Found this scammer Hector Rojas online. HE claims to know roofing and to have been in business for 15 years (not true). He said he had his father with him (also not true! was told he brought some kid with him). He shared misinformation, which someone in the roofing business should know. He told me apartments had 3 layers of shingles and that's the most you can have before needing to be replaced. Had 3 other roofers tell me I had 2 layers and 2 is the MAX. He also said it was reparable when 3 other companies said its not repairable He has ZERO WORK ETHIC, he is out to scam you out of money, and God only knows who he has doing the work. Please don't confuse his prompt response time and reasonable pricing for a company being driven by exceptional work ethic. He was quick to get onsite and quick to get a quote out to you. I live in Arizona so couldn't be in California for inspection or estimate and had a leaking roof at rental income property. Strike 1-He immediately said he could repair it and miraculously out of the kindness of his heart dropped the price from $5000 to $2500. Strike 2-He asked me to Zelle him a deposit for "supplies" (like other 2 recent reviews). i said i won't Zelle anyone money but will use a credit card. He said he didn't accept credit cards even though his website says he does. He also said he's been in business for 15 years!! What company doesn't accept credit cards???? A company that's only been in business 2 years not 15. Nome of his stories make sense Strike3- he kept calling and insisting I was making a huge mistake. He said he need permission to go back to get his "tarp" he left on my roof to protect from the rain...WHICH I DENIED! My tenants husband went up and there was nothing on the roof. Surprise, surprise! PLEASE DONT FALL FOR HIS LIES!

Replacing a roof is one of the most important--and honestly, most daunting--projects a homeowner…read morecan face. After extensive research and interviewing more than five roofing companies, we ultimately chose Enriquez Roofing, largely because of the great first impression Tony made. Tony was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the entire process. I'm very detail-oriented, and I appreciated that he took the time to address all of my questions and concerns promptly throughout the project. He clearly laid out the available options and was consistently a strong communicator. He also stayed on top of planning, scheduling, obtaining permits, and scheduling inspections. Since our project took place in the spring, the weather was unpredictable. Tony was flexible and able to quickly adjust the schedule when unexpected rain came up, which we really appreciated. Once work began, his crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean. The entire project was completed in under five days, and the workmanship was solid. After completion, I noticed a small area that needed adjustment. Tony responded promptly and sent someone out to take care of it without any issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend Enriquez Roofing if you're looking for a reliable, professional contractor to replace your roof.

Tony at Enriquez roofing presented a professional quote and supplied a professional contract. Many…read moreother quotes from other companies were a verbal quote. If someone can't take the time to provide a professional quote are they really putting in the effort to estimate correctly? Tony did a great job on this. Tony's brother Steve and his father Jamie, were hands on ensuring the fine details of the roofing job were taken care of. In roofing it's the small details overlooked that can result in problems. Their crew was amazing showing the care and dedication to make the job get done right. Everyone was hard working, friendly and I have so much respect for the care they put into their work.

The best contractor experience I've had in 23 years of restoring a 101-year-old house…read more I honestly don't know where to begin, except to say that I wish Major League Roofing were general contractors, because they are the first company I have worked with in 23 years of restoring my 101-year-old house that I would immediately ask back to do another project. From the very beginning, Serafin was responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He answered every question, explained things without making me feel like I should already know the answer, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and who was responsible for what. And perhaps the greatest compliment I can give is that very little went wrong--which, on a major project on a 101-year-old house, is no small thing. But there were a few moments when something needed attention, and that is where I really saw the quality of the company. Every snag was met with responsibility rather than defensiveness, and with swift, practical remediation. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or argue to have something addressed. Serafin simply listened, figured it out, and took care of it. The roof itself is beautiful. We went with a Viejo blended tile, which gives the new roof variation and character rather than making it look like a brand-new, uniform roof was dropped onto a century-old house. Serafin was incredibly patient as I worked through those aesthetic decisions, and the finished result is exactly what I hoped for. The project also included new gutters and downspouts, which turned out to be a bigger improvement than I expected. I now have a properly functioning drainage system, with water directed either into my rain barrels or safely away from the house. And when I had a last-minute realization that I wanted black rather than white downspouts, the change was handled without drama. But what really sets Major League Roofing apart is the communication and follow-through. Serafin was on site for the critical parts of the project, coordinated the inspections, kept me updated about what was happening, and continued checking in even after the roof was complete. He even arranged for screens to be added to my scuppers after I mentioned them and offered to personally come back in a year to clean the gutters. That level of care is rare. I had five roofing companies come out before choosing Major League Roofing. Only three actually followed through with estimates, and after comparing the companies, I felt confident choosing Serafin. Now that the project is complete, I can honestly say I made the right decision. I started this project with a lot of anxiety because my house has so much history and so many layers of work behind it. I knew I was entrusting someone with much more than simply replacing a roof. Serafin understood that. The roof passed final inspection, the finished work is beautiful, and I am genuinely happy with the entire experience. After 23 years of working on this house, I can say without hesitation that Major League Roofing is the first contractor I would happily invite back to work on my home. If you are considering a new roof, especially on an older or complicated house, I cannot recommend Serafin and his team highly enough.

We're so glad we worked with Serafin at Major League Roofing…read more When we bought our home in November, the roof was our biggest concern. What initially looked like a roof with some life left turned out to be in much worse condition, like low slope, multiple issues, and a lot of uncertainty. Choosing the right roofer felt overwhelming, but working with Serafin made all the difference. What stood out most: Exceptional communication--We had never done a major home improvement project before, and we had a lot of questions and concerns. Serafin never brushed us off. He listened patiently, explained things clearly, and stayed in constant communication throughout the process. Thoughtful, pressure-free guidance--Instead of pushing one solution, he walked us through multiple options, explained the pros and cons, and gave us time to think. We truly felt supported in our decision-making, not rushed. Attention to detail--We're very detail-oriented (some might say picky!), and Serafin met us right there. He paid close attention to the small details and was responsive to our requests, right through the final touches. Trust and professionalism--A full roof replacement costs as much as a solid used car, and it's the kind of project most homeowners may never do, or at most do once or twice in a lifetime. Who you trust with that decision truly matters. We're grateful we trusted Serafin and his team. We feel lucky that such a major part of buying this home was handled by Serafin and Major League Roofing. When the time comes to sell this house someday, we'd confidently recommend him to the next homeowner--and we already recommend him to friends and family. Highly, highly recommend.
