The owners were sweet, the lovely ladies that were working were very sweet. I worked with woozy for the first time- I should have spoken up, the stencil didn't really stick, he didn't use a reference photo , just a stencil at times. Or I would show him my phone.. it's unfortunate when someone is so unprofessional. But at the same time is not a horrible Human being...He didn't wrap it after, I was hoping he was like the other girly next to us that used tattoo waterproof bandage on her client. I also don't remember him cleaning it with the solution spray that has the green cap. Only the clear liquid bottle. Not sure if it's same. Here are the results. $100' deposit , which he said didn't count. Another $100 for a cancellation i did months ago due to wrong communication. & $50 'today which was reimbursed thankfully. Ok so for my birthday (February) I treated myself to get another piercing and decided to go with my right tragus. The piercer there eddie was super friendly and that is the only reason for the second star. To start off with the earring he left in there was plastic which I didn't think much of- until now because I noticed my earring was super close to the edge and I got worried. So I saw the professional that did my nose and THE TRAGUS PIERCING WAS MIGRATING. She told me that if he had done it correctly it would've been fine. Slightly annoyed only because if i had not gone to her it would have been pushed out and left a nasty scar. read more

beware of @marcusdoestattoos !!! never even got a tattoo. made an appt. for june 12th with an artist i had followed on ig for a while now, i ended up having to reschedule for the 18th. i show up for my appt. and the door to the shop is closed and locked, but the open sign was flashing on? i texted the artist letting him know i was there and that the door was locked, absolutely no response. i waited like 45 minutes before deciding to leave bc i hadn't heard anything back from them. sent them a message requesting my deposit back and got a bullshit excuse about how he "forgot to change my appt. date in his calendar" and some more bs. he claims he forgot my appt. was that day, yet i had texted him a few days prior to the 18th about my appt. and he responded the DAY BEFORE my appt. saying we would have time for another tattoo. he sent my money back and then blocked me lol. trash service, wouldn't recommend. read more

I had booked an appointment a few times with one if the artist named Anthony (Artbytata). Everything was going good until my last session. He quoted me for 2 separate pieces that he was supposed to do on instagram. When it came to the day to do my tattoos, he completed the main tattoo that i wanted but when it came to doing my second piece he told me he thought we were only doing that one piece. Point blank through out the tattoo session i was going back to our messages on instagram and he had said " All 3 pieces, crown, outlining and quote" would be for $460. I mentioned it to him after our session and totally ignored me, told me to take care and didn't bother reimbursing me some of the money back. I also contacted his boss Drew, but he hasn't responded although im sure he sees it just doesn't want to help me. Basically i got this tattoo for $460 when he was supposed to also do a crown on my left elbow. I thought this would be a new shop for me to go too but i got robbed from my money and was never compensated anything back. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here and get there money stolen. Mind you the artist still posted my tattoo on his page. Terrible business. read more

Got 3 simple tattoos by someone called "Doc". Took him 6 hours, which would've taken half the time at any other tattoo place. I've gotten pretty painful tattoos I'm very sensitive areas but doc's job was excruciatingly painful. If I could rate zero stars I would... I came in for my third tattoo with the same artist, @jinx_tatt2s. First two experiences were with no complications; but this last one (that I'm still sitting outside from getting) was the worst!! *(note: first two tattoo's take up half of my lower arm and he charged me only $300.. the newest one I got are three tiny flowers that he charged me $250 for. OUTRAGEOUS!)* The artists joked and commented on me wearing three masks and asked me if i or my kids had gotten sick and I responded by telling him "no thank god, I wouldn't make it" for what reason did he even ask? 95% of the time, to put it nicely, he was not wearing his mask properly. He had it completely resting under his chin. And when it was mentioned in the shop about the coronavirus, he then breathed heavily.. right on the tattoo!!! Does he concern not about the severity of the virus?!?!?! Three masks and looking away while he tattoos isn't enough to be safe out here anymore.. we have SELFISH, careless tattoo artist purposely breathing on freshly opened skin! read more

Stopped by yesterday after shopping around a few other tattoo shops in the SGV and was immediately enticed by the shop's environment. The shop: place was clean, spacious, and the walls were filled with interesting art and artifacts. You can immediately tell the artists are fans of the American traditional style (and have good taste). The music was well suited the backdrop, but wasn't overwhelming like you tend to find at a lot of other places. The staff: friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everyone was cool, and they all made sure me and my brother were welcome and comfortable the whole time. The tattoo: got my artwork done by Omar and I'm really satisfied. The price was great and the work was phenomenal. Got a simple piece, but the lines were straight and on point. I got something in solid black. The words deep and dark usually aren't what you want to hear about a tattoo, but in this case they're perfect, and it was exactly what I wanted. Really rude staff, no exceptions and then being told your idea is boring. No way I could expect customer hospitality like the type I received within the 15mins I spent inside the shop. The receptionist were not rude but the artist, drew and some other female in the shop, giving her two cents about my "lame and boring" piece with no chance of getting more work along with it. Don't bother with this place, aweful place for business. It's a good question how they can get any clientele with elitist attitudes, you can just keep those attitudes to yourselves and whomever walks in willing to get insulted and ridiculed for their ideas. This whole place is a joke. I made an appointment with Nikki(Nicole) for August 7th at 2pm. I had to move my whole day around to make it to this appointment. I also traveled a great distance to get here. When i got there the doors were locked. I was thinking "ok cool maybe they're being lowkey cause of covid" so i message Nikki personally and i let her know i'm outside. No response for about twenty minutes of me standing outside. keep in mind it's summer so it's freakin' hot out. I decide to call the actual shop and they casually turned me down with a simple "Oh she's not coming in today. We can't tell you why, it's personal. Bye" First of all, this was my first time visiting and they're going to pull this before even meeting their possibly new client? Second of all no apologies were made over this situation. If they can easily clean up after their coworkers irresponsibility, show where their priorities are and it's clearly not with the customers. A heads up from the artist herself would've helped out A LOT and avoided this mess. My time was wasted and everyone else that helped work around my schedule for this got their time wasted.
