My clothes, sheets, comforters and towels are always returned to me fresh, folded and clean on time, and the price seems very affordable given the incredible convenience of what they offer. I can't recommend this service highly enough to anyone who feels overwhelmed by the amount of laundry their family produces. I plan to see if I can purchase a Rapid Laundry service package to gift to my friends who are expecting new babies for their growing families. Eeegads~ I'm new to Yelp and started browsing reviews of my "favs" and "least favs" around town…read more I was shocked (honestly, shocked) to see the 5 star review for this place. Be careful~ you may think they've done a good job with your clothes so far. They did a fine job with mine for about a year. And I was a solid customer~ about $100 per month in cleaning... and then I took them my (brand new) comforter. I asked to have it dry cleaned-- instead, the washed it, and ruined the fabric covering. It was clear that it had been washed--the fabric was all pilly. All I asked for was that they repay the cost of the cleaning (not even replace the comforter). The "friendly" family yelled at me (yes, yelled, and screamed and demanded I leave the store). I filed a BBB complaint, and they still wouldn't repay the $30. I've never been back.
