Mushrooms and tomatoes

Can't believe I've never been here and I'm always in the area! It's got some really good pizzas and appetisers! We got the furnace pizza (essentially a buffalo chicken.. trying to be healthy lol) and mushrooms for the appetizers we got the mushrooms with cherry tomatoes. Their pizzas are thin and crispy! Great flavour and options. Pizzas come out fast too! The place is super casual so you don't worry about fancy stuff. Service is casual and good. Will come back!

Always a 10 out of 10! We picked up an Architect pizza, ate 1 piece each and saving the rest for leftovers tomorrow, Yum! I can't believe we've never ordered the meatballs, but we have definitely had them on a pizza though, deliciousness! We ate the meatballs with a piece of garlic bread (mine), along with a salad, which was enough for a tasty dinner. Industrial Pizza is our FAVORITE Pizza!!!!! oxo

I need to make it a weekly trip to Industrial because, seriously, everything I've tasted so far has been the bomb. Idk what's wrong with me that I haven't already tried them all! Anything brisket from the meatball appetizer to the Pitmaster is a guaranteed winner. If you're a crust person this might be for you. The pies here are thin. Me, personally, that's the way I like it because I hate the gut guilt that comes with thick or even regular crust. Here I can a full pizza and not suffer the typical consequences after it's too late. The decor has got some swag to it and outside patio seating is a great way to enjoy some slices on a nice day. On a cold day, though, the heat lanterns won't help. Special shout out to the owner, Hunter. Really warm, sweet guy who has always interacted with us whether it's just walking in or checking to see how our food is. Very cool dude.

Brisket Meatballs and a fresh local draft

The service here is superb and probably my favorite part of the visit, as well as the excellent beer on tap. The location offers great seating, both inside and a covered patio. Inside has large TVs for sports watching. Inside you can also buy some creative merch. It very much has a brewery vibe though it is not a brewery. I like the feel of hanging out here. The pizza is fine. My companion liked it better than I did so I keep my high rating here. He also liked the brisket meatball appetizer. I tried it too, it tasted good. Overall I will definitely come back with ppl to hang and drink beer while eating. I enjoy the atmosphere very much. It is easy to access, and near many other places I need or go to.

We are so glad we finally visited this restaurant. From the time we walked in, from the time we left, we were acknowledged by the friendly staff. The pizza was amazing! Service alone will be the reason to come back. They have a room with a huge tv to watch games and cute sitting area. Will definitely be back!

Wow, wow, wow! This is one of those times where Yelp! just saved the day. We landed in Dallas right during dinner time and everyone is starving hungry. We were going to settle with something quick like McDonald's but we all wanted real food, a quick Yelp search lead us to some seriously GREAT pizza!!! It's been a month since I've eaten there and I wish I could remember the names of the pizza they were incredible!! The Caesar salad was delicious, fresh and well dressed. The pizzas were packed with flavor, hot out the oven and well cooked! The restaurant was very cute, super casual and a nice family place. The staff were so friendly and attentive. This place is worth stopping in if you're in the area!!

The quality of ingredients and taste of the pizza is great. It's a very small restaurant. However, you don't feel like you are on top of each other. It's nicely set up.

Ugh. Really wanted to like this place, but my pizza was so burnt on the bottom. It was more like a pizza tostada. Might try again because the sauce/cheese/toppings were good, but there are so many other options in area.

Ask the Community - Industrial Pizza & Brew

Can't find any info on the beer and wine options.?

They do have both. The wine options are limited to Cabernet, Pinot Grigio and I think a merlot. I can't remember the winemaker. The beer options are better. They have a few taps and it is mostly craft beer. The limited alcohol options still…

Do they have gluten free options?

They do. They have gluten free crust and it's pretty good. All toppings are gluten free except the meatballs.

Haven't been since shortly after they opened. I can't say why, other than we don't eat much pizza…read morefor health reason. Seriously, I severely limit our pizza intake, except when we are in Italy. And a big part of that is the pizza dough is generally unhealthy due to the flour used here in the USA. That said... She had a craving pot a Neapolitan style pizza and Spin! Came up on Yelp. So did a lot of other places that I don't really consider to be true Neapolitan style, but Spin! Had added something since the last time I was there: Detroit Style. I love that style, even though it doesn't love me. Sacrifices sometimes have to be made. AND... the tipping point is they have Mini Mia meals- a personal pizza and salad or soup, and we could do 1 Neo and one Detroit. I could get salad with my Detroit and she could have soup with her neo/thin crust pizza. AND... cauliflower crust is available! (We didn't option for cauliflower crust, but it is available). The pizzas, as well as the salad and the soup were all delicious! I could use more black olive in the Greek Salad, but I'll request that next time. And ice cold Peroni was split between us and we're were very satisfied with the whole meal. Ordering was cheerful and helpful. Price was reasonable. It's not fast food prices, but I felt worth paying for the quality and variety we had. I LOVE the fact they are bussing the table as plates were finished with. I absolutely hate a table full of dirty empty plates. Zero issues here. And an extra star for the fact they did in in a very polite, non-intrusive way. Ambiance is fine. Nothing special but a step up from most strip center pizza joints. Nice padded booths and half booths, sturdy wood chairs, and not one single industrial metal shop chair in sight. I will leave a restaurant if that is all they have- chairs that look like they came from wood shop class in 8th grade.

The dining area was well-kept, with clean tables that comfortably accommodated our group. My small pizza came out hot and freshly made in about 15 minutes, with the perfect amount of sauce! The only downside was the cookie dough gelato. While the flavor was good, the texture was way off. It was grainy almost like large pieces of sand. It felt like maybe it had melted and been refrozen. Others in my group said the other flavors were fine.

The pizzas flavor were incredible, if you're a mushroom fan then the Funghi is for you. The San Marzano sauce flavor cuts thru and enhances the toppings, i couldn't stop eating. Guys...what?? Whaaaat...?…read more The ratings for this place truly shock me. It's been a while since I've been to a restaurant where the Yelp rating so far exceeded the quality I experienced. We were there for a birthday dinner, bringing 11 people into a no-reservations restaurant on a Saturday evening. Gutsy? Maybe...except that we were the only people there at 6:30 pm, which was...odd, to say the least, for a Saturday evening. Then again, maybe not so odd, given the rest of the experience. First, I was carrying a boxed birthday cake. Should I have called ahead to ask if that was allowed? Yeah, probably -- but the plan HAD been to eat it at a food-friendly pottery painting place nearby. When that didn't happen for various reasons, I toted it along to the restaurant. Before I could even ask, the woman at the front of house (seemingly the owner? her kids were lounging restlessly in a booth in the corner) announced to me that they charge a PER-PERSON cake cutting fee. I was like um well I already spent $70 on this cake, so yeah, no thanks. I popped next door to Lockwood Distillery and asked them if we could eat our cake in there after dinner if I brought 10 alcoholics with me. They said sure. (Kudos, Lockwood, because they also serve food and desserts, but they ALSO apparently know how to seize an opportunity.) With the cake debacle behind us, we all sat down to look at the menu...which is when we realized that Farina In Grani doesn't appear to have a liquor license. The beverage menu was entirely non-alcoholic beers and wines, along with a sampling of sodas. So...that was kind of a bummer for a birthday dinner...but hey, the pizza was supposed to be good, so we stuck it out. (FWIW, I see another Yelp review describing the BYOB corkage fee as "ridiculous," so I can't imagine what they would have charged PER HEAD for cake cutting.) Well, then the pizza was...gosh there's just no way to put this nicely...it was bad. Tasteless dough that lacked the nice fluffy air pockets you want in a classic Neapolitan pizza crust. The tomato sauce was SWEET. It literally tasted like they'd added sugar to the tomato sauce. The spicy wagyu salami pizza thus had this weird sweetness to it that was in no way balanced by the very, very mild spice of the salami. The funghi pizza was so doused in fake truffle oil that it was almost sickening, and the cheese on that one was congealed in a way that was not at all appetizing. Someone near us ordered the Vesuvio, which came out with unmelted and seemingly pre-shredded cheese sprinkled on top. As for ambiance, there's a huge flatscreen TV that cycles through some of the most hilarious AI images of Italy...imagine yachts charging straight toward the shore; book pages flipping through glasses; etc. So at least that was good for a few laughs. Maybe it was just an off night, but between the ridiculous cake fee and the borderline inedible pizza, it was anything BUT a lovely birthday dinner for our sweet friend.
