We purchased a certified low mileage Equinox for my son. My wife could not have made the sale go any easier. We called in advance to ensure the vehicle was still available and she was there with an hour to do a test drive. After the test drive she sat down to discuss the numbers and we settled on a purchase price. The only thing she mentioned is that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, pretty simple and we were told no problem. She left after putting down a deposit on a Wednesday evening and we said we would not be able to take ownership until the following Monday, 5 days later. When we returned on Monday the windshield wipers had not been replaced, and we were told that they were being ordered. Who orders windshield wipers, they have a service department how do you not have windshield wipers in stock??? I said, well I am not driving 45 minutes back to get wipers. The salesman told me, get the wipers and he will reimburse me personally. SO, I bought the wipers that I wanted for the car and sent him the bill. This went on for 2 MONTHS, and finally was told that he could not reimburse me and that the dealer would only authorize reimbursement for 50% of the cost since the one's I bought were high quality. Well, if you did not like the one's I bought then you should have replaced them like you said you would during the time you had the vehicle. I can assure that I will not be recommending this dealership to family and friends. read more

The Reverend Dr. Steak and I have been customers of Armen Chevrolet for about 4 years now. We first came to them looking for a good lease on the 2013 Volt, as the Rev. had a long city commute, our mini-van was dying, and we were looking for something that would be economical. Cisco Lugo helped us out then, giving us a very competitive lease that took our monthly gas expense from $400/month (Rev. was working at the NE Philly Airport) to $25 a month and $10 a month about on electricity. Bonus: the Volt is a very powerful car that handles well. From there, we worked with Armen Service. Why? Because it's a Volt, it was like the 2nd year of the car, and nobody else worked on it. I'm generally not a fan of dealer service, having had experiences in the past that ranged from barely competent to seriously? I could fix this better than you. Given the situation though, off the car went for it's routine maintenance as well as any (minor) repairs. This car tells you when it needs service, by the way, even sending you e-mail reminders. It's a new car, so generally speaking there was nothing complex....until a rainy night last summer when the car inexplicably and suddenly completely died. This was a bad thing. Fortunately, it died on the bridge right next to their dealership. Some very excellent Lower Merion and Narberth police officers helped me back the car down and then pushed me onto the lot. From there Armen took it down to service (not in the same location as sales) at no cost to us, went over absolutely everything, took care of one thing under warranty that probably had nothing to do with why it died and sent me on my way. I think honestly now that it had something to do with the rain and a puddle, but I was pleased at how well they took care of us and how very nice they were (Barry Segal there rocks). Now it's time to get our next car. Their fleet manager, Scott Rosenthal, calls me to tell me they're offering some very good deals on lease trade ins because they want to keep us in a Volt (and the body style changes next year). First we decide to hold off, then Scott notices we're out of our miles on our lease. What? How can that be? We signed for the extra miles? Holy crap, a mistake was made (but caught by Scott before we spent thousands). OK, let's trade it in on another 2015 Volt. Whew! The car is centrally the same, however Scott painstakingly went over every single difference between model years, helped us get everything programmed the way we like, and even took photos that he then sent us in a fun collage. The transfer was very smooth and professional, and this time we're sure we got the right miles (and the same payment - yay!). Yes, it's a car dealership and yes, all car dealerships have a reputation for being icky. In all our many car-buying experiences, both new and used, we have found Armen to be better than many. I can't ever say "as good as it gets", however they have always been professional, friendly, able to make a deal that is satisfactory to us, and take good care of us in service. read more

Bought a Corvette Z06 back in 2016 from this dealership and after negotiating the deal and taking the car they wanted to renegotiate and that was bad enough.(we ended up settling) But I was foolish enough to believe that was an honest mistake. It wasn't. In Feb 2021 I put 1,000 dollars down to go on a waiting list for the new Corvette Z06 at MSRP. 18 months later they told me I would have to pay 15 thousand over MSRP if I wanted to stay on the list and get the car ...say in a year or so. OK....I'm off the list, took my deposit back and will work with an honest dealer instead. Shame to lose 18 months waiting time but I won't make the same mistake over and over again. My boyfriend was looking for a used truck. He had purchased another used truck from a company in NJ and the truck ended up to be much less than what he wanted and many unforeseen issues. While he was having the issues fixed by another mechanic, he saw a truck he wanted at Armen. Armen allowed us to put a down payment on a new used truck, and after a little over a week, the trade-in was ready and we finally were able to purchase the new one. Our salesman, Steve D., could not have been nicer! He kept in touch with us but did not pressure too much. He was genuinely interested in helping us along the way. It's been two years since I leased my truck from Armen Chevrolet. It was as about as positive an experience one can have investing more money than you want to to get something with four wheels. Our salesman (now elsewhere, unfortunately) was a real pro and a pleasure to deal with. He had all the numbers and prices handy - and was fast to compute the variations I threw at him: "what if I trade-in my old truck vs selling it myself?...how much does the monthly lease payment change if I put "this" much down...what about "that" much down instead - where does the payment go then?" We didn't have to wait for him to go search out a sales mgr or supervisor: he had experience and knew what he was doing, all in a very nice way. The service department, however might as well be owned by a different company. The worst (and now last) experience with service was yesterday when I called to set up an appointment for my two inspections. I seem to remember our salesman mentioning some possible discount I was entitled to if I had this work done at the dealer. I told the gentleman who answered the service phone that I was leasing my vehicle from Armen and asked if I got a deal on inspections. He said "....if you bought it from us." To me, there's a difference from buying and leasing so I said "I'm leasing, I didn't buy. What about in my case?" Over the phone, I could hear the staccato of his pen striking a hard surface with each syllable: "If. You. Bought. The. Vehicle. Here. You. Get. A. Free. (Something)". Maybe I was being rude - or stupid - bringing it up again, but I wanted to be sure about the difference so I said, "Just to clarify, it's a lease, not an outright purchase so I want to be clear...". This time, his voice and pen action on the counter were both louder: "IF. YOU. BOUGHT. - !!!OR. LEASED!!! - THE. VEHICLE. HERE...." Finally, I was given the answer I was looking for, but why was all that nasty attitude necessary? So, I told the service dept man: "You know, by the sound of your pen banging on the desk and your tone, it seems like I'm annoying you and you'd rather not deal with me. So, thanks anyway." Instead, I took my vehicle to Heilemann down the street where Alfonzo and his team serviced my old truck for years, taking good care of it - and treating me with honesty and civility. My new(er) truck is all inspected and legal now, thanks to them. read more

Two-fold answer, for sales and service respectively: I had an excellent sales experience, in part because I was buying a new Corvette. It's a high-performance, technically-complicated (read as expensive) car. The sales staff has to be specifically trained for this vehicle. In my case, I dealt directly with the sales manager, Tod Gomer. He verified my bona-fides, arranged for a test drive, and answered all my questions. He was patient, as it took me about a month to order the car. He then guided me through the ordering process, manufacturer's constraints, and a looming 3-month factory shut-down. The price was right, and the car was delivered in less than a month. My service experience has been equally excellent. At the start, the car was prepared well at delivery. It has a specific 500-mile break-in routine, with a mandatory oil change. Tod arranged an appointment for me via email, introducing me to a specific service writer (Chip Kane) and a Corvette specialist technician (Brian Doyle). The tech showed me my own vehicle in great detail; I learned a lot. I was in and out in 45 minutes, barely enough time to drink a cup of complimentary coffee. (But I did observe the care all the service writers took with the other customers, too.) read more

Can you say the word SHARKS !!!! Stay the hell away from this dealership......The second they had my bank check in their hand they did NOT want to provide any customer service. OK it's 2013 and even though I purchased a new car with Cash (no financing at all) this place conjures up an image of a greasy, no-good trickster, used-car salesmen from the 1970's. They wore me down keeping me in the dealership for hours and hours and upsold on everything including a 5 in 1 "insurance policy that sounded too good to be true & guess what it is.......After at least 20 documented calls with GM and this "insurance company" I find out I basically paid for something that is never going to pay on anything including the reason I purchased it. They sold me this policy saying that it covers dents and scratch repair and I asked "well I live in the city and constantly get dents and scratched from people parking, is that really going to cover that?" "Oh absolutely" my exact words again sounds too good to be true..... Yep I was right that company will NOT cover that at all. I also purchased this as a company vehicle and planned on a getting a "wrap" Company logo put on the car and when I was sent the proof of what they were going to do it was EXACTLY what I said I didn't want.... What a shock it took months of leaving messages to get a refund for that & what a shock EVERYTIME I called the person I needed to speak to was in a meeting or it was his day off. It was only when I threatened to have my attorney take care of everything did I get my refund for that. There were numerous other issues with this dealership but waaaaaay too much to put on one Yelp review..... I purchased my vehicle in April 2013 and I'm getting rid of it simply b/c of the disgusting customer service.... I previously had a mini Cooper and a BMW, I'm going back to Mini where they have GENUINE customer service. read more

How many Armen mechanics does it take to change a light bulb?! Last month my wife took our Saab in for the annual state inspection and service. Included in this, according to the "Class C Service" labor summary, was "CK AND AIM FOG AND HEADLIGHTS." When leaving the car for them, my wife also reported that a headlight was out. She remembers saying it was the right side; they wrote down on the work order that it was the left headlight. They have the car all day, so she has a loaner for the day, and has to drive back to pick the car up at the end of the day. She gets home, having spent more than $1,000 for the inspection and service, and I look at the headlight. Still not working!? So she has to make another trip back - happily for them, I was not available to bring the car in again (and again go through that "line up at the door when we open" nonsense that other people have complained about), because I would have asked them in a not very pleasant tone of voice: "How many Armen mechanics does it take to change a light bulb?!" So their explanation is that they replaced the headlight that was working. Huh? You mean to say you don't actually look at the headlight to see if it's out before you replace it? Or when you put in a new headlight, you didn't look at it to see if it was working? Because if you did look at it, how was it possible that you didn't notice that the other one was not working? Or when you checked and aimed the headlights as part of the Class C service, for which your customer is paying $330.51, you didn't notice that one of the headlights wasn't working? So they didn't charge us for replacing the headlight that was out, but you might think they'd also comp the original $38.54 for replacing the wrong headlight - assuming they actually did replace it. From our point of view, we ended up paying exactly what they proposed at the beginning, but did we really come out ahead by now having two new headlights in the car when we only needed one new headlight? read more

Not an honest business. I Purchase a new 21 Chevrolet 2500, one of my worst experience as a customer. I sold my vehicle to them and made a hefty down payment, they said I would get paid within 3 days... 10 days and 5 phone calls later my check is ready 1st lie 2 months later I get my tag and it's for 1 year. I called and left a msg no reply, 5 months later... " oh we made a mistake, you need to talk to finance manager. (Steve)He will call you this afternoon he's doing a delivery now." No call received as of yet. They charged me for a 5 year tag, got me a 1 year tag and they still hold my money captive. I would like a refund immediately of the overpayment and for the payment of getting the vehicle registered, what I paid for I did not receive still today 1-19-2022. I will be contacting the BBB and reaching out the owner so I can better understand how stealing is ok in their organization. read more

Recently we had a recall on one of our vehicles but my fiancé had already paid for the repairs. We followed the GM reimbursement forms instructions to a T. GM responded with a rejection letter for which we could not understand why. My fiancé called Armen out of frustration. To resolve the situation Armen of Ardmore reimbursed us directly. I bought an used 2007 Chevy Cobalt in January. 8 months later, I'm being told that there is a leak in the fuel line and it has to be completely replaced and it'll cost me $1,000. Shouldn't a leak in fuel line something the dealer should have checked prior to selling me the car? Is this something that happens in 8 months? Customers deserve better than this! 10 minutes on hold with 2-3 transfers to speak to someone. I learned that they were "about to call me" but they had just gotten back from lunch. My car sat in their possession for around 6 hours without being evaluated as they wait for a specialist. This service center "expert" was going "to try to make it in today" to evaluate my car. I was assured that he was the "best". They had no reason for the delay, no course of remediation, no offer of apology and no attempt to contact me. Brief equation: Poor service + poor communication + no answers X 1 day in their shop = AWFUL experience. Next time buy and service somewhere else Hey Armen - reach out to me! They do a good job but just always very expensive. They communicate well and normally when you leave there, you won't need to go back for a while. And they are honest. Multiple instances of poor service... 1) Had front springs replaced under warranty; good news was that work was sucessfully completed at no cost to me, bad news was that replacement of front struts on 100,000 mile car was never discussed or reccomended. This is work that is trivial while replacing springs, and the spring work ultimately had to be repeated to replace the struts. 2) Armen took the time to mail an "Urgent Recall Notice" for a faulty airbag on my car. Notice specifically identified the recall ID and my VIN number. When I showed up to drop off car for service was told that recall did not apply to my car and that no work would be provided. 3) Armen took the time to mail another "Urgent Recall Notice" for a seatbelt recall. Notice specifically identified the recall and my VIN number. Recalling the prior incident I specifically called and was told that my car was "not in their system" (despite prior work completed and the recall notice I had been sent). After a second call to provide my VIN and verify that I could drop my car off to have the warranty work completed I again loaded the family up in two cars to drop my vehicle for the required service. My mistake as once again, after waiting in line to speak with a service advisor, I was told that no work was required and that I had wasted another trip. read more

February 18, 2020 Today I brought my 2016 Malibu in for service at Armen Chevrolet in Ardmore and unfortunately I've had a horrific experience. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by any one in customer service. The initial issue was a recall for the gas pedal, N182188250 -Special Coverage. Upon repair my service advisor Barry, continued to push extremely hard on a software update for my ECU because he said it would resolve all of my issues. I explained to Barry that I didn't have ANY other issues with my vehicle. I then asked Barry, "if GM is covering this work because of a recall, why isn't this necessary software update included in required labor?" His response was, "Well.. if you don't pay us to do the update your check engine light is gonna keep coming back on". My husband asked Barry what "fixes" were added to the new software update that DIRECTLY correlates to an existing problem that I'm having with the car. Barry said "I don't know". We asked Barry if there was a bulletin posted that we could read so we can be informed about the new software that would be installed in my vehicle. He said "That's internal private information that cannot be shared with the public". Then my husband asked Barry If he could explain exactly how and why my Check engine light would come on because I refused to pay $128 for an update that I didn't feel was necessary. At this point Barry said "it's in the book and the book says we have to do it". As you can see, it feels as if I was being pressured into buying software for my vehicle that was not needed at the time. Even worse, I asked Barry, if the check engine light comes on because I refuse to pay for an update, which error code would it fall under when scanned by a technician. Again he said, I DON'T KNOW. Throughout this entire ordeal Barry spoke to me in a condescending manor and frequently raised his voice inappropriately and unprofessionally. Barry does not conduct himself as a well-trained or properly motivated employee of Armen Chevrolet. I'm 100% sure had is supervisor and or management team been present in the room during my interactions with him, Barry would have held himself to a much higher standard of respect for myself and within the means he communicated with me. I'm sure Barry has gone through countless hours of customer service training but its apparent that he needs some time to reflect on how he mishandled our interaction today. Finally, after feeling humiliated at his desk, once my car is returned to me the brakes were not and still are not working properly. I called Barry and he allowed a technician to test drive the car. The tech reported back that there is a problem and he acknowledged that the problem was not present when my vehicle was brought in to service. Barry Strauss told me it would be $100 to diagnose the ABS system. The system that was functioning properly before the technician connected his computers to my car. I am at a complete loss of words. I am frustrated because my car is on the road and the brakes are not working properly, I do not feel safe, and I'm uncomfortable reaching out to Barry again. read more

My car started acting up just down the street from this dealership, which had already been recommended by a friend. I called and asked if I could drop it off, and confirmed the servicing would be done at Armen Chevrolet Dealership. I arrived at the dealership, got the kids out of the car, and had had my husband meet us before a very nice salesperson at the dealership let us know that their phone rep had been wrong, and the service center is about a mile down the road. He gave us directions, and we headed over. Honestly, that was the only lacking part of the experience, and it would be great if their phone reps were more knowledgeable about the location of the service center. I had Googled the issue my car was having, and had found lots of responses saying that the dealership hadn't been able to fix the issue. Luckily, this wasn't the case for me. I dropped it off, let them know my car's symptoms, and received a call a few hours later that the car had been diagnosed with a corroded cable and they had fixed it with a new part. I had previously scheduled an oil change for the following week, so they did the oil change/tire rotation, etc as well. The service managers were friendly and thorough. I'll definitely take my car back again. It's also conveniently located by restaurants and shops if you have to wait a few hours for your car. read more

I bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu from ARMEN dealership in May 2017. The sales person was VERY accommodating. He offered me the PLLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN. I declined. After I declined, the finance rep, STEVE, said that he had been there for years and that he used this plan himself and that the insurance company paid for a new tire immediately over the phone. STEVE assured me that the same courtesies would be extended to me if I were to get the same plan. It seemed too good to be true so I declined again. That was when STEVE became aggressive with me and really pushed the issue. Eventually, I said okay to the PLATNIUM PROTECTION PLAN. Fast forward three weeks and I had a flat tire. I call this "protection plan" and they informed me that they do not pay for flat tires to be fixed at any place of your choice nor do they provide payment over the phone. They must inspect the tire, determine the fault of the flat tire and there is no guarantee that you will get it fixed or a replacement. However, my fee of $1000.00 was guaranteed to ARMEN and it was paid via my credit card. STEVE, the aggressive, pushy finance person lied to gain a sale. He misrepresented the plan and now, I'm out of $1000.00. Also, while STEVE said that the plan offered 24 towing, the tow can only be to an ARMEN service and you have to be close to ARMEN because they only tow within a specific amount of mileage to the dealership otherwise you pay. I tried to cancel my plan because it was useless and a scam... Steve from financing told me to call the PLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN to cancel and PLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN told me to call ARMEN DEALERSHIP. After months of no returned phone calls from STEVE. I went to the dealership. I was belittled, dismissed, disrespected and lied to AGAIN! STEVE informed me that I was the only person in 10 years to want a refund. That was a LIE! The woman who commented before me had an issue as well. STEVE from financing is a LIAR and he will say anything to get your money. STEVE never apologized. I am disappointed in this business and I will be sure to tell everyone I can DO NOT GO HERE EVER! ....AND DONT TRUST LYING STEVE FROM FINANCING! PS: STEVE used the owner as "bait" to close the deal. He said that the owner was hands on and very big on customer service.... THAT WAS A LIE! I never spoke to anyone after the deal was closed.. OWNER, if you read this FIRE STEVE! We came here to get our SAAB AC fixed and they said it would cause $175 for them to check. After 1 hr they told us that something is wrong with the sensor and it would cause $424 to replace the sensor. We were like okay... As long as the AC gets fixed, it would be alright... However! After waiting for another 2 hours, they then told us that we need the entire control panel replaced. So it would be $1040 including the control panel, sensor, and checking fee. This is beyond insanity. We even requested to see the old sensor they replaced, but they denied showing us the old sensor because they claimed that it is torn apart and we can't see it. We think that they are very unprofessional and unproductive. They finally agreed to only charge us $175 for the checking fee.. We don't think we are coming back for their service anymore. read more

im writing this review based on an experience with the service department at armen chevrolet. i dont really use them that much because fortunately i have a new car that hasnt had any problems but recently i needed a tire repair and decided to call them mid saturday afternoon to see if they were very busy. so i called and spoke with a woman on the phone who said "no, we're not busy at all. in fact, there are only two customers here. bring it up." so, i did. when i got there 30 mins after that phone call i was met by Chip (who is apparently the service manager). i explained what i needed ( a simple tire repair. a patch to be exact.) and he abruptly told me i could leave the car but there was no guarantee they'd even look at it that day! okay, so lets back up. i called first specifically to avoid this!! i specifically asked another service writer if they were busy and was told no and to bring it up just to arrive and be told you can leave it OR sit here for three hours until we close but we may not even look at it!! this REALLY ticked me off. dont get me wrong, i totally understand being busy BUT dont tell customers on the phone that youre not busy and have them go out of their way to come there just to be told eh, maybe we can help you, maybe we cant. thats unacceptable. Chip's whole attitude was unacceptable. under these circumstances i think even a solid and unambiguous NO wouldve been a better answer. "No, we cant do it today." wouldve been ten times better than "Sit here for three to four hours but we may not even look at it." thanks for nothing, Armen!! read more

My 2009 Pontiac Vibe was due for 4 recalls to be corrected and needed to be performed at Chevrolet dealer. For these recalls the work would be performed by Chevrolet, but the recall and parts originate from Toyota. When I first contacted the dealership regarding the recalls, the woman I spoke with seemed to understand and was prepared to order parts. However, when I had not heard from the dealership after a week regarding when the parts would be available I contacted to check on the status. Unfortunately, the parts had not been ordered to perform the recall service, but the man I spoke with was more than willing to get everything set for the recall. About a week later I was contacted that the parts has arrived for the recall service and to drop my car off Saturday. Originally, I was told that the recall service would not be performed on the weekend, so I should expect the car to be finished the following week. I dropped the car off early on Saturday morning as I had a few appointments after that needed my attention. Chip in the service department asked for some basic information, requested a release signed, and said that most likely the car would be finished that day. I explained that I would not be able to pick-up until Monday, which he acknowledged and noted that he would contact me when it was finished. Almost 5 hours later I received a call that the work was finished, which I was impressed that the service center was able to finish the task so quickly. I picked the car up on Monday and checked out the work performed, which everything appears to be addressed and resolved. While the recall service was delayed from the person not ordering the parts from Toyota, this was overall a good experience. Let me just start by saying how wonderful Armen Chevy service has been! The service manager, Chip is awesome! I had to bring my car in for something that was covered under warranty. The whole process was flawless! They gave me a loaner and even gave me an SUV like I requested. Anytime I called for questions Chip was there to answer them for me. I had to bring my car back again for a check engine light. I called Chip, he got me an appointment right away and gave me another loaner. He said the job maybe take a couple days but it only took one! I told Chip that I had to go away for a couple days and was unable to pick my car up, he then offered to drive my car to my house and pick up the loaner. How awesome is that!? I can't thank him enough for being so attentive and understanding! A++ service! read more

I like coming here to get my car worked on. It is a professional environment and I feel I can trust everyone there. I do wish for inspections they would take appointments so I'm not devoting half of my day to waiting for my car even when I arrive at 7:30am, but so it goes. read more

What a joke. I took my 2013 Chevy Malibu here because the electric steering was cutting out and the car was stalling when I was driving. A very serious issue. I described the problem to Armen Chevrolet and they said "Well, we will need to charge you $98 for a diagnostic test and then go from there." I get a call a couple hours later saying the diagnostic test came back clean, but we checked our computers for the symptoms you described and we believe it is the battery. So, they replaced the battery and charged me $380 with the $98 diagnostic charge included. You know, the $100 charge for them to plug in the computer and for it to say nothing is wrong. Anyways, fast forward to the next week when my fiancé is driving my car and the steering cuts out on her in the middle of crossing a highway into oncoming traffic. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I immediately went out and bought a diagnostic computer ($30 prime day special), and plugged it in. I ran the diagnostics and got two codes. I called the Chevy dealership back to tell them that they didn't fix the problem and told him the issue that was occurring and what needed to be looked at. I wanted to know a rough quote and timing of the repair if I brought it in. He then had the nerve to tell me, "Well, we will need to charge you another $98 for a diagnostic test and then go from there." Because the first $98 diagnostic charge turned out to be money well spent. Get outta here. In recap, - I paid $400 for new parts that didn't need to be replaced - Was reassured the issue was taken care of, only for the car to stall crossing a major highway and almost seriously injuring my family. - Called them to tell them what happened and what needed to be replaced. They told me I would need to pay another $100 diagnostic charge for them to determine that and was completely unapologetic. Armen Chevrolet, it is a joke that you call yourself mechanics. You gave me your word the issue was taken care of and almost seriously hurt my family. When I notified you that you didn't fix the issue you said I would need to pay another $100 to run a diagnostic test even when I ran one myself and provided the codes. You are clearly just trying to make an extra dollar where you can and do not care about the quality you provide. read more

Was told their policy is that they don't take appointments for service so they recommend that I "come before they open" at 7:30 and wait in line. Keep in mind it has been snow and well below freeezing. The issue I have is related to something covered due to a recall and is safety related but they could have cared less. Also does not matter to them that I have bought two large SUVs from them. Hard to park there as well. Stay away! read more

I had an excellent experience here. Every single sales person greeted me, offered me bottled water (no strings attached) and checked in to make sure I was okay. The manager has a passion for the brand and you can learn a great deal from him. They are honest, good people and I recommend trying them out before going other places. They put new plastic bases on my car keys as required by the GM ignition recall. Apparently the glue/epoxy/whatever they used to assemble the replacement parts had not been given enough time to dry or cure as, when I got home, I found black stuff on both my hands which has still, after three days, not completely come off. I'm lucky I didn't get any on my clothes, face, or glasses. I have seldom had a completely satisfactory service visit to Armin's Ardmore location. ... which is why I usually take my car to Armin in Plymouth Meeting (or is it Norristown?) where I've had much better experiences. read more
