Our office needed a bigger space due to our growing firm. We took a tour with Trevor the manager at Urban Workloft office space. We were immediately impressed with the spacious rentals, he showed us a few to choose from. Trevor also showed us the conference rooms which is a nice feature for our law firm, the lunch break rooms with comfortable couches, tables and T.V. as well as the large break rooms that have kitchens fully stocked with fridge, microwaves, coffee makers, vending machines etc. There are many extra amenities that we utilize. The neighbors we have are very friendly as well. We also like the fact that Urban Worklofts is a secure building, we were given key fobs to get in the secure elevator and clients can ring our office to be let up. We have been here about six months and we love it and love Trevor, he is honestly the greatest manager. He goes above and beyond for all of the tenants. The only complaint I have that has zero to do with Trevor is the parking situation. But other than this, I give Urban Worklofts and Trevor FIVE STARS! read more

Our company has had an office in Urban WorkLofts for about six-months now. The location is great, easy access from I-90 and 405 with a really great view facing W Seattle. We have a large office with additional storage for our inventory and supplies in the Urban Storage space. Our storage space is just a few steps away from our door. This makes our office the ideal space. The office space has secured access and the best management team in Seattle. Trevor is the manager for the Urban WorkLofts office space, he has the best customer service skills I have come across in any industry, he has gone out of his way for us. Urban WorkLofts are lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Mike and Mike in Urban Storage are also very helpful, always a smile, a hello and how can I help. We moved our start-up business to Urban Workloft a year ago and have had a fantastic experiece! Trevor, the property manager is the best! He is extremely responsive, always seems happy to see us and keeps the place runniing smoothly. He gives the place a good vibe. The community work rooms and lunch areas are always clean and accessible and the conference rooms have high avaiability. Only downside is that the floors without air-conditioning can get warm in the summer so you may want a portable AC. Great place, awesome managment! read more

I really LOVE my work Loft at Urban Worklofts. A year ago I made the decision to move my office out of my living room and rent a space at Urban Works lofts and I'm so glad I did. My revenue has increased and I love the ability to just knock on a door of one of my work mates to take in a lunch date or go for a walk. Urban Worklofts is convenient, simple and rolls work space, parking, kitchen etc into one place. Place has been good to our group. That being said, Trevor, the manager really makes this place work and his can do attitude and help keep me interested in renting here. FYI. Parking is free but the spaces are small and can get crowded. That being said, apparently they are looking to expand. Also, building has a WiiFii that is free but if you rely on it and need consistent speed and service, pay for it. read more

I've had my studio at Urban Worklofts for about a year and a half. It's a wonderful building, and a great setup. I have used the studio mainly for painting. It's great to have both the space and access to a storage locker right there. The fact that they will receive packages and deliver them to the space is a huge bonus... Urban Work Lofts is fantastic! The property manager (Trevor) is great, he helped us find a space that is perfect for our business. Because of the equipment we use we needed some additional Electrical work done and he helped us find an awesome electrician that is also on site that was able to do the work for us.
