Korean owed Japanese restaurant/bistro with Korean influences, what could go right? Plenty actually. Prices are decent for starters and the food? Well, we'll get into that soon. We got the sweet potato uni which surprisingly is an amazing pairing. The sweetness of the potato and uni complement each other well so you definitely gotta give it a try. The crispy rice was a nice crunchy treat with tuna that you almost wish you ordered double. Won't judge you if you did. The handrolls are fresh and the seafood even fresher so expect a good explosion of flavor with each handroll even though they run on the smaller side. The Ine noodles with sea bream were nice and refreshing and light. It almost gives a soba kinda of texture with the soup but also not really? Hard to explain, better to just order it and enjoy it. It's a nice finish and palate cleanser after all the other orders you ate beforehand. The overall vibe is more bistro than restaurant though, nice and cleanly decorated in a smaller space but you're still gonna enjoy your meals here! If you're a Resy or Amex Platinum card user, this is a fantastic spot to dine at and since it's relatively new, there's not too much of a crowd yet so come and eat here while you can before IG and tik tok popularize it!

not sure if they take walkins so book on resy. the ine noodle was super popular (saw on tiktok, yelp etc) and it was just fine. was diff bc it was a dashi broth with fish balls but at the end of the day its just fish ball soup best things were: - crispy tuna rice - this was unique they made it into a handroll and basically the seaweed was crispy - clam ravioli - soo unique w a lot of clams and flavor rly good

Came here on a Friday with a reservation. It's nice inside and would be a good date night spot! We ordered: - Fatty Tuna Brioche - Hand Roll (Spicy Tuna, Unagi, Salmon, Scallops) - Ravioli - Basque Cheesecake The fatty tuna brioche was pretty good! I liked the sweetness of the bread with the soft tuna. The hand rolls were all so delish and I like that we can assemble them ourselves with the nori. My favorite was the salmon and the unagi. The ravioli was sooo good, I haven't tasted anything like they before! The texture of the ravioli was great, loved the seafood in it and the broth was bomb. Okay the cheesecake. At first I was questioning it because it looked...small. But honestly? That's all you needed because it was so rich and creamy! The lime cream on top was yummy. Excited to try other things on the menu!

Ok, so the food is really closer to 5 stars, but the overall experience really knocked things down. We had a reservation for 7pm, and when I showed up, the rest of the party was standing outside cause they were not able to seat them yet. The place is tiny, so the party at a table for 4 was still there. About 7pm, the party left and the staff let us know that they'd seats as soon as the table was cleared. Cut to getting seated, we learned that they were short staffed and the big menu items were either sold out already or not available. We started with a handful of items first to see how it went. While we waited, it got really cold because I seemed to sit in the apex of all the ac vents . Food came and everything was delicious. We added another dish, then decided to do dessert so we wouldn't be too stuffed. Even the ice cream was delicious. Fair warning though, friends hubby definitely needed to stop for something to eat on the way home. Overall, we probably be back, but wouldn't make a special trip out just for them. Parking Street only, the lot behind them is not actually for them, so park at your own risk.

Every dish we had was excellent. The only real issue was how many items they'd sold out of by 8 pm on a Saturday. Literally 5 items that we wanted were sold out. 2 more that the table next to us wanted. Pretty ridiculous. But, everything we did get, we loved. Fresh, flavorful, and unique. Limited, but good sake. Service was friendly. For me, the space wasn't extremely comfortable. Kind of cramped and loud, we were lucky we got a table away from the servers zipping by at a frenetic pace. Would definitely return, but we'd only go early to avoid the disappointment of so many sold out dishes.

Really good innovative food at a good price point. I think the flavors here are very unique and tasty in most of their dishes. I don't think I've had such imaginative japanese korean inspired fish dishes before, and definitely would love to try more! Atmosphere and service is also very good and makes for a great date night spot

Ine has a really cool ambiance, and I loved the overall vibe of the restaurant. The food was decent--nothing extraordinary, but enjoyable. I especially liked the hand rolls, and my partner really loved the noodles. One thing we both appreciated was that the food didn't leave us feeling heavy afterward. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The server was also acting as the host, which wouldn't have been an issue if everything was running smoothly, but it felt chaotic. We waited quite a while to place our order, then had to wait again for our check. I also had to ask for a water refill at the very end of the meal when the check was brought out. Throughout the dining experience, the server wasn't very attentive and didn't check in to see if we needed anything. Overall, I'd rate Ine 3 out of 5 stars. Great ambiance and some solid dishes, but the service really took away from the experience.

my boyfriend and I decided to come here to give it a try because we were in the LA area and found this place through Resy. We love hand rolls, and are always excited to try a new place out whenever we get the chance, so we were really looking forward to eating at this restaurant. We luckily had reservations here so the wait was only 15 minutes and that was because we came early. the restaurant was cozy and well designed. it was minimal and felt intentional. the staff were also nice and provided great service to us. i'd give the food an overall rating of 4/5. we started off with the tempura platter, which was really good. It was lightly fried and there were a lot of pieces to share amongst two people. Then we got the Ine noodles, which was OK. The broth was savory, but overall the dish wasn't too impressive. I wasn't sure what I was expecting exactly from this dish but the staff had recommended it so I guess I had high expectations for it, but it was kind of just like a savory broth noodle dish that was leaning more on the bland side. The mushroom hotate was also pretty bland. The scallops were good and there was a mushroom taste to it but before being a $20 dish I wasn't really impressed with the combinations of the flavor (mushroom and yuzu). The only hand roll was good. They gave a lot of Uni which i was happy about because it was quite expensive ($14.50 per roll) but i don't think id repurchase it. And then lastly, the hand rolls we ordered a variety of hand rolls such as yellowtail, toro, and spicy tuna. I like how they serve the seaweed separately from the rice and fish to keep the crispiness of the seaweed as fresh as possible. The hand rolls were good, but overall, I think I prefer a different style of hand rolls where the fish is more chopped up similar to Kazunori. I wish there was more bursts of flavor in each roll. But overall, I would still get this restaurant a four out of five just because the staff was kind, the ambience was nice and the food wasn't bad.

This place is such a gem! Their signature noodle soup is a must! Perfectly balanced! The atmosphere is great!

Super friendly service and the food came out very promptly. The chef explained all the specials and dishes well, we had a nice experience lunching in this little gem. the crispy rice appetizer was very tasty!

Came here for lunch on a Saturday and I think Ine is a great place to have lunch! Everything was fresh and delicious. Their standouts are definitely the handrolls. Their crispy rice isn't what you would immediately think of, but rather crispy seaweed cylinders, so something to keep in mind. Was kind of bummed they are out on a few items since they were booked out the night before. I know this is a fairly new restaurant so once they work out their kinks, this place is great! Will definitely want to visit again for dinner.

Relaxed vibes and vapor wave music Visited here to yap and eat with 2 lovely ladies on a Thursday evening. I made reservations about 3 weeks in advance. The three of us ordered the most delicious hand rolls that were so unique! I had the salmon belly hand roll which came with a couple of pomegranate seeds on top. We also had the yellowtail belly, uni, and the toro hand roll. I liked the salmon belly hand roll. It was amazing! I highly recommend their hand rolls and I'm sure you can't go wrong with anything you get! Oh and their matcha latte is so good! I had 2 matcha lattes because they were that good! I would like to revisit to try the sea bream entree. Thank you for everything, INE!

Nice addition to the area. Came soon after it's recent opening so some items they did not have and service was still working on the kinks. Food was good, but nothing left me wanting more.

The pistachio hummus was very unique and was tasty, but overall was missing just a bit of flavor. The mushroom flatbread was more of a really thin and crispy pizza, which we actually appreciated much more. It was super light and really delicious. All of the flavors just went so well together. The fish tacos were incredible and had the most delicious batter on the fish. It was super fresh and flavorful, and the fish was so crispy. I would order this again every time. The filet skewers were probably the biggest surprise and the best bite of the night. The meat was so tender and so incredibly flavorful. The rice was also so delicious and fluffy. We debated ordering a second one but wanted to save room for dessert. Definitely another dish I'll be getting again each time I'm here. For dessert we ordered the pistachio cake, which was really good and not too sweet, and some cappuccinos. Overall, this is a really great new restaurant tucked into a quiet little spot off of Ventura blvd. It's a perfect place for a date night, celebration, or a girl's night out. I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful plants hanging, perfect Spanish music in the background (any place playing Natalia LaFourcade is a win). The drinks were great! I had the jungle bird which was fun. Food was so good too. The whipped beans are the star! We had the guacamole which was tasty, great tostadas with it. The arepas were good but the pork belly was a little too fatty (I know pork belly is always fatty) to the point the fat muted the flavored for the arepa a bit, but still delicious. The empanadas were great and as someone who lived in South America and ate empanadas every day, these really took me back to my Paraguay days. The squash blossoms were light and perfectly fried. Unfortunately my friends had gone to Funke the night before so they were comparing the squash blossoms and Funke won out, but they still liked Dama's! Small plates were enough for the 3 of us. I had placed a phone order, for pick up; upon arrival, I found the service was prompt. I saw my food ready to go, just past the main walk-in area. Almost immediately after that, I was taken care of by the host and on my way. I've been waiting to try this place for ages so on the drive back to work I was excited to steal a piece of meat from the bag. Initial bite flavor was good, meat was tender just a bit on the chewy side.. I wasn't bothered by it too much as I'd have to leave it in an oven warmer at work. Trying to keep food warm, in doing so, I knew there'd be only two possible outcomes, melting tender or either tough & dry. So, the dish of meat and rice sat in the warmer for almost an hour hour and a half. The downhill slope.... Set the "meat " on the veggies and began to eat. Meat after meat, I kept experiencing the same exact texture. It was the same exact rubbery chew, I initially tasted. Each and every piece was the same exact flavor. There was no peak, there was no pitfall. If you cook or grill, you know this is a red flag. Normally, consistency would be a good thing, a Master craftsman type experience, but this was NOT it. As go on, I get the sinking feeling, this can't be real meat. I lock in, the deeper I dig, each piece looks the same, broken apart the same, tastes the same, just various shapes. They can call me crazy for this one - I'll stand by it. Something is not right here. I'm not even going to throw it away. I'm going to study it for the next few days and post an updated review. I hope I'm wrong but as of right now, I'll never revisit this place. Too freaky of an experience. We
