Adrian was our assigned on-site contractor. He was phenomenal to work with. His knowledge, skill, reliability, and "easy-to-work-with" personality made the process from demo to project signoff a smooth and stress-free experience. Adrian and Vered never let any unforeseen or unexpected situation alter or delay project progress. They worked together to offer solutions and resolution in a timely manner. Adrian and one or two other helpers did most of the work themselves, so we were never waiting on subcontractors. The project started on time and finished on schedule. The remodel replaced the floor with vinyl tile, replaced the tub surround tiles with vinyl sheets and replaced the vanity, counter mirror, tub, lights and all fixtures. The finished bathroom looks great with no issues. The fixtures, vanity and surfaces chosen by the Lux design crew look great. The installer did a great job, was very courteous and did the job with minimal disruption.

They put up timely notices and they keep them up-todate. The Association has done some really cool things since I have been here (upgraded the furniture, moved to faster garage doors and a few other upgrades). The only gripe I have is that some of the gym equipments are old and would love to see it replaced. They have an indoor pool which is great and I use it a lot. It can get dirty occasionally, so would love it if they cleaned it more regularly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Seattle Heights is a real gem of a building. I wish I could afford a larger apartment in the…read morebuilding but sadly, after almost four wonderful years here it's time to move :( The building is not like one of the snazzy new ones that seem to be popping up overnight in Belltown, but it's a good, sturdy construction from the late 90s. The amenities are amazing: gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and.. the best part... 24 hrs concierge. Not only does that make the building really safe, but the staff that man the desk are some of the nicest people I have met. Greg, Rock, Rahel, Stephen, Ermias and those who have now left.. I cannot find enough good stuff to say about these wonderful people. And the location? This area has a walk-score of 98. 'Nuff said. All in all, a wonderful place to live. I will miss it.

We have regular happy hours, member events, and there are plenty of opportunities to get to know your co-working neighbor. A co-working space is the best way to utilize your business income to marketing and outreach rather than wasting it on hyper-inflated rents and painful long-term contracts. 5) A full kitchen means you don't have to eat out - unless you want to. Note - it's stocked for Happy Hour and also houses private conference rooms and a place to film video. I'm incredibly grateful for Marnee's creativity and initiative in getting Works Progress off the ground and running and keeping it going. It sort of has the feel of a town plaza more than an office building, as there are lots of places to sit and things to look at. My favorite part of the building is the people who open the doors for you as you enter and exit. I'm not sure what hours they do this, but it was so nice to have that extra little touch! However, I would be totally remiss if I didn't talk about the elevators. Super high-tech, pleasant and very fast. I was working on the 21st floor, and never had to wait very long for an elevator. The ride up to my floor was smooth and pleasant. I would love if I was assigned to work in this building again, because it's amazing!

Also the location is great for parking but there's nothing in walking distance so you'll have to drive to get coffee or lunch. I may go back since they have a daily drop in rate but frankly I'd rather work from a coffee shop where at least I can pay to have good coffee during the day.
