when I demanded a loaner, he said no!! This is the thanks that you'll get for dropping a huge chunk of change and ending up with a headache. I always give credit when credit is due but in this case, I refuse to support this place. They'll butter you up and the minute you leave, they've forgotten about you. Should have gone with a Lexus. Believe me you don't want the hassle of dealing with them. It's not worth it and remember there's other Infiniti dealers out there and other nice cars out there too!! WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!! read more

I had an overall good experience buying a used car here and in the service department. The option to have a loaner car is nice and not having to get out of your care while they check you in. Buying the car was quick and easy. They were willing to negotiate. I would purchase another car from here. read more

Infiniti of Ardmore service center is a great place if you want a shop that won't honor a warranty. I bought an extended Nissan warranty and i was told that my engine had sludge in it. i showed receipts of oil changes and was denied my claim because I did not get my car serviced at the dealership. Why buy a warranty if it is not honored. This car has 55,000 miles on it. my last service at the dealership was 44000 miles and no error were found. a year later a car that was not driven much has sludge in the engine. Blame the customer and don't honor the warranty. thanks Infiniti and Nissan read more

Love my new car, it's the service after the sale that is poor. After turning in my old lease and getting a new one in Jan 2018, my salesman and Finance Manager stated they would be paying off any remaining balance on the old lease. Here we are, 3.5 months later and I am still leaving messages, texts and emails to have this resolved! read more
