I called the location and spoke to Debbie, who was kind and helpful in scheduling a same day appointment for me and my daughter. I was getting a second set of piercings for myself (to motivate my daughter who was a little nervous). I was told they typically do piercings Friday/Saturday/Sun and appointments are preferred. The location is a jewelry store so they buzz you in. The store is incredibly clean and welcoming. Debbie and Nikki assisted us. They sanitized my daughter's ears, let her pick out the earrings she wanted (good variety of 14k gold/white gold), and did the two ears at once since they had both staff present. They use a gun like device that pinches the earring in versus a thick needle. It was done within seconds. My daughter was given a certificate for bravery and tiara as well. They even gave me one so we could take a photo together. Thank you, Debbie and Nikki, for being so kind and patient with my daughter. She left with the biggest smile . Prices seem comparable to other reputable jewelry stores that I looked into. Left with the cleanly solution and clear instructions for care. I highly recommend this location!

I had been…read moremeaning to come in to get my rings resized as they had started to fit tight, but I waited too long and ended up having to get them cut off! One night I could not get my rings off no matter what I did! My finger even got swollen from trying to get my rings off. The next morning, I went into Coby Madison and was greeted by James. I explained my situation and he looked at my finger and right away noticed that it was swollen. He said he could help with cutting the rings off. He was able to get them off quickly, and although I was relieved to get them off after being stuck, I also felt sad that they had to be cut off. While getting the rings cut off, I got hot due to being nervous and James had me take a seat and gave me some water. I really appreciated how kind he was and that he understood having my rings cut off can be a bit emotional. Since my finger was swollen, I had to wait until the swelling went down to return to be sized for my rings to be repaired. James provided me with a bag to keep the rings safe. I returned two weeks later to make sure the swelling was completely gone. This time I was helped by Linda and she was amazing. She had me try on different rings to make sure we got the correct ring size. She provided me with options on how I could repair my wedding ring if I needed to change the design. She informed me that the store has a texting system which makes communicating with their customers easier. This really was convenient for me to get updates on the repairs for my rings. They had originally informed me that it could take 3-4 weeks depending on how many orders they are working on, so I was pleasantly surprised when my rings were ready in two weeks. I felt so naked without my rings, so I was happy that they had them ready quicker than expected. My rings came out great and fit perfectly! They also looked clean and sparkly. I had an amazing experience working with James and Linda. They provided great customer service! I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

She took a copy of my inspo pic and got to work on the stencil. she came back with 3 sizes to give me a choice..how thoughtful was that?!! I chose the largest size and she got right to work. She made me feel comfortable as she worked on my shoulder and we chatted about life and love. i couldn't even tell you how long it took as i was so relaxed in her presence, metal playing in the background, feeling my anger slowly fade away with each stroke of the needle. She started a color count down, letting me know she was almost done. that's when the tears started. I swear it wasn't from the pain!! it was just from the exhilaration of being done and the release of anger. I practically ran to the mirror to see the finished artwork. OOOOH MAN, that's when the waterworks really started. i was just overwhelmed with how beautiful my tattoo was, the colors, the shape the placement, THE DETAIL. words cannot explain just how in awe i was (and still am 24 hours later).
