CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

They replaced both pumps effortlessly and affordably. The pool heater problem turned out to be not the heater, but my gas line which was quickly identified as the culprit. The line was full of water. They blew out the line and hooked it back up and it now runs like a charm. Both Daniel and Brian remained courteous and extremely knowledgeable at all facets of my entire system. I can quite easily without hesitation recommend them for the maintenance on any part of a pool system. That might have been the end of the review but they have proven to be an outstanding provider. Eric (one of the proprietors), is very responsive and overall, just a great guy. Recently, I noticed a small leak in our Rollo injector that was squirting onto the grass. The leak was pure chorine and there was a significant dead patch of grass. I sent Eric a text (I believe it was on a weekend) to which he immediately responded, he came out the very next day which was also on the weekend. He found the leak and sent one of his guys out to fix it. Now that would be amazing in and of itself but there's more. He sent a man out from a landscape company to dig out the contaminated soil and re-sod the area where the dead grass was. This level of customer service blows me away. Blue Cube is the real deal, there was no begging and cajoling to do the right thing. They just did it and it was their idea. As for the price, I am amazed they can be so competitive. They are careful about what they take on because they want to be able to provide the best customer service so they have chosen grow their their business responsibly, while some pool services just take on as many pools as they get calls for, Blue Cube limits the clientele to a number that they can manage. I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure they were the real deal. We are coming up on one year and I am very pleased. If you need pool service, get your name on their waiting list and say your prayers. If you are lucky, you will be pleasantly surprised.

This company is advertised as a company that provides leak detection and repair services. The…read moreperson that looked at the issue was only interested in quoting repair cost without performing any leak detection which was explained as unnecessary and based solely on "experience in this field". Another reputable company was able to locate the leak using proving technology and equipment withing 1 hour of being on site and was no even close to where near where the "experienced" technician stated the leak is located. I hasten to use the reference to technician as this person is a fully trained individual that uses state of the art technology and tools which the guy that came out for the estimate was not a qualified technician. Don't consider using this company to repair your pool leak unless you need to waste money and have many holes in your surrounding pool deck.
