Drunken Brooklyn. Number 1 delicious!
Curtis Y.

Brooklyn Drunken Slice. Unbeatable, I can't believe a little bit of Brooklyn is in my backyard. The oil from the pepperoni, combined with stringy fish mozzarella, vodka sauce, and sweetness of honey on some thick dough. Wow, my first bite of this slice left me speech less. I don't think I've had pizza in Central NJ like this. You would need to head to the pizza mecca of NYC. There are many other slices to choose from. Bianco grandma slice leaves a nice crisper mozzarella cheese with soft ricotta. The smell and taste of their Palmero slice is full on parmesan and fra diavolo like. Sandwiches are put together with their fresh made bread. You don't have to drive all the way up to Hoboken for Italian sandwiches if you want a closer fix. Staff are friendly, interior is very clean. Their layout is splendid. A nice cafeteria for you to choose from the display, and a dining area that is spacious for friends and family. Shout-out to Matt. Price is good, and there are so many options you can choose from. I'm craving that brooklyn drunken slice again!

Drunken Brooklyn, yeah there's a bite missing

This restaurant came highly recommended by a great friend, so when I was thinking of a place to…read moretake my amazing daughter for her birthday, this was my first choice and I'm happy to report it did not disappoint. Service was tied with the food for first place! Starting with the friendly and helpful hostess, every single employee offered a greeting and a smile. Our server was Elijah, he was wonderful! Warm, friendly and professional. He was attentive and perceptive. He didn't hover but anytime we needed he re-appeared. We were greeted by two out of the three managers, 10 out of 10. Now for the food! We ordered the rice balls, maple wings a Pepper pig pizza and for my cocktail I had the blue Hawaiian. Every thing was delicious hot and freshly made. The outside and inside are visually appealing. I would describe it as modern meets industrial with a nice dose or rustic, very nice.

Very excited about my visit here while staying in Woodbridge at the Residence Inn…read more Arrived just past happy hour (darn!) which ended at 5pm. Impressive discounts on food and beverages....next time! It wasn't busy so I was quickly seated. Fresh house made sourdough bread was delivered and delicious. The red sangria was a yummy blend and was a nice touch with my vegan pie. I ordered the pizza sans cheese and really enjoyed the eggplant, garlic, basil toppings. The house salad was a nice size and the fried onion topping added a flavorful crunch. I didn't care for the dressing though. Service was prompt and friendly, my water glass was never empty. Deducted a star as my cocktail, salad , and pizza all arrived at the same time which is a pet peeve. The server took the salad back but it was not refrigerated so she redelivery a room temp salad, blah. Sweet server just needs more training on timing. Or maybe that is the norm there. Next time, I will order 1 step at a time to avoid that issue. Private parking with an upper and lower area which was a bit confusing, will know for my next visit. Bread was so good that I purchased a loaf to bring home for my hubby in Atlanta!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean which makes the experience even better. My favorite is their margherita pizza -- it's perfectly cheesy with just the right amount of sauce. I also love that the crust is thin and holds up nicely with no flop. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great slice!

Ordered the Chicken cheesesteak with no mushrooms and peppers. I repeated to add extra cheese…read more(twice) which is not in my receipt. Reconfirmed with my daughter that ordered "The Lucky Seven Sub." which she confirmed I did say it. Anyhow, the quality of the sub my chicken cheesesteak was nothing like Philadelphia chicken cheesesteak. Taste was bland had to add salt and pepper to give it flavoring. As for my daughters sub (Lucky Seven) it comes with grilled chicken. I've never seen grilled chicken so difficult when she bit into it. It was like fake grilled chicken not the real chicken it was like school cafeteria cheap chicken. A piece of frozen chicken defrosted in the microwave. Was hoping it would be chicken when you bite into it just melts in your mouth. Not the case for this place. Dining area was very clean bathroom needed cleaning. I went there and it looked nasty. For the price I paid for lunch and this is lunch no specials you are being charged extra if using your credit card, If you do not use cash on top of that I tipped. Honestly, It was not worth the money that was paid for the quality. But hands-down to the dessert which was cannoli that was the best thing throughout anything else.
